First, consecrate the first morsel of food with this mantra recited eight times to the deity, and then eat it. Thus, if one who desires Buddhahood recites the mantra a million times, they will see the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and accomplish samadhi and dharani, etc., and will be transformed until they enter the stage of non-retrogression. Thinking in your mind, "May I become a vidyadhara," recite a million times, and on the thirteenth, fourteenth, or fifteenth day, take the sojong vows day and night. Arrange offerings as you can afford, scatter flowers on the mandala, and place a stupa, statue, or scripture, and sit in front of it on a cushion of kusha grass or leaves. In order to request the blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, hold an iron wheel, etc., and perform focused recitation, and as long as the flame burns, the vidyadhara will be accomplished.
