云彩，奇妙虚空无垠遍布。嗡（藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）、阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）、吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。首先供养是：吽！胜妙乘之精髓光明心要供云，何处不住然任运成就，自生戏舞庄严轮之天，摧毁忿怒尊燃炽之显现中，从三有之中清净而供养，祈请于三界解脱之界中享用。嘎纳扎扎布扎卡嘿。其次是圆满：吽！五界之光彩智慧戏舞之姿，大威猛调伏一切恶毒誓言圆满，殊胜身形象咒诅兵器之光芒，怖畏金刚文殊勇士誓言圆满，十力之光芒显现黑怙主龙厉鬼之诛杀，忿怒尊那伽罗刹之誓言圆满，智慧空性之界中法皆摄集，大乐龙女独眼誓言圆满，愚昧众生摧毁有寂法界心要者，死主牛头黄面誓言圆满，嗔恨摧毁有寂智慧大光明，恶毒蛇面黑面誓言圆满，贪恋摧毁有寂大悲各别明，鹏鸟食肉红面誓言圆满，我慢摧毁有寂如意燃炽力，作事业化身及再化身誓言圆满，嫉妒摧毁有寂轮涅无边际，火风热焰交织誓言圆满，未生明圆光身之游舞者，自然浩瀚大圆满之誓言圆满。忏悔是： 吼！光明广阔无缘大悲之源泉，四续六续九乘次第之，缘起地界取舍因之法，阻道罪堕誓言违犯等，好坏之想分别念迷乱之垢，不住不缘法身之界中忏悔，祈请于无有宗派超心之状态中宽恕。如是念诵百字明。最后是诛杀：唉！从无底之天空铁室中，三角兵器聚集忿怒沸腾之室，黑面龙族分别念鬼魔等，可怜哀嚎吱吱沸腾之上，自性大吉祥心中所化之子，红黑鹏鸟火焰三有扰动，身之上部忿怒尊智慧心具足，羽翼

The dance of wisdom playing with the radiance of the five realms, the great wrathful one subduing all evil, fulfilling the oath, the supreme body, the light of the mantra of the lineage, curses, and weapons, fulfilling the oath of the terrifying Yamantaka Manjushri hero, the black one who brings forth the power of the ten strengths, the slayer of dragons and evil spirits, fulfilling the oath of the wrathful king Nagaraja, gathering all dharmas in the realm of wisdom emptiness, fulfilling the oath of the blissful Dakini with one eye, destroying the ignorance of sentient beings, the essence of the Dharmadhatu, fulfilling the oath of the yellow-faced Lord of Death with the bull's head, destroying hatred, the great light of wisdom, fulfilling the oath of the evil black serpent-faced one, destroying attachment, the compassion that is clear in each, fulfilling the oath of the red Garuda who eats life, destroying pride, the power of the wish-fulfilling blazing, fulfilling the oath of the working emanation and further emanation, destroying jealousy, the endless cycle of samsara and nirvana, fulfilling the oath with the turbulence of fire, wind, and heat rays, the dancer of the uncreated, clear, and complete light body, fulfilling the oath of the spontaneously vast Great Perfection. The confession is: Ho! The source of luminous, vast, and unconditioned compassion, of the four and six tantras, the nine levels of vehicles, the law of cause and effect, the boundary of interdependence, abandoning and adopting, the obstacles, faults, vows, and impairments, etc., the defilement of good and bad thoughts, conceptual confusion, confessing in the realm of the Dharmakaya that does not abide or perceive, please forgive in the state of non-sectarian transcendence of mind. May the waves grind the four lands to dust. The lower body is adorned with a liberating skirt, sharp and fierce. Destroy the aggregates with killing and threats. Purify the two obscurations, habitual tendencies, and clinging to reality from the root. May the supreme son of Great Glorious One dissolve into the sphere of wisdom. Recite "Khrom Garuda Kilaya Naga Sarva Trik Nan Bad Ya" to subdue and offer. Hūṃ! (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽！) The face of wisdom's own power, fierce yet joyful, open! Open the path of seeing of self-awareness. Offer! Offer karma, afflictions, sins, and obscurations. Accept! Accept the great equality without bias. Alala Te Sukha Jñana Ho! Now, the oath of us yogis. May all those who have realized it as it is come here. As each of you has vowed, accomplish the activities entrusted to the yogis. Thus offer. Invoking the protectors of the teachings: Hūṃ Bhyo! Come here and accept this command torma. Subdue enemies and obstructors, avert unfavorable circumstances and obstacles. Cut off diseases and transform all plagues. Fulfill the entrusted activities by inspiring your heart commitment. The beating of the torma dance: Thinking that the enemies and obstructors are suppressed under the overturned torma plate. Hūṃ!
