愚昧将人欺骗， 年老体衰心力交瘁也欺骗。 放逸无度时时都在欺骗， 被欲望和愚痴欺骗之后， 抛入恐怖轮回的泥潭。 如今仍因贪欲愚痴而放纵， 从卑劣的道路上更加堕落。 这放逸的魔钩， 即使在王位和华盖之间， 也能瞬间将众生， 转变为卑劣的境地。 年轻女子是僧人的敌人， 贫富、国法、堪布的敌人， 恶劣眷属是袒护之主的敌人， 此敌所摧毁必定摧毁。 众生的财富如闪电般摇曳， 身体也如水泡般易逝， 疾病、邪魔和恐惧， 处在极其众多的境地之中。 犹如风中残烛一般， 没有任何可以信赖的， 不思未来将至之境， 如何能以放纵的方式安住？ 高位者也会变得卑微， 富裕者也会衰败， 美貌者也会衰退， 对于这有为法的规律为何不见？ 将自己的心拉回内心， 如果不变得谨慎， 自己的过错自己不会知道， 即使他人说也难以理解。 当遇到各种境遇时， 浅薄的知识像狗一样被牵引。 对于失去美德的人， 即使嘲笑也自以为是赞扬。 如同用秤来衡量重量一样， 对于世俗和佛法的行为， 通过所作之事的轻重， 众生就能知道善恶。 无思无虑、心胸狭窄的人们， 出生的时间和衰老的时间， 如同在同一天发生一样， 一生所作所为无法辨认。 贤士们即使每一天， 对于法、财、欲、解脱， 四种要事都努力承担， 何时才能具备广大的成果？ 无意义和失去意义， 一切都从放逸中产生， 所以每一天都要， 舍弃放逸而成就意义。 聪明人没有达到聪明的顶点， 追求聪明是奸诈的根源， 对一切无意义的事情都善于变通， 这种就是放逸的过失。 即使心胸宽广能容纳， 但因拖延而失去事情， 无益无损如同大海的石头， 这也是放逸的过失。 虽有大智慧却不广博， 所作所为如河流的波浪般汹涌， 随随便便的行为使身心

The wealth of beings flickers like lightning, The body also perishes like a bubble, Disease, demons, and fears, Reside in the midst of extreme abundance. Like a butter lamp in the wind, Without anything to rely on, Not thinking of the future state, How can one abide in a careless manner? The high ones also become low, The wealthy also decline, The beautiful also deteriorate, Why do you not see the nature of these conditioned things? Drawing your mind inward, If you do not become mindful, You will not know your own faults, Even if others speak, it is difficult to understand. When encountering various circumstances, Shallow knowledge is led like a dog. For those who have lost their virtue, Even laughter is mistaken for praise. Like weight measured on a scale, For actions of both worldly and Dharma, By the magnitude of the deeds done, Beings know good and bad. The thoughtless and narrow-minded, The time of birth and the time of aging, Are like occurring on the same day, One's entire life's work cannot be identified. The wise, even each day, For Dharma, wealth, desire, and liberation, Take the four great purposes to heart, When will they possess vast results? Meaningless and loss of meaning, All arise from carelessness, So each day, Abandon carelessness and accomplish meaning. A clever person who has not reached the peak of cleverness, Pursuing cleverness is the root of deceit, Skilled at manipulating all meaningless things, This is the fault of carelessness. Even if the heart is broad and accommodating, Things are lost due to procrastination, Useless and harmless like a stone in the ocean, This is also the fault of carelessness. 争斗，这也是放逸的过失。即使没有布施的魄力，也不积攒食物财产，具有似是而非的苦行者的姿态，这也是放逸的过失。慈悲心没有生起，却让敌人为所欲为，向所有人炫耀自己的底细，这也是放逸的过失。没有将万法显现为无执的幻象，身体、言语和行为，都与大众混杂，被大众轻贱，这也是放逸的过失。不生起不必要的忧伤，不与大众协调，心怀不满，将自他显现视为仇敌，这也是放逸的过失。诸如此类的所有行为，都是超越了处所、时间和限度的过失，没有谨慎地进行观察，从放逸的因中产生。偏袒一方的行为，不能成办修行人的所有利益，谨慎地不执着任何事物，行为如日月运行般运转。做什么不做什么的界限，是无欺骗的胜者之教，具相的善知识也是如此，之后是自己无垢的心。这三者之外的其他言论，都被各种分别念所玷污。是亲戚或非亲戚都一样，依赖他们又能做什么呢？对于未来可能发生或不可能发生的事情，无论发生什么都不要后悔，事先经过思考再谨慎行事，安住于不后悔才是最好的。不后悔是令人满意的喜悦，如无垢的月亮般美好，从谨慎的大海中产生。因此，任何时候都要谨慎。正直是天神之路，虚伪是魔鬼之路。这两条路是天神和魔鬼的门户。在取舍苦乐时，自己如何对待别人也如何。即使如此，正直的人们，真实之处会变得富裕，另一种情况则会衰退。对于善良的行为没有鼓励和支持，对于邪恶的行为没有惩罚，即使有很大的帮助也不继续支持，即使非常慈爱也不放在心上。断绝过去所作之业的后续，对于现在所作之事的善恶，不能如实地明辨，这是不正直、虚伪之人的标志。即使一开始变成敌人也可以，因为那是自己应该做的事。不能让不正直的人变成朋友，即使给予帮助也会反过来加害。正直的人会守护正直的人

Compassion has not arisen, but letting the enemy do whatever they want, showing off one's secrets to everyone, this is also a fault of negligence. Without manifesting all phenomena as unattached illusions, body, speech, and behavior are all mixed with the masses, and are despised by the masses, this is also a fault of negligence. Do not generate unnecessary sorrow, do not coordinate with the masses, harbor dissatisfaction, regard self and others as enemies, this is also a fault of negligence. All such behaviors are faults that exceed the limits of place, time, and measure, and are produced from the cause of negligence without careful observation. Partial behavior cannot accomplish all the benefits of practitioners, carefully not clinging to anything, behavior revolves like the movement of the sun and moon. The boundary of what to do and what not to do is the infallible teaching of the Victorious Ones, and so is the qualified virtuous friend, followed by one's own immaculate mind. Other words besides these three are all tainted by various discriminations. Whether they are relatives or not, what can be done by relying on them? For things that may or may not happen in the future, whatever happens, do not regret it. After thinking in advance, act cautiously, and it is best to abide in non-regret. Non-regret is a satisfying joy, as beautiful as a spotless moon, arising from the great ocean of caution. Therefore, be cautious at all times. Honesty is the path of the gods, and hypocrisy is the path of demons. These two paths are the gateways to gods and demons. When taking and abandoning suffering and happiness, treat others as you treat yourself. Even so, for honest people, the real place will become rich, and the other situation will decline. There is no encouragement and support for good deeds, and no punishment for evil deeds. Even if there is great help, it is not continued, and even if there is great love, it is not kept in mind. Cutting off the continuation of past deeds, and not being able to clearly distinguish the good and evil of present actions, this is a sign of a dishonest and hypocritical person. Even if you become an enemy at first, it is acceptable, because that is what you should do. Dishonest people should not be made friends, and even if you give help, they will harm you in return.
