On the four petals of its outer layer, write Ra Ra Ra Ra, Ya Ya Ya Ya, Kha Kha Kha Kha, La La La La. On the edges of the petals, write one kroṃ each. On its outer circle, Oṃ nag po ti pa ra tsa ya, nāga rakṣa tsa la ril phyungs, nāga phu ni mā ra ya, Oṃ phe laṃ hūṃ, tsa la ril phyungs. Take a pinch of good mustard seeds. Mix one and a half bowls of chang with water. Roll into mud pills the size of bra-ril. With the union of method and wisdom, Continuously take five or three pills. Give five khyung pills every month or every seven days. Occasionally, also give a bloodletting. Practice, medicine preparation, conduct, etc. If you practice according to the instructions, Just by eliminating the nāga diseases of past karma, What need is there to mention the nāga harm of immediate circumstances? This was brought forth from the Guru's treasure place, Nakshö Chimda Drak, by the wandering mendicant Sūryakīrti in the Earth Horse year (1918), and translated from yellow paper into Tibetan script in the Iron Monkey year. This was written in the cave of Ke-tsang in Chakri Phuk Nak Dewa Chenpo, the Ugyen practice place of Kham Sringmo Dzong.
