Although suffering cannot arise, I have suffered this decline because of my past carelessness. From now on, do not be like before, do not trust this body that will surely be abandoned if it does not die a little, the city of disease, which is destroyed daily by old age. Relying on this abscess, accomplish vast accumulations, and at the time of death, like the full moon, may the mind's desires be completely fulfilled. Why not strive for the cause of perfect benefit and happiness in the future? Keep this mindfulness firmly in your mind. Furthermore, those who cannot strive for virtue when they are not sick, because they are afraid of illness, begin to circumambulate, purify obscurations, etc., so illness also becomes a spiritual friend. Therefore, rely on the adverse condition of illness to accumulate merit, and skillfully transform it into the path through mind training. In particular, if you are a speaker of Dharma, a practitioner of Chöd, or a practitioner of meditation, etc., I pretend to be someone who speaks Dharma to others and guides others. This time, the illness that has befallen me is like using a scale to measure whether I can turn adverse conditions into the path, and whether my practice is hitting the mark. Understand yourself, and from now on, through happy Dharma and beautiful Dharma, When full and warm in the sunny day, the image of a practitioner, When adverse conditions befall, an ordinary person. Do not become like this, but treat this illness in this way, and do your best to turn adverse conditions into a companion for practice. It is best to integrate it into the state of view and meditation, moderately recognize mind training and illusion, and transform it into the path through the aspirations of accumulating merit and purifying obscurations. Even the lowest should transform illness into the path according to the way of transforming concepts described here, according to the circumstances of your own practice, and according to what your mind can accept and adapt to. Third, the first of the six, training the mind in generosity: These appearances of samsara are all impermanent, suffering, and selfless, even if I do not know it. But taking illness as an example, there are various kinds of suffering, impermanent in an instant. Observing the body and mind, apart from the many dharmas, there is nothing called "I", but I cling to "I" and "mine", and become attached to this body, so all kinds of suffering arising from the body, such as illness, arise. Therefore, now all sentient beings, mainly the disease, the lord of disease, and the obstructing demons,

One should repeatedly contemplate, visualizing this body as something to be given away without any miserliness, as one wishes. By repeatedly performing the visualization and recitation of body offering, whether extensive or concise, one can temporarily eliminate diseases, and ultimately perfect the accumulations, becoming the supreme method for averting death. Furthermore, it is said in the Great Destroyer: "Those who cultivate the profound and extremely stable wisdom, the noble truths, and who contemplate offering their body, they will not encounter the eight fears." Therefore, attachment to one's own body generates all afflictions and suffering, so it is essential to cultivate the mind of letting go of attachment, which is the practice of generosity. Second, discipline: Due to the suffering of illness, the elements of the body change, and so on, worldly pleasures are temporary and subject to change, therefore, relying on this naturally secluded state, one should firmly commit to practicing the undefiled pure discipline. Third, patience: These sufferings of illness are the result of the maturation of one's past karma, so what if all the suffering that sentient beings are currently experiencing matures on me? I should endure it. Fourth, diligence: Do not engage in such mind training occasionally, but with constant reverence and diligence, put on the great armor of diligence and strive without interruption. Fifth, meditation: When the pain of illness is intense, focus on the compassionate mind training with objects, and do not forget the visualization of mixing self-nature emptiness and illness. Sixth, wisdom: After hearing the guru's instructions on illness practice, contemplate them. By meditating on these meanings, conventionally, know that all those who are sick, those who cause sickness, and the ways of being sick are like illusions and dreams. Ultimately, know that all the pain of illness is without birth, without cessation, and without abiding, therefore, transform all pain into emptiness. And, since it arises in great bliss, the potential for realization is released through being sick, thereby attaining the state of the three bodies. Therefore, the path of illness is praised as an aid to achieving enlightenment. Being sick is not truly being sick, being sick is the state of great bliss dharmakaya. A yogi who realizes this, there is no difference between being sick and not being sick.
