Like lying down to sleep, the eye of wisdom that sees the reality of things arises without place or opportunity. Because to see the reality of things, one must know that the appearance of how the conventional appears is dependently arising, and know that the state of how the ultimate abides is that all dharmas are empty of their own nature, and know what the ultimate truth is, that the two truths are inseparable, the equality, and the dharmadhatu that is to be individually realized, which is free from elaboration. And to know these, it is certain that it depends on the wisdom of hearing, thinking, and meditating. If one abandons the wisdom that discerns the two truths, and this meditation like closing one's eyes, one cannot generate even a little certainty about the meaning of any of the truths, then it is never possible to reach the other shore of the two truths being inseparable, free from elaboration, and inconceivable. Therefore, such a dark meditation without a place is criticized by vidyadharas such as Vimalamitra as a meditation that propagates the seeds of animals. Therefore, first, one must thoroughly cut off the superimpositions on the meaning of the inconceivable, and then gradually cultivate non-conceptual wisdom through the door of establishing irrefutable certainty as a foundation. If someone asks: In the Vajra Dohas of the tantras and yogic masters, etc., isn't it said to abandon all thoughts and the mental activity of the three times, and to leave the mind in its own natural state? That is true, but leaving the mind without thinking about anything and in its natural state is a special way of settling that allows non-conceptual wisdom to arise, but that alone is not the actual path. Because by relying on that way of settling, through skillful means or the guru's instructions, when one's own mind generates a crucial certainty about the meaning of unborn from the beginning, naturally luminous, and equality, the doubt and superimpositions on the meaning of the inconceivable

Transcending, for the meaning of the inconceivable words, the wise are able to understand well, while the foolish misunderstand, these two are as opposed as light and darkness. Those beginners without wisdom, relying on the path of words, take non-attention and objectless clinging as the way of the Heshang's meditation, thereby abandoning the profound ultimate meaning of the Great Vehicle. Most foolish ones without hearing and thinking, think that it is enough to think nothing, thereby escaping the two faults of going astray, and are able to truly understand the Buddha's intention. Therefore, the Great Regent said in the Ornament of Sutras: "As said, not the meaning, the Bhagavan's intention is very deep." As said, in the profound tantric scriptures, viewing the conventional aggregates etc. as pure in the mandala of the Buddha, viewing the ultimate great equality as beyond all elaboration, viewing the two truths as inseparable, the wisdom body as rounded into a single bindu, the extremely pure great intention, to truly understand and speak in this way is the correct speaking. If one does not understand, but only speaks according to the words, then that is inverted speaking. It should be known that whoever is skilled in truly understanding the Buddha's profound intention, then in this world including the gods, no one can overcome his words, just like a lion roaring in a herd of beasts. Just like this, the Buddha's great wisdom, for all dharmas, as they are, without moving from the dharmadhatu, as they are, all are not mixed, without conceptualization, not relying on the senses, but with self-awareness wisdom completely understanding, correctly knowing and comprehending all dharmas. Therefore, in order to tame sentient beings, the profound and vast two truths are taught, but without self-awareness wisdom, there would be no wisdom to teach the Dharma without error. If it is said that self-awareness wisdom is from the perspective of the senses, then at that time it will not become indivisible and all-pervading wisdom, because it does not equally see all dharmas, but has obscurations. Therefore, in the Praise of Names
