Na wave, essence of the three realms of samsara and nirvana, By power, subdue and absorb into the yogi self, Bliss-emptiness expands the realm, experience and realization blaze as light, On the garland of mantras of the seed syllable in the center of the sun, The garland of wisdom and awareness revolves through the thread, Avert diseases, slay obstacles, eliminate hindrances into the realm, The expanse of body and wisdom inseparable, The sound of the self-arisen essence, diri ri, Sa karma ḍhakkinī bharahi samaya hrīṃ hrīṃ jaḥ jaḥ. Recite no less than a hundred times. Diseases, evil spirits, obstacles, and hindrances, Sarva māraya hūṃ bhyo hūṃ phaṭ raṃ raṃ svāhā. Recite as appropriate.
