Hī Khaa Hi! Confession: Hūṃ! Wisdom ḍākinī assembly, listen! Due to ignorance in my own mind-stream, I have accumulated non-virtue. I confess and regret any breakages, impairments, conceptual obscurations. May this gaṇacakra purify them! Gaṇa Pūca Khaa Hi Śuddhe Āḥ! The Action of Liberation: Hūṃ! Accomplishment Yellow Mother, terrifying form, fierce and wrathful, the three poisons blaze. Body, speech, and mind emanations fill the three thousand worlds. Millions of liberators liberate enemies and obstructors. Ri Ratna Ḍhakkiṇī Tri Enemies Obstructors Śatruṃ Māraya Hūṃ Phaṭ! Praise: Hūṃ! May the ḍākinī assembly enjoy in delight! Khaa Hi Khaa Hi, in the blood of desire, Khaa Hi! Khaa Hi Khaa Hi, in the bones of hatred, Khaa Hi! Khaa Hi Khaa Hi, in the flesh of ignorance, Khaa Hi! Remainder Offering: Hūṃ! From the maṇḍala of the ḍākinīs' command, wandering in charnel grounds and traversing the sky, protecting the secret mantra teachings as their task, nourished by red meat and blood as their food. Millions upon millions of emanated ḍākinī assemblies, take this enjoyment of the remainder, and accomplish the activities of the yogin, myself! Sarva Ḍhakkiṇī Samaya Khaa Hi! Record of Commitments: Hūṃ! In the past, at the beginning of the kalpa, in the charnel ground of the dharmadhātu ḍākinīs, the chief Yellow Mother Accomplishment, the hundreds of thousands of ḍākinīs bound by oath, take this offering of meat and blood, protect the unsurpassed secret mantra teachings, liberate enemies and obstructors, avert obstacles, and accomplish the entrusted activities! Hūṃ! After that, in the intermediate kalpa, in the three fortresses of the sisters of Kham, from the supreme place Chakru Pukser (place name), Khampa Nyima Drakpa (person name), when he opened the treasure door of the profound Dharma, the gods and demons who broke the borrowed oath, take this red torma, and accomplish the entrusted activities! Hūṃ! Now, the mantra-holder, myself, in the maṇḍala of the three clarities, having nailed down the three knowledges, all the Dharma protectors invited as guests, take this red torma, and accomplish the entrusted activities! Tenma: Hūṃ! Oath-bound protectors of the command, all the Tenma who protect Tibet and Kham, take this libation torma, and accomplish the unsurpassed activity of protecting the teachings! Bhyo Samaya Khaa Hi! Covering the Torma Plate: Hūṃ! With the samādhi of the wrathful ḍākinīs, striking the dance of great bliss, the wisdom of great emptiness increases. The hosts of demons, elementals, and oath-breakers, never rise up again.
