此大乐白尊金刚瑜伽母，乃自生之境，于法界自性清净之空行刹土中，如三时恒常之轮，以自光炽燃而安住之嬉戏。于密严刹土中，胜者金刚持于转无上密咒法轮之时，无数金刚部之空行母于彼导师之眷属中，自生并听闻、受持无上之教法轮，于此大梵天之大劫刹土及非此之其他虚空边际，于具缘者之显现中，以不可思议之化身、再化身、近化身，于三时中恒常以众多方便与诀窍使众多具缘者得解脱，如是次第相传。于争斗坚固，人寿百岁之时，释迦教法显现显密双运之日月之际，邬金之导师，第二佛莲花生，掌管十万广阔之空行母，开启所有空行之秘密宝藏，于整个赡部洲及汉藏各地，成办不可思议之弘法利生事业。尤其于藏地，将犹如仰卧女魔之国土，其右乳，康区之新龙宗之查绒白岩拉康，作为大乐白尊金刚瑜伽母之修行处，并加持白猪面母作为身之修行处之时，此灌顶修法诀窍等所有教言，皆是莲师对空行母益西措嘉所作之开示，并将此教言写成空行文字，为了后世之弘法利生，封存于空行母之秘密宝藏中。如调伏众生之授记时机成熟般，康巴尼玛扎巴于木牛年（1205）五月十五日日出之时取出，并从黄纸上抄录下来的珍贵教言。获得此灌顶具有诸多功德，如经中所说：“灌顶导师无有欺，胜过一切诸善根，生生世世无有病，获得安乐得解脱，脱离三恶趣痛苦。”为了请求灌顶，请复诵此句。如是云云，之后如仪轨般赐予灌顶。芒嘎朗（吉祥）！

This Great Bliss White Vajra Dakini is a self-arisen realm, in the pure realm of the Dharmadhatu's own nature, in the Dakini land, like a wheel of constant permanence in the three times, dwelling in a play of blazing self-light. In the Akaniṣṭha Ghanavyūha pure land, when the Victorious Vajradhara turned the wheel of the supreme secret mantra dharma, hundreds of thousands of Dakinis of the Vajra family, in the retinue of that teacher, self-arose and listened to and upheld the supreme wheel of command. In this great kalpa land of the Great Brahma and other boundless skies, in the appearances of those with karma and fortune, with inconceivable emanations, further emanations, and close emanations, constantly in the three times, many fortunate ones are completely liberated on the path of liberation by many methods and instructions, and thus gradually transmitted. At the time of the strife-ridden age of one hundred-year lifespans, when the sun and moon of the Śākya teachings shone with the union of sutra and tantra, the teacher of Uḍḍiyāna, the second Buddha Padmasambhava, controlled hundreds of thousands of Dakinis, opened all the secret treasures of the Dakinis, and accomplished inconceivable benefits for the teachings and beings throughout the general world and Tibet. In particular, in Tibet, which is like a supine demoness, the right breast, Chakru Pukkar Lhakhang of Siling Dzong in Kham, was made the practice place of the Great Bliss White Vajra Dakini, and at the time when the White Sow-faced Mother was blessed as the practice place of the body, all these instructions, including the empowerment practice methods and pith instructions, were the instructions given by Padmasambhava to the Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, and these instructions were written in Dakini script and sealed in the secret treasure of the Dakinis for the benefit of the teachings and beings of future generations. As the prophecy of taming beings came to fruition, Khampa Nyima Drakpa extracted it on the fifteenth day of the fifth month of the Wood Ox year (1205) at sunrise, and this precious instruction was copied from yellow paper. Receiving this empowerment has many qualities, as stated in the scripture: "The empowerment teacher is not deceptive, it is the best of all virtues, one obtains health and happiness in lifetimes, and is completely liberated from the three lower realms." In order to request the empowerment, please repeat this phrase. Thus, the empowerment is bestowed according to the ritual. Maṅgala (Auspicious)!

Now, to begin with bestowing upon you all the empowerment of the Bhagavati Accomplishing Yellow Fortune, I shall briefly recount its history. From the great dharmadhatu, the essence of which is pure from the very beginning, the unobstructed radiance of the wisdom of equality of the Bhagavati, glorious Samantabhadri, spontaneously arose. This Accomplishing Yellow Fortune, the precious Dakini, self-arose, and in the pure space of the nature of reality, the wheel of constant continuity, eternally blazing with its own light in the three times, abides in its play. In the Akaniṣṭha Ghanavyūha pure land, when the Victorious Vajradhara turned the wheel of the unexcelled secret mantra dharma, hundreds of thousands of dakinis of the Ratna family self-arose in the retinue of that teacher, and having listened to and upheld the wheels of the unexcelled command, in this great aeon of the Great Brahma, and also in other places pervading the sky, with countless inconceivable emanations, re-emanations, and further emanations, in all three times, they completely liberated many fortunate ones onto the path of liberation with many methods and instructions, and from that gradual lineage. At the time of the degenerate age of the hundred-year life span, when the sun and moon of the union of sutra and tantra arose in the Shakya teachings, the master of Oddiyana, the second Buddha, Padmasambhava, subjugated hundreds of thousands of dakinis, opened all the secret treasuries of the dakinis, and performed inconceivable benefits for the teachings and beings throughout the world in general and Tibet and China in particular. In the great sacred place of Kham, at Sermo Dzong (in present-day Daofu County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan), in the palace of Chakru Puk Sergyapa, he practiced and blessed the virtuous practice of the Yellow Pig-Faced One. At that time, he bestowed these instructions, including the empowerment, the method of practice, and the pith instructions, upon the dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, and wrote the instructions in dakini script. For the benefit of the teachings and beings of the future, he sealed them in the secret treasury of the dakinis. In the Lotus Testament, a prophecy for taming beings, it says: "Humans will have unpaired bodies; the teachings will also go in unpaired ways; traces of the paintings drawn by Gege will remain; this treasure of the three Sermo Dzongs in Kham; will not leave signs of not being extracted; it will appear."
