Oṃ phe laṃ hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཕེ་ལཾ་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ phe laṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 贝 蓝 吽). Sarva bhāliṃta kāya vakka citta adhiṣṭhāna abhiṣiñca hūṃ (藏文：སརྦ་བྷ་ལིངྟ་ཀ་ཡ་ཝཀྐ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་དྷིཥྛ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：sarva bhāliṃta kāya vakka citta adhiṣṭhāna abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：一切 食 身体 语 意 加持 灌顶 吽). Having said this, place the torma in the hand. Then, the auspicious words: May the auspiciousness of the increase of the two siddhis arise from the complete entry of the qualities of body, speech, and mind of the supreme Bhagavan Yamāntaka into the lineage of this fortunate one! Thus, after reciting the thousand kinds of obstacles, scatter flowers. Thus, since the profound empowerment of Mañjuśrī, the King of Wisdom, Nāgarakṣa, has been perfectly received, think of protecting the samaya and vows that were promised at those times in accordance with the order, and repeat these words. Offer the mandala of gratitude, such as "Just as the Lord." Again, think of offering the body, possessions, and the accumulation of merit of the three times, transformed like the wealth of a Chakravartin king, and repeat these words. "From today onwards," etc. Thus, dedicate the root of virtue obtained from the empowerment for the benefit of sentient beings. Recite "This merit," etc., and "Precious accumulation of virtue," etc. If there is a protector's torma, offer it. The subsequent rituals of the mandala should be carried out according to the text. Drive away the darkness of the evil spirits far away, the spring of light that does not hinder the path of benefit and happiness, the sun of the instructions that bestows great light, the chariot of guidance, the well-spoken blue garuda. This principle is the command of the glorious guru. Urged by this, the lukewarm, foolish, spontaneous action, the light that rises from the top of the eastern mountain. May this also be dedicated for the benefit of beings. Thus, this arrangement of the empowerment ritual of Mañjuśrī, the King of Wisdom, Nāgarakṣa, is completed. This is the command of the accomplished master Tenzin Nyinpo and the venerable guide Gyurme Loden.

啊，赐予顶髻之后，对于宝藏法完好无损，以前代的历史和生起次第的阐明、教诫、连接、吉祥语等新撰写的这些，是以乞丐、僧人、愚笨、无知的瓦金扎之名所作，若有罪过违犯，则向导师上师您，生生世世与罪恶一同从内心忏悔。善哉！善哉！善哉！ 关于龙护。

Ah, having bound [it] to the crown of the head, concerning the treasure teachings, without impairment, this which is newly written with ancient histories, clarifications of the generation stage, instructions, connections, auspicious words, etc., is done in the name of the beggar, monk, foolish, ignorant Vagindra. If there are faults or transgressions, then to the guide, the Lama himself, I confess from the heart, life after life, together with sins. Good! Good! Good! Concerning Nāgarakṣa.
