The assembly of wrathful ones fills the sky, the assembly of wrathful mothers fills the earth, the wheels of weapons spin in all directions, the fire blazes, pervading the three realms. Whoever is arrogant and malicious, do not transgress my command. Om Shri Vajra Krodha Hayagriva Bhrum Vajra Raksha Bhrum Vajra Chakra Tikshna Karma Kilaya Jwala Ram Ram Hum Phet! Having spoken thus, from the syllable Bhrum, above, below, and in all directions of the wisdom palace, the vajra wheels, clubs, swords, crossed vajras, and tent of phurbas spin in an interwoven manner, and the exterior is filled with a continuous protective tent, and outside of that, the flames of wisdom blaze in five colors up to the Akanishta heaven. Think that all obstacles are driven to the far shore of the ocean, outside the iron fence, and that they cannot cross over. Having thus sealed the boundaries, one should perform the descent of blessings. By stirring up the samaya with strong devotion and longing, all the three roots and life deities of the ten directions and four times come like a downpour of rain and snow in the form of body, hand gestures, speech, syllables, mind, and hand implements, and dissolve into oneself, the place, and all belongings, and one should think that they are blessed as non-dual. Then, play sweet melodies and music. If one wishes to elaborate, one can add the vidyadhara blessing descent and the blessing descent light net. If one wishes to condense, one can recite the blessing descent of one's own tradition: Hum! The palace is equal and vast, blazing with light, outwardly clear, inwardly clear, without defilement, the wondrous victorious palace is clear. Bhrūṃ jñāna cakra maṇḍala hūṃ. In the center of the self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished mandala, upon a peacock, sun and moon, and lotus, from the letter Hrīḥ, light radiates and gathers, the lord of life, body color red, holding a longevity vase in equipoise, adorned with precious jewels, wearing a crest jewel, embracing the white-clad consort without separation, red-yellow youthful form, increasing bliss. Holding a longevity arrow in the right and a longevity vase in the left, embracing the great bliss father without separation, the radiance of life and glory shines. In the east, generate white Lāse, in the south, generate blue Māle, in the west, is red Gīrti, in the north, generate green Nīrti. In the outer surrounding circle, the eastern direction is the white Swift One, the southern direction is in the form of the blue Increasing One, the western direction is the red Power Swift One, the northern direction is the green Action Swift One. In the outer layer are lotus petals and immutable vajra corners, in the east is an iron hook, in the south a lasso, in the west an iron chain, in the north a bell, the lord of life together with the Swift Ones. In the outer layer are five lotus petals, with the beautiful smiles of flowers, the longevity lord, victorious one, mother of the family, in the east is Samantabhadri Māki white, in the south is Buddha Eye Mother yellow, in the west is white-clad red Mother, in the north is Vow Tārā green. Thus, the main deity and retinue deities, and other longevity deities, vidyādhara hosts, sun and rays of light.
