For that place, dedicating the attainment of the Buddha with limitless merits as the cause, and also completely grasping with skillful means of non-attachment, the meditation that enters in the manner of the nature of the Dharmadhatu where the two truths are of equal taste, even a single moment of merit is proven by reason to be immeasurable. The sutra that shows it is, "That merit also," etc., one verse. Second, in doing so, the refutation of the argument is: In terms of ultimate truth, since it is impossible to decline and increase, it is argued that the abandonment and realization of the path of meditation is impossible; and also in terms of conventional truth, it is argued that it is impossible to attain omniscience by examining in an instant. First, if all things are emptiness that cannot be expressed, then for that, it is impossible for the unfavorable side to diminish and the favorable side to increase, and if so, then what diminishes by the so-called path of meditation, like abandoning the nine qualities, and what is attained, like attaining the smallest of the small fruits of wisdom, etc., therefore abandonment and realization is impossible, if you think like that. Knowing that the Bodhi of cessation and non-arising is completely distinguished only by the cessation of obscurations and no longer arising, although there is no entity, but after attaining that fruit, from the perspective of permanently liberating from the suffering of samsara, it is able to fulfill the desire to seek liberation. Likewise, this path of meditation also accomplishes the benefit of oneself and others from the perspective of abandoning what is to be abandoned and attaining realization. Because Bodhi is also the nature of such emptiness, and the path of meditation is also established as the nature of such emptiness. An argument by a realist is meaningless, thus answering. For this, the nature of the unsurpassed Bodhi, the uncontaminated wisdom, although there is no increase or decrease in the ultimate truth, but in terms of convention, like taming sentient beings, although there is such a connection, the analogy that the unsurpassed Bodhi has no increase or decrease in the ultimate truth is not established for a realist, it seems uncomfortable. Therefore, Nagarjuna said: Cessation and non-arising in meaning, are one, therefore please be patient. Thus, for a realist who thinks it is emptiness, but does not know how to establish the cause and effect of abandonment and realization, taking the Bodhi of the nature of individually examining and preventing his own ultimate as an example, whether it is empty by the cessation of what was previously there, or empty by its own nature, in short, it is one in the meaning of emptiness.

I personally think that this is consistent with the point made by Shantideva, "Do not be afraid of the emptiness of the Mahayana, endure it." This sutra explains these principles, starting with two verses spoken by the Buddha: All dharmas abide in the inexpressible, self-nature purity of the Dharmadhatu. Speaking and teaching the Dharma does not increase it, and not speaking it does not decrease it. All dharmas, which encompass the basis, path, and result, are merely established by conceptual thought and do not truly exist. Therefore, it should be understood that they are only nominal designations. Thus, the paths, such as the Paramitas, are also merely nominal designations. Therefore, practicing them does not increase the Dharmadhatu or decrease afflictions, and not practicing them does not decrease the Dharmadhatu or increase afflictions, which is true from the ultimate perspective. However, in conventional truth, bodhisattvas who dedicate all roots of virtue to great Bodhi and do not have the arrogance of clinging to characteristics, relying on the infallible law of dependent origination, will not regress from the path and will eventually attain unsurpassed Bodhi. Just as the appearance of samsara itself is not actually caused by the power of inherent existence, but appears by the power of one's own conceptual thought, abandoning samsara and returning is also merely conceptual thought. Therefore, the wisdom that focuses on equality, which is free from gain and loss, acceptance and rejection, gradually eliminates the two obscurations that arise from conceptual thought and its power, and gradually attains the wisdom of realization. This is not from the level of Suchness itself, but it appears from the way one's own conceptual thought, which deviates from Suchness, ceases. Therefore, seeing the meaning of the equality of Dharmata as it is, one should know that Nirvana, which does not abide in either existence or peace, is attained. Second, refuting the argument that omniscience cannot be attained in conventional truth: Just as the mind is a phenomenon that arises and ceases in an instant, all its instants cannot arise simultaneously, so they must arise sequentially. In this case, the first instant of generating Bodhicitta cannot attain Bodhi, and the subsequent instant that has not experienced the previous instant cannot attain Bodhi either, because each instant that distinguishes before and after lacks the ability, and in the later moment, the former
