嗡 度拉 萨瓦 嘎玛 效达耶 效达耶 耶 梭哈！ 祈请薄伽梵圣者大悲尊，以从戒律三摩地甘露中生出的智慧之水沐浴，使从现世往生到他世的某某，从无始轮回以来直至今日之身，因烦恼嫉妒所致，于三世所积的一切罪障业种及习气，皆得清净！忏还宿债： 吽！ 五欲圆满之朵玛，为净除因嫉妒恶业所积，亡者宿债而供养，愿解脱业债！于根本咒后加念： 梭 萨瓦 度拉 萨瓦 嘎玛 格热哈纳 巴林 喋 梭哈！ 祈请薄伽梵圣者大悲尊，以三摩地加持的，具足不可思议功德的五大妙欲之蕴的朵玛作供养，使从现世往生到他世的某某，从无始轮回以来直至今日之身，因嫉妒所致，于三世所积的夺命、损三宝物、玷污僧物、宿怨、债务及一切宿债，皆得清净！将亡者名牌置于天神种子字堆中： 吽！ 谛听，亡者善男子！此地轮回乃天界，此地乃欲界轮回之都，此洲乃死亡迁转堕落之洲，由我慢恶业因所生，我慢乃清净痛苦之天神，祈请薄伽梵天神能仁，清净痛苦！赐予灌顶： 吽！ 天神导师天神主，具相好庄严炽燃之身，持白色钵盂手杖摇铃，以此为亡者赐予灌顶，从失败堕落痛苦中解脱，愿断绝天道之生门！于根本咒后加念： 嗡 萨瓦 德瓦耶 梭哈！ 祈请薄伽梵圣者大悲尊天神能仁赐予灌顶，使从现世往生到他世的某某，获得断绝失败堕落天道生门之权！驱除地毒： 吽！ 我慢恶业乃无明毒，我慢毒之父亦为哑，我慢毒之母亦为哑，我慢毒渗入地中，我慢金刚摧毁我

Om Dula Sarva Karma Shuddhe Shuddhe Ye Svaha! May the deceased, who has passed from this world to the next, be purified of all sins, obscurations, karmic seeds, and habitual tendencies accumulated in the three times due to the power of afflictive emotions and jealousy, from beginningless time until this present body, by bathing with the wisdom water that arises from the nectar of the discipline samadhi of the Bhagavan Arya Avalokiteshvara! Purifying Karmic Debts: Hum! This torma endowed with the five desirable qualities, is offered to purify the karmic debts accumulated by the karma of jealousy. May the karmic debts be removed! At the end of the root mantra: Su Sarva Dula Sarva Karma Grihana Balingte Svaha! By the power of offering this torma, the great accumulation of the five great desirable qualities blessed by the samadhi of the Bhagavan Arya Avalokiteshvara, may the deceased, who has passed from this world to the next, be purified of all life-taking, destroying the three jewels, defiling monastic property, blood feuds, debts, and all karmic debts accumulated in the three times due to the power of jealousy, from beginningless time until this present body! Place the name card in the center of the cluster of deity seed syllables: Hum! Listen, deceased son of noble family! This realm of samsara is the realm of the gods, this place is the city of the desire realm samsara, this continent is the continent of death, transference, and falling. Arising from the cause of pride and karma, pride is the deity who purifies suffering. May the Bhagavan, the capable one of the gods, receive the supplication to purify suffering! Granting Empowerment: Hum! The teacher of the gods, the protector of the gods, the body blazing with marks and signs, holding a white begging bowl, staff, and bell, by granting empowerment to this deceased, may they be liberated from defeat, downfall, and all suffering! May the birth gate of the gods be cut off! At the end of the root mantra: Ah Sarva Devaye Svaha! By the empowerment granted by the Bhagavan Arya Avalokiteshvara, the capable one of the gods, may the deceased who has passed from this world to the next, receive the power to cut off the birth gate of defeat, downfall, and the gods! Pride and karma are the poison of ignorance, the father of the poison of pride is also dumb, the mother of the poison of pride is also dumb, this poison of pride seeps into the earth, the vajra of pride destroys me

