In short, in the presence of those who are fortunate and endowed, the emanations, re-emanations, and close emanations are inconceivable. In the three times, many fortunate ones are liberated on the path of liberation by many means and instructions, and gradually passed down. In the era of the Shakya teachings, when strife is strong and life expectancy is a hundred years, when the sun and moon of Sutra and Tantra rise together, the master of Oddiyana, the second Buddha Padmasambhava, controlled hundreds of thousands of vast Dakinis, opened all the secret treasures of the Dakinis, and did inconceivable deeds for the benefit of the teachings and beings throughout Jambudvipa and Tibet. Among them, when Tibet was transformed into the shape of a supine demoness, the right breast, which is the blue cave of Chakru Puk (place name) in Kham, the demoness Dzong, arrived at the palace of activity, performed various complete practices, and blessed the place of practice of Green Tara's activity. At that time, for the benefit of the teachings and beings in the future, he bestowed the instructions on empowerment, practice methods, and oral instructions to the Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, and wrote the instructions in Dakini script, sealing them in the secret treasure of the Dakinis. As the prophecy of taming beings arrived, Khampa Nyima Drakpa invited it out at noon on the tenth day of the second month of the Fire Rabbit year (no specific Gregorian year), and obtaining this precious instruction translated from yellow paper has many benefits. The tantra says: Those yogis and yoginis who do not break their vows and keep them well, will live long, be free from disease, practice the Dharma, and obtain all wealth and enjoyment. This life, the next life, and the intermediate state will be auspicious, and that will always be virtuous. Similarly, if one is not matured by empowerment at first, one cannot be liberated by the Dharma of the vehicle. If one's own mindstream is not liberated by empowerment, one's own mind will not be manifested. The tantra says: Obtaining empowerment and blessing is the most important. That son of the lineage who has received empowerment will accomplish all his wishes in this life, and will attain perfect enlightenment in the next life. In order to obtain the many benefits mentioned above, please repeat these. Then give the empowerment. These are needed by Guru Tenzin Drakpa Gyatso, and Nyima Drakpa wrote this in Shar Takmo Gang, please keep it in mind.

This is a compilation of categories for the sake of benefit. Mangalam! The ritual of peaceful fire offering. From the Profound Essence of White Sow, the Peaceful Fire Offering is presented. I respectfully prostrate to the Bhagavati Vajravarahi Dechen Karmo. Here, the yogi who has received empowerment in the mandala of Vajravarahi Dechen Karmo, abides by the vows, and has completed the recitation of the number, name, time, and signs, in order to pacify all unfavorable aspects such as illnesses, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations of oneself and others, and to complete the recitation, the fire offering ritual is commenced, divided into preliminary, main, and concluding parts. First, on the morning of an auspicious waxing moon in a year, month, and zodiac sign of the wood element, endowed with auspicious planets, stars, and conjunctions, the dwelling should be well cleaned according to the circumstances. If it is a monastery or place that has been subdued before, it is not necessary. If it is not, then the ritual of examining the ground, taking the ground, cultivating, and subduing should be performed according to the extensive Great Accomplishment ritual. If it is absolutely impossible to complete it extensively, then briefly recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and the mantra of Dechen Karmo, and sprinkle water on the ground. Following the posture of a sow eating, take earth from the abdomen, and recite "ཧ་བཛྲ་དྷཀྐི་ནི་བྷ་ར་ཧི་ཨ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲུྃ་ནྲི་ཛཿསིདྡྷིསྭཱ་ཧཱཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning) Ha Vajra Dakini Bharahi Ayukshe Hum Bhrum Nri Jih Siddhi Svaha," བྷྲུྃ་ཏྲཱཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning) Bhrum Tram Hrih Ah," and bless it. Then, construct a platform one cubit long and half a cubit high, changing the color with white earth. In the center of the circular mandala, draw the syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning) Ram with the syllable ཧ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning) Ha written in its belly, surrounded by a rosary of white vajras. On top of it, pile up firewood, medicine, incense, and fragrant substances suitable for the activity, such as white sandalwood and milk, in a circular shape with the size and height matching the mandala. In general, the outer and inner offerings such as torma, alcohol, and medicine for the lama, yidam, dakini, and dharma protectors should be abundant. In front of oneself, place the vajra bell, hand drum, kusha grass, fan, spoon, and container, without separating them, and keep them together. On the right, place white, fragrant wood such as sandalwood or milk tree, twelve fingers long and about the size of a small thumb, cut evenly, with the eight great fears and all unfavorable aspects such as diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles written on it, (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning) Shantim Kuru Ye Svaha," on both ends.
