It is intended to reveal that the body, speech, and mind of all the peaceful Tathagatas, the vajra master of all dharmas, are primordially enlightened in their very nature. It is not like some who think that by practicing the path, they attain the wisdom of the Buddha, and thus manifest a temporary form body that is held by wisdom. The place is the boundless and endless Akanishta (Ogmin, the highest pure land), the palace of the dharmadhatu, the essence of all dharmas, self-manifesting as the mandala of bodhichitta, free from limitations and biases. It is not a place divided into different regions by separating pure and impure realms. The retinue is the self-manifestation of great wisdom. It is considered that the teacher who holds the path of great bodhi from the nature of undefiled and stainless dharma is different from others in the lineage. It is not like other beings who gather together through their own purity or faith. Time is the realm of equality of the four times, beyond change, in which the body, speech, and mind are inexhaustible, the wheel of ornaments is naturally accomplished without effort, and dwells in the naturally formed adornment. It is not a temporary time that is distinguished by past, present, and future, or divided by subtle times such as moments and instants. The lineage is that all dharmas of samsara and nirvana are without distinction from the beginning, manifesting as the nature of purity, equality, and greatness, perfectly enlightened. It is not like practicing the cause of enlightenment by taking and abandoning cause and effect, relying on lineage and spiritual friends, etc., thereby producing the initial result. These should also be understood from the words that briefly introduce the topic, such as "at the time of speaking these words." Because it is the intention of the teacher and retinue being inseparable, it is said in this way. When mentioning "time," not saying "at one time" also has a special meaning. In this way, the meaning of the words that briefly introduce the topic should also be explained in conjunction with the outer generation stage of the tantra, the inner tathagatagarbha bodhichitta, and the secret doctrine of luminous wisdom. The doctrine of perfect prosperity is: the basis is the self-existing mandala, which is the mind of all Buddhas.

It should be understood starting from the way it appears from the state of wisdom, and from the way the mandala of the two peaceful and wrathful deities arises from it. The details should be understood from the detailed explanation of the meaning of the Vajra Tantra. Second, regarding the initiation of questioning, what is common is that if the teacher initiates the questioning, it is through encouraging by smiling, radiating light, extending the root of the tongue, and so on. If the retinue initiates the questioning, it is through the posture of requesting and the words of requesting that the meaning to be expressed is initiated. However, in this uncommon case, the meaning of all dharmas being enlightened from the beginning in the pure and equal great mandala, the way it appears in the mind of the one and only Buddha, in a way that is amazed and wonderful, the Tathagata himself initiates the questioning in a way that he specially declares to himself. Moreover, all dharmas, with the nature of body and wisdom, starting from the greatness of being enlightened as pure from the beginning, the Samantabhadra who holds the aspect of means initiates the questioning by saying: Emaho! The limbs of the Vajra body are! etc., in short, it shows the greatness of the purity of the container and its contents. That very essence is spontaneously accomplished in the state of no characteristics, starting from the greatness of being enlightened in the great equality of the Dharmadhatu, the Samantabhadri who holds the aspect of wisdom initiates the questioning by saying: The ten directions and the empty realms are empty from the beginning! etc., in short, it shows the greatness of the equality of appearance and existence. Starting from the greatness of being enlightened in the way of pure equality, truth, and indivisibility, the Great Perfection, the father and mother, the great self-nature of inseparable means and wisdom, initiates the questioning by saying: Emaho, wonderful and amazing Dharma! etc., in short, it shows the self-born wisdom of the indivisibility of the two truths. Although all dharmas do not deviate, do not move, and do not change from such a reality, they are obscured by the four secrets, and for the sake of taming the sentient beings who have not realized it, the compassionate incarnations that appear according to what needs to be tamed, and the immeasurable play of the net of illusion, also correspond to the six realms of the beings to be tamed, and are summarized and shown as the six Thupas. The categories of the teachings that are proclaimed also correspond to the faculties, inclinations, and thoughts of the beings to be tamed, and although they are immeasurable, the categories of vehicles are summarized into five types.
