The immeasurable form of the lasso instantly and involuntarily hooks all sentient beings, gods and humans, with form and without form, like dry leaves blown by the wind. The immeasurable rays of light in the form of iron chains bind all the powerful and arrogant beings of the three realms of gods, demons, and humans, gathering them under one's control to be employed as obedient listeners, keepers of the word, servants, and messengers. The immeasurable rays of light in the form of bells cause them to become utterly intoxicated with the aggregates of feeling and pride, and one contemplates them as servants and sub-servants who do whatever one commands.
