བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རིག་པ་དང་ཞབས་སུ་ལྡན་པ་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་འཇིགས་རྟེན་མཁྱེན་པ་སྐྱེས་བུ་འདུལ་བའི་ཁ་ལོ་སྒྱུར་བ་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ལྷ་དང་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྟོན་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་བཻཌཱུཪྻའི་འོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་སྐུ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། ལན་གསུམ། ཧཱུྃ། ཇི་ལྟར་དུས་གསུམ་མཁྱེན་མངའ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས། །ཇི་སྙེད་མཁྱེན་པའི་ཏིང་འཛིན་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྩལ། །བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་དབང་མཆོག་འདི་ཕུལ་བས། །སྐུ་ལྔ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་ལྡན་དབང་ཐོབ་ཤོག །དེ་ལྟར་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྐུའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བས་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལུས་ཀྱི་བག་ཆགས་དང་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་དག་ནས་བསྐྱེད་རིམ་བསྒོམ་པ་ལ་དབང་། །འབྲས་བུ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུའི་གོ་འཕང་འཐོབ་པའི་ས་བོན་རྒྱུད་ལ་བཞག་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གཉིས་པ་གསུང་གི་དབང་ཞུ་བའི་དོན་དུ་འདི་བཞིན་སྨྲོས་ཤིག །ན་མོ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་ཆེན་སློབ་དཔོན་དང་། །བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས། ཐུགས་ཀར་ཟླ་གདན་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་གཡས་སུ་འཁོར་བས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་བཻ་ཌཱུཪྻ་འོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་གསུང་གི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཐོབ་པར་སྒོམས་ཤིག །ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། གྷུ་མེ་གྷུ་མེ། ཨི་མེ་ནི་མི་ཧི་མ་ཏི་མ་ཏི་སཔྟ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ། Pa. The throat is marked with a red lotus and the letter ĀḤ (藏文，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿). The heart is marked with a blue vajra and the letter HŪṂ (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), from which emanates an inconceivable blue light. From the Akaniṣṭha Dharma Realm Palace and the beautiful Pure Land of the City of Medicine, wisdom beings, clear in body and distinct in form, with the natural sound of Āli Kāli emanating from their mouths, and blue vajras marked with HŪṂ (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at their hearts, many radiant blue lights descend like rain into a great ocean, dissolving into the crown of your head. Generate this faith. Invocation: HŪṂ. Noble and supreme Buddhas, Tathāgatas, although you have attained complete enlightenment in countless eons past, you have not abandoned me, a foolish and ignorant being, with your compassion. I am drowning in a sea of suffering, without refuge or protection. Alas, I cry out in despair. With loving compassion, remember me and come to this place. In this last of final ages, if you do not heed my heartfelt plea, what good is your great compassion, O Noble Ones? Arrange offerings and generate intense longing. Remember your past aspirations and vows, and please come to this place of generation. By the power of compassion, please come to this place. By the power of blessing, please come to this place. By the power of miraculous abilities, please come to this place. Namaḥ sarva tathāgatya pheṃ pheṃ āveśaya a ā (藏文，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ sarva tathāgatya pheṃ pheṃ āveśaya a ā，汉语字面意思：敬礼一切如来，呸 呸，请降临 阿 阿). Recite this and place a flower on the crown of your head, and place the vajra in the three places (forehead, throat, heart). O daughter of noble lineage, may all the obscurations of the three doors be purified and cleansed, and may you become a vessel worthy of empowerment. Having spoken thus, she transformed into a mass of light and dissolved into the three doors. Meditate on becoming fortunate enough to partake in the three mandalas of the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagata. Then, for the purpose of requesting the empowerment of the body, recite the following: Homage to the great Vajradhara guru and the Sugata Bhagavan. Grant the maturation and liberation of body, speech, and mind. I request the empowerment of blessings and wisdom. Having made this request, visualize the guru as the empowerment deity, holding a vase filled with the nectar of immaculate wisdom in his hands, and bestowing the empowerment from the crown of your head. Meditate on becoming manifest in the mandala of the body of the Tathagata. Hūṃ. Just as the Tathagatas who possess knowledge of the three times, the power of the wisdom of Samadhi that knows all that exists, by offering this supreme empowerment, may I obtain the empowerment of the five bodies and the five wisdoms.
