In order to rely on these, here are described the rituals of various behaviors such as the attire of yogis. Empowerment in the mandala of the Kalachakra, the king of tantras, is empowerment in all mandalas, both mundane and supramundane. Here, the gods and goddesses of the heretics, such as Vishnu and the powerful ones, together with their consorts, and the Asuras such as Carcika, are also completely purified in their pure essence. Because in this great mandala, all the gods of the past and future are gathered. Therefore, the yogi who has received the empowerment of this tantra, desiring to accomplish whatever wisdom or worldly deity and activity, for the sake of that desired accomplishment, in a hidden manner, as will be explained, various attires and behaviors, holding and concealing whatever one desires in one's mind, should be accomplished. Then, having attained accomplishment, from gaining the ability to accomplish miraculous powers such as walking in the sky, the supramundane should be manifested, which is the determination of the Tathagata. Therefore, the attire becomes that of Buddhists or peaceful ones, or the naked become the supreme believers, or like saying swans become the supreme. As it is said, the prince, the swan, and the ten, the asceticism of the naked is the asceticism of the swan entering the water and bathing in winter. Some say they are the fortunate ones or those wearing coarse dyed clothes, and some also say they are those wearing robes. Similarly, abiding in cleanliness, bathing, etc., or Brahmins, or those who do not pay much attention to cleanliness, holding skulls such as human skulls. And those who pluck their own hair to exhaust it, and the ascetics of the borderlands who wear white clothes. And those of the farming caste, and those who hold the vow of silence, etc., ascetics who subdue the senses. Or the appearance of madness or those with form. And those who possess a sinless mind, the teachers who have perfected their studies, the wise or the learned, and they will become monks, which is said to be for students who are diligent in their studies. As some versions read "famous," that is, those who have become famous through merit. Thus, whether the attire is that of outsiders or insiders, having received empowerment and holding vows is supreme.

If one does not separate from seeking the mind of enlightenment, one will become pure. Such a yogi is a treasure of all qualities for the sake of accomplishing the two siddhis. The reason for this is that the cause for accomplishing siddhis that transcend and do not transcend the world is that one has well obtained the empowerment of that very essence in the mandala of the Wheel of Time. Alas, king of men! Thus the Tathagata addresses King Moon Good. In the commentary, after the previous summary, the root meanings of the tantra up to this point are determined by the ritual of the assembly wheel and the five great summaries of the yoga practitioner. Now is the ninth chapter, the explanation of mudras, postures, symbols, and the indications of vows, etc. First, the mudra to be bound by the hands is taught. In order to bind the mudra, the names of the fingers are first mentioned. Among the five fingers, the thickest or oldest is called the thumb, and then the index finger. Again, in the same way, counting down from the thumb, the third is the middle finger, and the fourth is the ring finger or nameless finger, and at the end of that, the smallest finger is certainly called the little finger. That is the treasure of the qualities of all the realms, the realm of space. It is said that all the fingers are also the nature of their respective realms, so they possess the five realms, and through the actions of various mudras, the treasure of qualities for accomplishing all actions such as pacification, etc., should be understood by the yogi through the oral instructions of the master. For the meaning of the bound mudra, the distinction of the names of the fingers changes in this way. If one does not understand these, one will not understand how to bind the working mudras of the fingers. Because of the power of the qualities of their respective realms, the order of the fingers is the cause of binding the mudra. Among them, the respective realms are generally that the right hand is the aspect of skillful means and the left hand is the aspect of wisdom, and the five fingers from the thumb are successively the realms of earth, water, fire, wind, and space. Their qualities are successively smell, form, taste, touch, and sound. Again, as stated in this tantra, the five fingers of the left hand, which are the nature of the five Buddhas, are the five realms, and the right hand is the nature of the five wisdom mothers.
