诸位请听！过去、现在、未来一切诸佛，皆因了知这无上仪轨，才能从三有中解脱，证得圆满正觉。现在，有缘的你们，也进入这成熟解脱的仪轨，愿能获得殊胜和共同的成就。赐予加持！之后，观想前方虚空中，安住着三根本的坛城。以实物和意幻的供品进行供养。弟子合掌，念诵以下偈颂：唉玛吙！十方三世的胜者薄伽梵，请上师、本尊、空行垂念！二足之尊佛陀和，寂静离贪的殊胜法，以及圣者僧伽众，我以恭敬之心皈依！念诵三遍。总集诸佛无有上，持明金刚上师前，直至未得无上觉，我以恭敬之心皈依！念诵三遍。所有本尊坛城和，百千勇士空行母，乃至证得菩提前，我以恭敬之心皈依！念诵三遍。之后，受持别解脱戒：吽！于持明上师的面前，身语意三门对于众生，断除损害，行持善法。别解脱戒、比丘戒、菩提心，对于别解脱戒，我将安住并守护！念诵三遍。发愿心：唉玛！三世持明请垂念！从今乃至菩提间，对于六道一切有情众，以父母之想，未能度者令得度，未能脱者令得脱，未能喘息者令得喘息，发起愿菩提心！进入（行菩提心）：吙！如昔日善逝薄伽梵，安住于三律仪，从今乃至轮回未空，发起趋入无上之菩提心，我等皆当发起！受持六度波罗蜜和三律仪，令得喘息安置于涅槃！念诵三遍。之后，受持五部之誓言：唉玛吙！受持三宝不舍弃，依止上师本尊不舍弃。金刚部的誓言是：金刚（藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ།，梵文天城体：वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：Vajra，汉语字面意思：金刚）、铃（藏文：དྲིལ་བུ།，梵文天城体：घण्टा，梵文罗马拟音：Ghaṇṭā，汉语字面意思：铃）、菩提心，任何时候都不舍弃并修持。这是金刚部的誓言。珍宝部的誓言是：以四种布施饶益有情。这是珍宝部的誓言。莲花部的誓言是：

Listen, fortunate ones! All Buddhas of the three times attained perfect enlightenment, liberated from the three realms, by knowing this supreme ritual. Now, may you fortunate ones, having entered this ripening and liberating ritual, attain supreme and common siddhis. Grant blessings! Then, in the sky in front, visualize the assembly of the three roots. Offer with actual and mentally created offerings. The disciple, with palms joined, speaks these words: Emaho! Victors, Bhagavan, of all directions and times, Lama, Yidam, Dakini, be mindful! Buddha, the chief of bipeds, and the peaceful, detached, holy Dharma, and the supreme Sangha of noble beings, I go for refuge with reverence! Say three times. Supreme, the union of all Buddhas, To the Vidyadhara Vajra Guru, Until unsurpassed enlightenment is attained, I go for refuge with reverence! Say three times. All the Yidam deities and, Hundreds of thousands of heroes and heroines, Until enlightenment is attained, I go for refuge with reverence! Say three times. Then, taking the vows of individual liberation: Hum! In the presence of the Vidyadhara Guru, With body, speech, and mind, to beings, Abandon harm and accomplish virtue. Bhikshu, Bhikshuni, Bodhicitta, In the vows of individual liberation, I will abide and protect! Say three times. Aspiration Mind: Ema! Vidyadharas of the three times, be mindful! From now until enlightenment, To all sentient beings of the six realms, With the perception of father and mother, Those not liberated, I will liberate, Those not freed, I will free, Those not breathing, I will give breath, Generate the aspiring Bodhicitta! Entering: Ho! As the Sugatas, Bhagavan, of the past, Abided in the three vows, From now until samsara is empty, The mind of entering the unsurpassed, May we all generate! Hold the six perfections and the three vows, Give breath and place in Nirvana! Say three times. Then, taking the vows of the five families: Emaho! Hold the Three Jewels, do not abandon, practice. Rely on the Lama Yidam, do not abandon.