降伏我慢！愿我慢之毒无毒！根本咒语之后：ཨ་སརྦ་དྷེ་ཝ་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔（藏文，अ सर्वदेव हन हन ये स्वाहा，a sarva deva hana hana ye svāhā，啊，一切天神，摧毁，摧毁，愿圆满）。 祈请世尊圣者大悲我慢金刚之等持的谛实力，令从这个世界往生到彼岸的某某，从无始轮回以来直到现在的这个身体为止，因烦恼我慢的控制，于三时中所积累的一切罪障业力种子及习气，全部融入大种地界的虚空中。以水沐浴：ཧཱུྃ༔ 殊胜清净禅定水，为净我慢诸垢染，以禅定水善沐浴，令除散乱罪障净。根本咒语之后：ཨ་སརྦ་དྷེ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔（藏文，अ सर्वदेव शुद्धे शुद्धे ये स्वाहा，a sarva deva śuddhe śuddhe ye svāhā，啊，一切天神，清净，清净，愿圆满）。 祈请世尊圣者大悲尊，以从禅定等持甘露中生出的智慧之水沐浴，令从这个世界往生到彼岸的某某，从无始轮回以来直到现在的这个身体为止，因烦恼我慢的控制，于三时中所积累的一切罪障业力种子及习气，全部得以清净。偿还宿债：ཧཱུྃ༔ 五欲圆满朵玛此，我慢业力所积聚，为偿亡者诸宿债，特此供养愿解脱。业之宿债愿解脱。根本咒语之后：ཨ་སརྦ་དྷེ་ཝ་གྷྲི་ཧ་ན་བྷ་ལིངྟ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔（藏文，अ सर्वदेव गृहण बलिन्त स्वाहा，a sarva deva gṛhaṇa balinta svāhā，啊，一切天神，接受，供物，愿圆满）。 祈请世尊圣者大悲尊，以等持加持的，具有不可思议功德的五欲大供堆朵玛，以此供养的威力，令从这个世界往生到彼岸的某某，从无始轮回以来直到现在的这个身体为止，因我慢的控制，于三时中所积累的偷盗、抢夺、强奸，侵损僧众财物，血仇、债务和所有宿债全部得以清净。将亡者名牌置于人种子的中央：ཧཱུྃ༔ 谛听，亡者善男子！此地轮回人世间，此地忙碌贫困人世村，此洲南赡部洲，五毒聚合之因所生，为净五毒之痛苦之神，世尊人中之狮子啊！

Subduing Arrogance! May the poison of arrogance be non-toxic! At the end of the root mantra: A sarva deva hana hana ye svāhā (藏文，अ सर्वदेव हन हन ये स्वाहा，a sarva deva hana hana ye svāhā，Ah, all gods, destroy, destroy, may it be fulfilled). Invoking the truth of the Samadhi of the Bhagavan, the Holy Great Compassionate Arrogance Vajra, may the sins, obscurations, karmic seeds, and habitual tendencies accumulated in all three times due to the control of afflictive emotions and arrogance, from the time of beginningless samsara until this present body, be completely dissolved into the vastness of the great element of earth. Bathe with water: Hūm! Supreme and pure Samadhi water, to purify the stains of arrogance, by bathing well with Samadhi water, may distraction and sins be purified! At the end of the root mantra: A sarva deva śuddhe śuddhe ye svāhā (藏文，अ सर्वदेव शुद्धे शुद्धे ये स्वाहा，a sarva deva śuddhe śuddhe ye svāhā，Ah, all gods, purify, purify, may it be fulfilled). Invoking the Bhagavan, the Holy Great Compassionate One, bathing with the water of wisdom that arises from the nectar of Samadhi, may the sins, obscurations, karmic seeds, and habitual tendencies accumulated in all three times due to the control of afflictive emotions and arrogance, from the time of beginningless samsara until this present body, be completely purified. Clearing karmic debts: Hūm! This Torma endowed with the five desirable qualities, accumulated by the karma of arrogance, is dedicated to clearing the karmic debts of the deceased, may they be liberated from karmic debts! May karmic debts be released! At the end of the root mantra: A sarva deva gṛhaṇa balinta svāhā (藏文，अ सर्वदेव गृहण बलिन्त स्वाहा，a sarva deva gṛhaṇa balinta svāhā，Ah, all gods, accept, offering, may it be fulfilled). Invoking the Bhagavan, the Holy Great Compassionate One, by the power of dedicating this Torma, a heap of the five great desirable qualities, endowed with inconceivable merits, blessed by the Samadhi, may all the debts of theft, robbery, rape, misappropriation of monastic property, blood feuds, debts, and all karmic debts accumulated in all three times due to the control of arrogance, from the time of beginningless samsara until this present body, be completely purified. Place the deceased's name card in the center of the human seed cluster: Hūm! Listen, deceased noble son! This place is the samsaric human realm, this place is the busy and impoverished human village, this continent is the southern Jambudvipa, born from the cause of the aggregation of the five poisons, O Bhagavan, lion among humans, god who purifies the suffering of the five poisons!
