Third, to request the heart empowerment, say this: Homage to the great Vajradhara master, homage to the Sugata Bhagavan, please grant the ripening liberation of body, speech, and mind, request the blessing of wisdom empowerment. Having prayed in this way, visualize the master as the Sugata, the Wise Glorious Sound King, from the heart of whom emanates a yellow Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།）（梵文天城体：हुं）（梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ）（汉语字面意思：吽） syllable, yellow rays of light, hot to the touch, swift in nature, many like shooting stars in the sky, striking you who are visualized as the Buddha, the Wise Glorious Sound King, meditate on the great emptiness devoid of focus, and rest without artifice. The lama raises the hand implement to the sky, utters the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།）（梵文天城体：हुं）（梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ）（汉语字面意思：吽） sound three times, and remains in equipoise. Again, like a bubble bursting from water, or like a rainbow appearing from space, in an instant you are visualized as the body of the Sugata, with a cluster, the seed syllable of the heart, a yellow Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།）（梵文天城体：हुं）（梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ）（汉语字面意思：吽） syllable, endowed with splendor, empowering you, contemplate receiving the secret, inconceivable empowerment of the Sugata's heart. (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།）（梵文天城体：हुं）（梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ）（汉语字面意思：吽） The essence of the true heart of all the Sugata victors, the syllable Hūṃ, in the form of a cluster, radiant and glorious, empowering the fortunate son of the lineage, may the empowerment of the Sugata's heart be attained. Namaḥ sarva tathāgata citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ. (藏文：ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།）（梵文天城体：नमः सर्व तथागत चित्त अभिषिञ्च हुं）（梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ sarva tathāgata citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ）（汉语字面意思：顶礼一切如来心，灌顶吽） Bestow the cluster at the heart or crown, speak auspicious words, and scatter flowers. Thus, through the heart empowerment of the Sugata Buddha, the Wise Glorious Sound King, the imprints and obscurations of your minds are purified, you have the authority to meditate on the completion stage, and the seed for attaining the fruit, the Dharmakaya, is planted in your being. Thus, you receive the three empowerments of body, speech, and mind of the Sugata Buddha, the Wise Glorious Sound King. Again, thinking of requesting the complete empowerment, say this: Homage to the great Vajradhara master, homage to the Sugata Bhagavan, please grant the ripening liberation of body, speech, and mind, request the blessing of wisdom empowerment. Having prayed in this way, visualize this torma as the Sugata Arhat, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, the Wise Glorious Sound King, with the retinue of Bodhisattvas and Arhats.

May you be liberated from the suffering of the four births. May you cut off the gate of female birth. May you eliminate the enemy of death and suffering. May you protect from the fear of darkness and demonic forces. May you turn away from actions that deviate from the Dharma and engage in the Dharma. May you turn away from the Hearers and Solitary Realizers and connect with the Great Vehicle. May you be saved from the fear of the fire that destroys the great aeon, and may you be born in your own field, etc. May all the kindness, compassion, and blessings of these great prayers be obtained by these Vajra disciples. Again, in order to receive the empowerment of the King of Accomplishment of Austerity, the Pure and Stainless Jewel Light, please join your palms with strong devotion and pray, reciting the following: Namo to the great Vajradhara Guru, The Sugata Bhagavan, Grant the maturation and liberation of body, speech, and mind, Grant the empowerment of grace and wisdom. Recite three times. Then the refuge and bodhicitta: Namo, I prostrate, offer, and take refuge, The Tathagata, the King of the Earth, The Great Destroyer, the Vajra Body, The Great Hero, endowed with great power, Protect us from the fears of samsara, Lead us to the supreme field of liberation, May we be matured in the ultimate truth. Recite three times. With a good posture, focus on the following visualization: On the top of each of your heads, on a lotus and moon seat, a yellow Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable marked with the vowels of Āli and the consonants of Kāli radiates light. Purifying the obscurations of all sentient beings, offering to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, gathering blessings, dissolving into the seed syllable, and completely transforming. From this, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, the Accomplisher of Austerity, the Pure and Stainless Jewel Light, appears as golden in color.
