Consecrate water with mantras and give it as an offering. The samaya (誓言) + mantra (真言) is: Om hana hana vajra samaya mita krama nan hum dza. After giving the samaya water, admonish: Goddess, if you violate this samaya, and do not act as admonished, you will suffer great torment. This poisonous water of samaya will also turn into a great poison, seeing it will cause vomiting of blood, the vajra flesh-eater will tear out your heart, causing you to die untimely, or be killed by yakshas, your heart will burst, turning into an angry flesh-eater and a terrifying being, burned by the blazing fire vajra, turning your body to ashes, and like those who have abandoned their vows, you will be reborn in the crying hell. Thus, the samaya is abandoned. Then, offer five offerings and five tormas (食子) to Pal Lhamo (吉祥天母): Om hum shri ya devi kali maha kali hum bhyo offer to the head. Om vajra dhupa puja megha samudra spharana samaye hum phat offer incense to the nose. Offer light to the eyes, gandha (香) to , scented water to the heart. Om vajra nevi te puja megha samudra spharana samaye hum phat. Recite this and offer the divine food to the hands. Then, offer a torma consisting of raw meat and blood, the meat and blood of a black crow, and whatever other kinds of meat and blood are available, as well as various foods and alcohol. Maha mamsa samaya kha hi. Maha gorochana kha hi. Maha surya kha hi. Idam baling ghrinna ghrinna bala hum phat svaha. Recite this and offer the torma. After offering the complete offerings in this way, praise her, playing a flute or a human leg bone horn, beating a hand drum or a human skull drum, and praising her with beautiful melodies: Om Palden Lhamo (吉祥天母), non-human, lord of the three realms. Although destroying all for the sake of accomplishing self-benefit, yet with compassion, benefiting beings, benefiting sentient beings with various wisdoms. Goddess, body color like black clouds, a form as fierce as the black night, extremely emaciated, adorned with bones. One face, four arms, two legs, a majestic form. Hair standing on end, braids coiled to the left, with snakes in the hair, wearing a garland of skulls. Ears adorned with flowers, wearing a black silk hat. Drunk with blood, three eyes red. Biting a corpse in the mouth, revealing four fangs. Extremely attentive, delighting in drinking blood.
