The discriminating awareness wisdom that transforms knowledge is constantly unobstructed with regard to all knowable things, like a treasure of samadhi and dharani. In all mandalas of retinues, it demonstrates all great riches of the Dharma and pours down a great rain of Dharma that cuts through doubts. The accomplished activity wisdom that transforms the five sense consciousnesses accomplishes the benefit of all sentient beings with various immeasurable emanations of body, speech, and mind, etc., in all realms of the world. Thus, the Dharmakaya is said to be the nature of twenty-one categories of uncontaminated dharmas. What are the twenty-one categories? The thirty-seven factors of enlightenment are the first category. The meaning of these has been explained before, but here, these factors of enlightenment are complete, and are the wisdom of the fruition Buddha, abiding in a completely transformed state. It should be understood that they are not the self-nature of mind and mental factors. It should be understood that all others are also to be understood in the same way. Second, the meaning of the four immeasurables has also been explained before, but here, they are complete and inconceivable, gathered by wisdom. Third, the eight liberations are: the liberation of contemplating form with form, and the liberation of contemplating form without form. These two are: the inner agent himself establishes the perception of having form and not having form, and outwardly contemplates external forms as unattractive. The liberation of beauty is to be freed from the aversion to unattractive forms, to be fond of beauty, and to emanate such. Thus, knowing that all beauty and unattractiveness are merely dependent on conceptual imputation, it is the path that liberates from attachment to form. The four liberations of infinite space, etc., are the four formless absorptions, which liberate from attachment to the form realm and one's own lower ground. The liberation of cessation is the samadhi that transcends even the mind of the peak of existence, and is the cessation of feelings and perceptions, thereby liberating from attachment to the three realms. The first seven of these eight can also be practiced by worldly people, and the cessation attainment is practiced by shravaka arhats. All of these are practiced by relying on meditation, and are meditated upon for the purpose of liberation from attachment. These perfections are the nature of the wisdom of the fruition.

The inconceivable transformation exists in the Buddha-field, and the same should be understood for all the lower subjugations, etc. Fourth, the nine successive abidings are the four dhyanas, the four formless absorptions, and the cessation absorption, totaling nine. Meditating on these to be liberated from the obscurations of absorption ultimately culminates in the Buddha-field. Fifth, the eight victories are: having an internal perception of form and overcoming external forms, both small and large. Having no internal perception of form and overcoming external forms, also the same two, namely the four shape victories. The two internal perceptions are as before, the small form is the form of sentient beings, and the large form is the form of containers. The four color victories are the four victories of blue, yellow, white, and red. These are cultivated by relying on samadhi, and shapes and colors appear as they are focused upon, thereby subduing others and not being captivated by them. Among the four shapes, there are unattractive ones, and the four colors are beautiful. Sixth, the ten totalities are the five of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, and the five of blue, yellow, white, red, and consciousness, totaling ten. Also, by relying on samadhi, the totalities are cultivated, so that all appearances appear as that which is focused upon. Totality means all, referring to appearing universally in everything. Therefore, if one focuses on earth, it should be understood that everything appears as earth, and so on. These liberations, totalities, and victories are cultivated for the purpose of training the power of samadhi, and these rely on dhyana, being the essence of samadhi and wisdom, and together with those that are concordant with them, the same should be understood for others as well. These are called the path of accomplishing miraculous powers. Taking these as examples, in the Buddha-field, those dharmas that are established as being common to worldly beings, shravaka learners and non-learners, and bodhisattvas, although established in a similar manner, in the Buddha-field they are transformed into a non-common essence. Seventh, non-affliction is: here it refers to taking the mind-stream of others as an object, thereby protecting oneself from not generating afflictions. That is, the shravaka arhat
