With a face radiating a gentle smile and emanating its own light, seated in the vajra posture, with hands in the gesture of refuge and meditative equipoise. The head adorned with a crown protuberance and the feet with wheels, embellished with auspicious marks and signs, and draped in reddish-brown robes. At the crown of the head, clearly visualized, is a white wheel marked with the syllable (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om). At the throat is a red lotus marked with the syllable (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah). At the heart is a yellow vajra marked with the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हु, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), from which emanates an inconceivable yellow light. From the Akanishta heaven, the realm of Dharma, and the pure lands adorned with precious incense, visualize wisdom beings, clear in form and distinct in appearance, inseparable from meditation. Their speech is the inherent sound of the vowels and consonants, and their hearts are yellow vajras, radiating yellow light, dazzling and brilliant, like rain falling upon a vast ocean, dissolving into the crown of your head. Generate this faith. Having spoken thus, invoke: Hum! Supreme noble body, victorious Tathagata, you all in countless eons past... Namaḥ sarva tathāgatāya pheṃ pheṃ āveśaya ā āḥ. Having spoken thus, place a flower on the crown of the head and the vajra at the three places (forehead, throat, heart). Speak. Then, focus your awareness and faith, and with palms joined, recite from the mouth: Blessed One, Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened One, endowed with knowledge and conduct, Sugata, Knower of the World, Guide of Beings, Supreme, unsurpassed, Teacher of gods and humans, Buddha, Golden Excellent, Immaculate, Jewel Light, King who Perfected Austerities, together with your retinue, I prostrate, offer, and take refuge. Please grant your blessings! Three times. Having prayed in this way and focused your faith, the Blessed One, Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened One, Golden Excellent, Immaculate, Jewel Light, King who Perfected Austerities, with a smiling face, says: Son or daughter of noble family, may all the obscurations of your three doors be completely purified, and may you become a vessel fit for empowerment. Having spoken thus, he transforms into a mass of light and dissolves into the three doors, contemplate that you have become fortunate to engage in the three mandalas of the Tathagata's body, speech, and mind. Then, for the purpose of requesting the body empowerment, speak thus: Homage to the great Vajradhara Guru and, Sugata, Blessed One.
