Furthermore, we also think this way: if everything consistently appears as pure, then what room is there for argument? If it is thought that although it appears that way in appearance, it is not so in reality, but rather exists as inherently pure, then it does not need to appear as it is, because the mind stained by delusion appears perversely, like the eye seeing a snow mountain appearing blue. Therefore, as it is said in the Madhyamaka: "If emptiness is used as a challenge, who can answer and say, that is not answering everything, it becomes the same as what is to be proven." It should be understood in this way. For example, when establishing all dharmas as empty, if one uses the argument of non-emptiness, such as any dharma of karma, cause and effect, samsara and nirvana, then that very argument is the same as the previous thesis, because it itself cannot be established, how can it prove non-emptiness? No matter how many arguments of non-emptiness are put forward, they are like adding firewood to the fire, instead becoming an aid to the reasoning that proves emptiness, therefore, just as one cannot find reasoning to refute emptiness within the realm of knowledge, here too, no matter what is put forward as an argument that dharmas are not pure, that very argument itself is what needs to be proven as pure, therefore, within the realm of knowledge, one cannot find a reason that can refute the reasoning that proves that all dharmas are pure in reality. If the great purity is used as a challenge, who can answer and say, that is not answering everything, it becomes the same as what is to be proven. It should be said like this. If sentient beings are Buddhas, then the inference that if sentient beings suffer in hell, then the Buddha should also have suffering, etc., is also not established, because suffering in hell is only a phenomenon that appears in front of those who are deluded and do not understand reality, and in front of that phenomenon, it is not a Buddha, so there is no such fault. In reality, there is no suffering, etc., as it is said in the Mayajala Tantra: "If there is no self-aware wisdom that knows reality, then even the Buddha-field is seen as a place of evil realms, if one realizes the meaning of the supreme vehicle's equality, then the place of evil realms is also Akanishta, the place of Tushita." It is said like this. Furthermore, if all dharmas are originally the nature of the Buddha, then it would lead to everything appearing, and it would lead to not needing to practice the path, etc., these accusations are very coarse wisdom.

It is the abode of compassion. If a white conch shell appears the same way even to someone with eye disease, then it becomes a fault that there is no need to strive to cure the eye disease, because this is exactly the same as the above statement. Therefore, not appearing according to the actual situation arises from being deluded by illusion, so in order to eliminate illusion, one must become accustomed to the path, even though the nature of all dharmas is emptiness, in order to realize it, one must also become accustomed to the path. Therefore, for all the sequences of refuting the Great Purity, one should refute them in the same way as the answers given when refuting emptiness. Purity and equality both help each other, and the key to the application of reason is the same, because the two are the nature of things. Therefore, proving the Great Purity is a reasoning that involves the power of things, which is very powerful, cannot be overcome by anyone, and is supreme. Second, some say: Even so, it can be admitted to be pure, but if the Buddha's wisdom sees all knowable things as only the nature of purity, then for the confused beings, does the Buddha see or not see these objects and subjects that appear? If he does not see, then he becomes non-omniscient; if he sees, then he also sees impure dharmas. Answer: He also knows those that appear as impure as they appear, because it is the wisdom of all-knowing. Even so, its appearance of impurity does not actually exist, and the Buddha does not see it as established as an impure dharma. For example, in front of beings who are attached to truth, the object appears as truly established, and the subject has a true attachment. The Buddha sees these as they are, but therefore the Buddha will not see the dharma that is truly established, because it is impossible for the Buddha to see even a particle of what is truly established. In this way, all knowable dharmas are established as the Buddha seeing them as completely pure through his own appearance of seeing. Second, regarding proving the Great Equality, what reasoning is used to prove it, and how to determine equality from that reasoning. First, by properly examining the dharmas of samsara and nirvana with the Madhyamaka reasoning of one and different, etc., the impure dharmas of samsara and
