拉波者，如纯金之色，光芒万丈，以胜施等印相庄严。其顶髻之上，莲花日月之垫上，有善逝金贤无垢宝光佛。如金山般巍峨之身，具有施救护、平等安住之手印。其顶髻之上，莲花日月之垫上，有无忧最胜圣者如来。身色红白，具平等禅定。其顶髻之上，莲花日月之垫上，有如来法称海吉祥佛。无垢海螺色，具说法手印。其顶髻之上，莲花日月之垫上，有法慧红色光辉炽盛，具胜施平等手印之法轮。自身显现为由光芒所成之身，显空双运，周遍广大之胜者刹土。如是之后，于心间月轮上观想吽字，如本尊身色，以自生本尊之观想，迎请对生本尊。将对生本尊转化为光芒咒语之三摩地，以精进力修持，则如经中所说之利益，以及外内之次第征相，皆会显现。萨玛雅，嘉嘉嘉。之后，将朵玛（供品）净化加持后，吽！朵玛之器，置于珍宝所成之托盘中。朵玛之体性，乃天人之受用食物，白三、甜三、谷物、药物、精华、香料，阿巴、酸三等千种药物，青稞、稻米、小麦、豆类等千种谷物，因陀罗尼拉等天界树果，草莓、蓝莓、葡萄干等，桃子、苹果、榅桲、诃子的果实，草原所生、水中所生、森林所生，四大之精华，食物之最胜美味，三千世界之精华蕴藏者，真实陈设，以意幻化，充满虚空边际之朵玛，供养于如来、诸佛菩萨等一切应供处，祈请享用后赐予殊胜与共同成就。那嘛，萨瓦 达塔嘎达 布达 菩提萨埵 阿哈喋 依当 巴林达 卡卡卡 喀嘿 喀嘿（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。以五或七遍供养赞颂后，获得四种灌顶，之后，从对生本尊放射出各种光芒，融入自身顶上之本尊众。

The Lopa, with the color of pure gold, radiates a thousand lights, adorned with the signs of the supreme giving and equanimity mudras. Above its crown, on a lotus and moon seat, is the Sugata Golden Goodness Immaculate Jewel Light. A body as majestic as a golden mountain, possessing the mudras of bestowing refuge and equanimity. Above its crown, on a lotus and moon seat, is the Supreme Noble Tathagata Free from Sorrow. With a reddish-white body, possessing equanimity and meditative absorption. Above its crown, on a lotus and moon seat, is the Tathagata Glorious Dharma Sound Ocean. Immaculate conch color, possessing the mudra of teaching the Dharma. Above its crown, on a lotus and moon seat, is Dharma Wisdom, red and blazing with light, possessing the wheel of the supreme giving and equanimity mudras. Its own form appears as a body made of light, the union of appearance and emptiness, pervading the vast realm of the Victorious Ones. From this point onward, visualize the syllable Hūṃ in the center of the moon disc at the heart, according to the color of the deity's body, and invoke the front-generation deity with the self-generation deity visualization. Transform the front-generation deity into the samadhi of light-ray mantras, and by practicing with diligence, the benefits as stated in the sutras, and the sequential signs of outer and inner, will arise. Samaya, gya gya gya. Afterwards, purify and bless the torma (offering), then, Hūṃ! In a vessel of torma, in a tray made of various jewels, the essence of the torma is the enjoyment and food of gods and humans, the three whites, the three sweets, grains, medicines, essences, and incense. A thousand kinds of medicines, including Abar and the three sours. A thousand kinds of grains, including barley, rice, wheat, and beans. Indra Nila and other fruits of the gods' trees, strawberries, blueberries, currants, grapes, peaches, apples, quinces, and myrobalan fruits, those born from grasslands, those born from water, and those born from forests, the essence of the four elements, the supreme tastes of food, those who hold the essence of the three thousand worlds, actually arranged and mentally transformed, this torma filling the expanse of space, I offer to the Tathagatas, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and all objects of offering, requesting them to partake and grant supreme and common accomplishments. Namaḥ Sarva Tathāgata Buddha Bodhisattva Arhate Idam Balingta Kha Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning). After offering and praising with five or seven repetitions, and receiving the four empowerments, then, various rays of light radiate from the front-generation deity and dissolve into the assembly of deities on one's own crown.
