Magnetic pills rolled with milk! Release blood and strive for wind and chakras! Unripe food, onions, garlic, saltwort! Raw meat, mutton, beer dregs, spicy rotten! Fire and sun, violent actions, and so on! Abandon what is unfavorable, and rely on nutritious food! Combine mudra, food, drink, enjoyment, and desirable qualities! Refine the medicinal butter and iron rust of the three fruits! Offer with milk, and constantly rely on mudra! Open the pulse opening with tamarisk saltwort soup! Anoint and massage with a mixture of alcohol and honey! Felt, silk, measure six of your own fingers! Thickness equal to your own vajra! Smear with butter, vulture fat, and administer laxatives! 那些就像扎紧的口袋，莲花开放时，隐约可见脉的根部。将白色的奶牛和白色的山羊奶与蜂蜜混合，或者将普通的奶牛和牛奶混合。涂抹在脉上，可以清晰地看到脉的种类。将脉的根部放入金刚杵的孔中，不要让它逃脱，要用方法来使用。在乐明无念的体验中，抓住觉性的自性非常重要，从四喜的智慧中秘密降下。在空中嬉戏，从空中用金刚杵引导。蛇窝、岩洞、四大部洲都收为己用。日月颠倒相合，大法旗在空中飘扬。吽（藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）和哈（藏文，梵文天城体：हः，梵文罗马拟音：haḥ，汉语字面意思：哈）猛烈地牵引内部。金刚杵爱抚手印紧紧缠绕。努力进行清净暖相增上的轮涅法。患有疾病的儿童、恶劣种姓的老人和老妇，不要牵引他们的清净分，即使牵引也会变成疾病。金刚杵、宝、莲花、事业部族，摄集种姓和血统优良者的清净分。身语意三因快乐而增长，无念智慧的体验带来快乐和温暖。获得殊胜和共同的成就，唉玛吙！当快乐增长而明点流失时，观想心中如念珠般的骷髅女。用绸缎缠绕金刚杵的颈部，牵引并增上。用尼拉草的根茎捆绑魔爪的根部。如果因食物不适而流失，则食用滋补的食物。食用石榴和肉，避开葱蒜。避免辛辣和腐烂的食物，可以消除流失。如果与水混合或未察觉地流失，这是因寒性疾病所致，应食用滋补的食物。服用三种热性药物的最后一种，并经常咀嚼泡在牛奶中的诃子。在肘部到达的地方，在地上放置艾灸。用兽皮缠绕腰部，避免白天的睡眠。如果在睡眠时流失，则会被邪魔夺走。用芥末粉、灰烬、红花、黑香，以及人脑混合后涂抹在秘密处。如果因睡眠不好、夜间行走剧烈，或因行为不端而流失，则应纠正行为。如果因加持力减弱而流失，则会未察觉地流失。对此，应进行圆满、忏悔、会供和念诵十万遍金刚萨埵心咒。如果牵引明点后无法增上，变成了疾病和疼痛，则在外部滚动按摩可以消除。如果向上滚动，则会引发拙火的燃烧。如果向下滚动，则应观想莲花中的本尊众。在不能生育的时候，应供养。如果出现肿胀、沉重、迟钝和头痛，这是快乐消散的征兆。

Those are like tightly tied bags, when the lotus opens, the roots of the veins are faintly visible. Mix white cow and white goat milk with honey, or mix ordinary cow and milk. Applying it to the veins, the types of veins can be clearly seen. Put the root of the vein into the vajra's hole, do not let it escape, use methods to use it. In the experience of bliss-clarity-non-thought, it is very important to grasp the self-nature of awareness, and secretly descend from the wisdom of the four joys. Play in the sky, and guide with the vajra from the sky. Snake nests, rock caves, and the four continents are all taken into one's power. Sun and moon are inverted and combined, and the great dharma flag flies in the sky. Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) and haḥ (藏文，梵文天城体：हः，梵文罗马拟音：haḥ，汉语字面意思：哈) forcefully pull the inside. The vajra caressing mudra is tightly wrapped. Strive for the wheel of illusion that increases the signs of purity and warmth. Do not draw the pure essence of sick children, evil lineage elders, and old women, even if drawn, it will turn into disease. Vajra, jewel, lotus, and karma families, gather the pure essence of those with good lineage and bloodline. May body, speech, and mind increase with bliss, and the experience of non-thought wisdom brings joy and warmth. Obtain supreme and common siddhis, Emaho! When bliss increases and bindu is lost, contemplate the garland-like skeleton girl in the mind. Wrap the vajra's neck with silk, pull and increase. Bind the roots of the demon's claws with the roots of nila grass. If it is lost due to unsuitable food, eat nutritious food. Eat pomegranate and meat, avoid onions and garlic. Avoiding spicy and rotten foods can eliminate loss. If it is mixed with water or lost unnoticed, it is due to cold disease, eat nutritious food. Take the last of the three hot medicines, and constantly chew haritaki soaked in milk. Place moxibustion on the ground where the elbow reaches. Wrap the waist with animal skin, and avoid daytime sleep. If lost during sleep, it will be taken away by demons. Mix mustard powder, ashes, saffron, black guggul, and human brain, and apply it secretly. If it is lost due to poor sleep, violent night walks, or improper behavior, then correct the behavior. If it is lost due to the weakening of blessings, it will be lost unnoticed. For this, perform fulfillment, confession, tsog offering, and recite the hundred-syllable mantra of Vajrasattva ten thousand times. If after drawing the bindu, it cannot be increased, and it turns into disease and pain, then rolling massage on the outside can eliminate it. If it rolls upwards, it will trigger the burning of tummo. If it rolls downwards, then contemplate the deity assembly in the lotus. Offer offerings at a time when conception is not possible. If there is swelling, heaviness, dullness, and headache, it is a sign of the dissipation of bliss.
