With great faith in body, speech, and mind, we constantly offer prostrations. Ati puho! Pratīccha ho! Then, the offerings of medicine, torma, rakta, etc., both internal and external, are: Hūṃ! To the Lord of Life, the main deity and retinue, flowers, incense, lamps, fragrance, food, sweet melodies, and so on, as well as forms, sounds, smells, tastes, textures, and dharmas, union, liberation, seats, mandalas, wonderfully amazing, the supreme nectar, samaya substances, great torma, collections of desired qualities, the three poisons, rakta, dzagad chang, the immeasurable distinctions of offerings are, the sixteen beautiful goddesses, dancing, pervading the earth, transforming mudras, pervading the sky, urged on by the vajra song, to the deities of the life mandala, we offer for the sake of bestowing the accomplishment of life. Ala la, please accept! Oṃ vajra āyuṣe. Puṣpe... Dhūpe... Āloke... Gandhe... Naivedya... Śabda pūja ho. Sarva pañca amṛta khā hi. Mahā baliṃta khā hi. Bodhicitta ghana guhya pūja ho. Mahā rakta khā hi. Mahā mudrā jñāna sarva pañca pūja khā hi khā hi. Thus, offer both internal and external as one. Then, the praise is: Hūṃ! To the Bhagavan, the Lord of Life, Father and Mother, red and clear, stainless, holding the vase of life, possessing a body equal to space, I prostrate and praise Amitayus! Hūṃ! The great Life-Lady of the East, white, holding the vase of life, from the eastern direction, the Lord of Life, I prostrate and praise the white Lāse! Hūṃ! The great Life-Lady of the South, blue, holding the vase of life, from the southern direction, the Lord of Life, I prostrate and praise the blue Māle! Hūṃ! From the north, ruling over unpleasant sounds, the life-lord mothers such as yakshas, I prostrate and praise the swift green one. Hūṃ! The life-lord of all three realms, acting with peaceful deeds in the east, the white hook activity mother, I prostrate and praise the eastern gate. Hūṃ! The life-lord of all three times, acting with increasing deeds in the south, the blue lasso activity mother, I prostrate and praise the southern gate. Hūṃ! The life-lord of all three existences, acting with magnetizing deeds in the west, the red iron chain activity mother, I prostrate and praise the western gate. Hūṃ! The life-lord of all three kāyas, acting with wrathful deeds in the north, the green bell activity mother, I prostrate and praise the northern gate. Hūṃ! Likewise, the goddesses of the families, also ruling over the realm of space, their body color dark blue, blazing with light, I prostrate to Samantabhadrī. Hūṃ! The goddess of the vajra family, also ruling over the element of water, their body color white, blazing with light, I prostrate to the great mother Māmakī. Hūṃ! In this secret assembly life mandala, the victorious life-lords, chief and retinue, Garab Dorje, Śrī Siṃha, and the great Uḍḍiyāna Vimalamitra, gods and ṛṣis, and so forth, the vidyādharas who have power over life, to all the victorious ones' mandalas, I praise with body, speech, and mind, with reverence.
