Like the right breast of a woman lying on her back, in the Chakru Pukkar (White Rock Cliff) shrine of Chakru Dzong in Kham (present-day Garzê Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province), the practice of Great Bliss White Mother Vajra Dakini was performed, and when the image of the White-faced Sow-headed Mother was blessed as a place for practice, these instructions, including the empowerment practice methods and secret instructions, were bestowed upon the Mother Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, and the instructions were recorded in Dakini script. For the sake of future teachings and beings, they were sealed in the secret treasury of the Dakinis and requested to remain there. According to the prophecy of the time for taming beings, Khampa Nyima Drakpa invited them out on the fifteenth day of the fifth month of the Wood Ox year (1925) at sunrise, and translated the instructions from the yellow paper. Receiving this precious empowerment has many benefits. The scriptures say: The empowerment teacher does not deceive, it is the most supreme of all virtues, one will obtain a lifetime of health and happiness, and be completely liberated from the three lower realms. As it is said, please offer a mandala as the fee for requesting the empowerment. So it is said. Then, visualize that in the sky in front of you, the Bhagavan Great Bliss White Mother is surrounded by all the objects of refuge of the ten directions and three times, and with faith that the meaning follows the words, recite the following. Namo! Lama Yidam Dakini, I take refuge in the three roots. For the sake of benefiting sentient beings, I practice the generation and completion stages of the Dakini, recite and accomplish. Hum! Lama Yidam Dakini, descend, sit on the seat of the sun, moon, and lotus, pay homage with body, speech, and mind, offer outer, inner, and secret offerings, confess transgressions and defilements, rejoice in the practice of secret mantra, pray for the turning of the wheel of ripening and liberation, pray not to pass into sorrow, dedicate the merit to great Bodhi, may all beings attain Buddhahood. Thus, after the common purification sequence has passed, in order to make it a suitable vessel for the uncommon empowerment, for the sake of bestowing wisdom, visualize in this way. Sprinkle water from the action vase. Oṃ mahā śūnyatā jñāna vajra svabhāva atma ko'haṃ.
