From the Mother Dharma Nectar Drops, the outer practice of the Eight Sugatas, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, resides. I prostrate to the Sugata Buddhas! When the Second Buddha of Oddiyana, Padmasambhava, was residing in the practice cave of Bre-gu Ge'u, I, Tso-gyal, with a precious mandala and offerings, asked as follows: Guru, Knower of the Three Times, incarnate Lama! Please bestow the nectar drops of the sacred Dharma of the Eight Sugatas, for the benefit of all beings and future generations, your kindness is great! For such instructions, can it be that the translator, like common initial letters, and the treasure's beginning and end with prostrations, heart essence, auspiciousness, etc., the symbolic hand gestures of Samaya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:ས་མ་ཡཱ།,समय,samaya,Vow) and the treasure's concealment with seals, and entrusting to those with karmic connections, etc., are not done? Even if one Buddha is accomplished, and offerings and praises are made, what is incomplete? Because beings have different inclinations, please consider the benefit of those who have faith in this sacred Dharma nectar drop, and bestow easy-to-practice outer, inner, and secret methods! For the benefit of future generations, I thought of writing it down. Guru Rinpoche said: Tso-gyal, it is good that you asked that! For the leader, any one of the three letters of body, speech, and mind, or the seed syllable and mantra of any deity, or the initial hand gesture text of the offering; at the end, auspicious words, auspicious hand gesture texts, and entrusting to the protectors for safeguarding; for the elements, concealing without fear; entrusting to those with karmic connections; concealing from those with wrong views; for practitioners, deeply concealing the signs of profound differences; Samaya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:ས་མ་ཡཱ།,समय,samaya,Vow) is the essence of the three vows; etc., although there are many temporary and ultimate benefits, the writing of this translator is unfamiliar and has errors, but later practitioners should practice accordingly, and the order of holding faith in the Tathagata Buddhas and accomplishing wishes is also appropriate, therefore, as it is recorded, what I say should be known and practiced according to the mind of the Lord of Secrets. Seal! Seal! Seal! This, the outer practice of the Eight Sugatas, has three stages: preliminary, main, and subsequent. Seal! Seal! Seal! First, the preliminary preparation:

In any case, from the east or south, a place suitable for sustenance, like Drepung, take earth that resembles a mirror, vase, vajra, or wish-fulfilling tree in shape, with colors of white, yellow, and red, taking the earth from the center; according to the size of the platform, make it beautiful, smooth, and good, gently wiping it with water of camphor and agaru, and place the vase filled with vase medicine in the center of a decorated mandala; to the right, place a Buddha statue, to the left, place scriptures, behind, place a sadhana text, and in front, place a torma, according to the text; around the perimeter, arrange various offerings as much as possible, including tormas for the Kagyu and Terma protectors; faithful men and women, having bathed and with clean clothes and cushions, remembering the great qualities of the Sugatas, sit on the seat with bodhicitta. Samaya (藏文:ས་མ་ཡཱ།), Gya Gya Gya (藏文:རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།). The second part is the main practice: after requesting permission from the Lord of Secrets, for those of the outer tantra, from the torma boundary wheel of the mandala, proceed according to the text and purify the vase; inside the palace, visualize Buddha Shakyamuni and his retinue of seven Sugatas, bodhisattvas, and arhats, all as clear as an opened sesame pod; Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, twenty-one thousand yakshas, treasure guardians, etc., each of their torma appearances as a body mandala; especially, visualize on the crown of your head, in an ordinary state, on a lotus and moon cushion, like visualizing the vase deity, manifestly all the Buddhas residing in the self-appearing mandala of their own color of light, with strong conviction, invite, offer seats, prostrate, offer, grant empowerment, and praise; like the samadhi of a vidyadhara, gradually from the Buddha to the crown of the seven retinues, the seed syllable and mantra wheel in the center of the moon disc emit and absorb, thereby stimulating the mindstream of the vase deity, thereby offering to the immeasurable ocean of Buddhas throughout the directions and times, in general; and in particular, offering with offerings that please all the infinite and boundless pure lands of the Sugatas; all the compassion, blessings, truthful words of aspiration, abilities, and powers of each, like the light of each Buddha's body color, gather like dust in the sun's rays; dissolving into the body, speech, and mantra wheel of oneself and those in front, thereby increasing glory and clarifying samadhi; the vase also becomes the same color as the deity, filled with nectar of light.
