ཀའ་བདེན་པ། 祈愿真实。 祈请世尊甚深道大悲坛城之诸佛尊众眷属，凭借圣旨之谛实力与大谛实之大悲加持力，从此世间逝往他世之亡者，无论居于三有五道、六道众生之何处，祈愿刹那顷刻无二融入于眼前此名牌之中。 ཛ་ཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ༔ （藏文：ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：जः हुं वं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：降、生、增、护）念诵三遍，并以铁钩手印融入。 ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）我乃慈怙众生之怙主，从甚深道秘密心间，放射大悲之光芒，亡者三有五道中，无论六道轮回何处，刹那之间勾召于此。如是念诵，观想生起次第清晰。 ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）从空性法界自生起，化现大悲之身相，乃为菩提胜妙之大天尊，调伏烦恼魔众之身相，以大权炽燃之神变力，于解脱道上作祟之魔，食人鬼及断命者化为尘土。如是念诵，以马头明王之咒与松巴尼驱逐。燃古古香，以白芥子驱打。 之后，观想生起次第清晰，生起猛烈大悲心，为亡者作引导开示： ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）莫散乱，莫迷茫，具种姓之子，此乃本初清净之自心，未能证悟为大悲，故于六道轮回中漂泊，感受六业之痛苦，虽得暇满人身，却虚度人生未修善，虽未曾想死亡将至，然今日却被阎罗之索抓住，积攒之物皆留于身后，业果成熟唯有自身相随，与亲友财物皆分离，孤独恐惧于中阴游荡，六根之错觉为风所用，呜呼，有为乃无常之法，轮回何处皆无安乐，故莫执着，修持大悲，莫迷茫，听闻上师之教言，莫散乱，身语放松安住，香衣名牌乃身之所依，名字字条乃语之所依，明镜乃意之所依，陈设所需九种受用，饮食欲妙如海般堆积，以禅定咒语加持，于此本尊像前安住。如是念诵。萨玛雅，印印印。

Ka truth. O Bhagavan, by the power of the truth of the command and the great compassion and blessing of the mandala deities and retinues of the profound path of great compassion, may these deceased who have passed away from this world to the next, wherever they may be in the three realms and five paths, the six classes of beings, be present without duality in this nameplate in front of me in an instant. Ja Hum Bam Hoh! Recite this three times and dissolve it with the iron hook mudra. Hum! I am the loving protector, the refuge of beings. From the heart of the secret profound path, rays of great compassion emanate. The deceased in the three realms and five paths, wherever they may be in the six realms of samsara, may they be drawn here in an instant! Recite this and visualize the generation stage clearly. Hum! From the realm of emptiness, self-arisen, arising as the form of great compassion, the great deity of supreme enlightenment, the form that subdues the hordes of disturbing demons, with the powerful and blazing miraculous power, may the demons who harm the path of liberation, the flesh-eating demons and life-cutters, be pulverized into dust! Recite this and dispel them with the mantra of Hayagriva and Sumbhani. Burn gugul incense. Sprinkle with white mustard seeds. Then, visualize the generation stage clearly and generate intense compassion. Introduce the deceased: Hum! Do not be distracted, son of noble family! This self-mind, pure from the beginning, not realizing it as great compassion, wanders in the six realms of samsara, experiencing the suffering of the six karmas. Although you obtained a human body with leisure and opportunity, you wasted your life without accumulating virtue. Although you did not think that death would come, today you are seized by the noose of Yama. All that you accumulated is left behind. All the ripening karma accompanies you. Separated from relatives, friends, wealth, and possessions, you wander alone in fear and dread in the bardo. The illusions of the six senses are used by the wind. Alas, conditioned things are impermanent dharmas. There is no happiness anywhere in samsara. Therefore, do not be attached, meditate on great compassion. Do not be confused, listen to the guru's instructions. Do not be distracted, relax your body, speech, and mind. Fragrant clothes and name tags are the support for the body. Name letters and name cards are the support for speech. A clear mirror is the support for the mind. Spread out the nine necessities of enjoyment. Pile up food, drink, and desirable objects like an ocean. Bless them with samadhi and mantra. Abide in this image of the guru. Recite this. Samaya. Gya r.

The supreme and sacred water of patience, for the sake of purifying the obscurations of anger, by thoroughly washing with the water of patience, may the obscurations of anger be purified.
