Accomplish by offering whatever substances are available, especially light many butter lamps of great fat, burn incense of meat, scatter the essence of sugar and nectar, symbolize with instruments such as skull drums and thighbone trumpets, accompanied by melodious music. Hūṃ! In this charnel ground, the supreme secret maṇḍala, having arranged the secret maṇḍala according to the scriptures, and having spread out the powerful sādhana substances according to the scriptures, may the samaya of the vajra master be fulfilled! May the samaya of the yidam deities be fulfilled! May the samaya of the ḍākinīs and dharma protectors be fulfilled! May the samaya of the oath-bound guardians be fulfilled! Having fulfilled the powerful samaya of the gurus, yidams, and ḍākinīs, please return the borrowed samaya of the yogi! Oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ! Hūṃ! The great offering of samaya substances that is arranged, is offered to rely on the mothers and ḍākinīs; the nectar medicine offering that is strung together, is offered to rely on the mothers and ḍākinīs; the skull cup filled with blood, is offered to rely on the mothers and ḍākinīs; the great substances of the charnel ground that are spread out, are offered to rely on the mothers and ḍākinīs; the thighbone trumpet and skull drum that are sounded, are offered to rely on the mothers and ḍākinīs; the great clarified butter that is filled with light, is offered to rely on the mothers and ḍākinīs; the incense smoke of meat that is sent forth, is offered to rely on the mothers and ḍākinīs; the anointing of vajra perfume, is offered to rely on the mothers and ḍākinīs; the offering of sugar and heroes, is offered to rely on the mothers and ḍākinīs; the heaps of desirable sensory pleasures, are offered to rely on the mothers and ḍākinīs; may the powerful samaya be fulfilled! Then, the confession is: HOḤ With the wisdom newly created, with the eye of wisdom, you clearly see all dharmas; with great compassion, you become the protector of all beings; I beseech the deities of the Guhyasamāja longevity mandala who reside in the boundless ten directions!
