Having received the complete and unerring instructions that combine the profound and vast, and contemplating them properly, one should never be separated from the inner guru. Having done so, one should generate the intention with the excellent and unsurpassed bodhicitta. The excellent practice of the six perfections themselves should be accomplished through skillful means such as faith, aspiration, and dedication, and through the combination of non-conceptual wisdom and the perfections. In this way, by practicing the Prajnaparamita in a way that does not focus on objects and does not combine with the subject, one traverses the path of accumulation and is liberated from samsara in the four paths of application. The manifestation of conceptual thoughts of characteristics subsides, and one sees a secluded forest and becomes close to the ocean. As the examples of mountains and so on not appearing indicate, through the power of the completion of these practices, without the fault of abandonment, one enters the first path of transcendence, the path of seeing, and becomes a noble being. Having entered in this way, one ripens sentient beings through skillful means such as the immeasurable qualities, the objects of collection, and the five clairvoyances, as appropriate. One purifies the Buddha-fields through the power of completely perfecting the two accumulations, and by combining all the profound and vast paths, one realizes non-abiding nirvana, the equality of samsara and peace, through the power of emptiness endowed with all supreme aspects, thereby perfecting the Buddha's teachings. In short, one should train in the special qualities of completion, maturation, and purification. Furthermore, in the seven impure grounds, maturing sentient beings is the main focus, and these three are small. In the three pure grounds, the three kayas are actually attained, the equality of samsara and peace, the pure land, and the three skillful means and practices arise as special qualities. Furthermore, the transformation of the five outward-looking consciousnesses causes the pure land to appear manifestly, and the transformation of the afflicted mind that looks inward causes the equality of non-abiding in samsara and peace to manifest. Through its power, one ripens sentient beings with countless skillful means and various emanations, and one also attains the supreme qualities such as not cutting off the lineage of the Three Jewels. From then on, one obtains the supreme result, the supreme enlightenment, the Dharmakaya. Having obtained that, as long as space exists, the Rupakaya will be in all the worlds of the ten directions, the great enlightenment.

The activity of showing the twelve deeds, etc., continues uninterruptedly in the realm of sentient beings. The way to traverse the Mahayana path is through the five paths and eleven bhumis. The five paths are traversed by the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, as mentioned above. The excellence is as mentioned above, so when the first bhumi of the path of seeing, the Joyful One, is attained, one sees the completely perfect dharmadhatu of both selflessnesses as it is, and possesses the wisdom of discriminating dharma, etc., and the seven branches of enlightenment. At that time, one is free from the five fears and attains twelve hundred qualities, etc. After that, by the path of meditation, one abandons the nine rounds of what is to be abandoned by meditation, and in sequence attains the second bhumi, the Stainless One; the third, the Luminous One; the fourth, the Radiant One; the fifth, the Difficult to Tame; the sixth, the Manifest One; the seventh, the Gone Afar; the eighth, the Immovable One; the ninth, the Good Intelligence; and the tenth, the Cloud of Dharma. Those who abide on these bhumis possess the eightfold noble path of the Mahayana. At the time of these ten bhumis, the knowledge of realizing the two selflessnesses gradually eliminates both obscurations. The way to abandon afflictions is the same as before, because the root of all afflictions is the clinging to the self of the person, so seeing selflessness causes it to cease. The obscuration of knowledge is the obscuration that hinders seeing the meaning of suchness and suchness as it is, without error. If one asks what its cause is, it is because one has not realized that all dharmas abide in the nature of the non-dual dharmadhatu, and clings to various objects of grasping and grasper. Therefore, Lord Maitreya said that conceptualization in the three spheres is the obscuration of knowledge. The root of conceptualization in the three spheres is the clinging to the self of phenomena, so in short, all obscurations arising from the clinging to the self of phenomena are the obscuration of knowledge, and seeing the emptiness of the selflessness of phenomena eliminates it. Although this can eliminate the obscuration of knowledge that obscures suchness, if one thinks about how one can eliminate the obscuration of knowledge that obscures suchness, suchness and suchness are not different in the essence of things, but are due to the delusion of clinging to what is incompatible with the nature of things.
