The incarnate body departed as the Sambhogakaya from whence it came. Then, as his son's lineage, successively were the King of Gods, the Glorious One, Moon-given, Lord of Gods, Various Forms, and the Possessor of Divine Power, these six Dharma Kings also taught the Dharma for one hundred years each in succession. The consort of the Possessor of Divine Power, an incarnation of Akashagarbha, or the son of the goddess Sarvanana-yum, the incarnation of Manjushri, King Name, was born, sat on the lion throne, and taught the Dharma for one hundred years. When the hundred years were complete, by the power of the blessing prophesied by the Tathagata, he observed with clairvoyance that the righteous ones were fully matured and had attained the correct path, and so to the south of the city of Kalapa, there was a Malaya garden twelve yojanas in extent, the same size as the city of Kalapa. To the east of the garden was the Near-Mind Lake, and to the west was the White Lotus Lake, both lakes being twelve yojanas in width. In the center of the Malaya pleasure garden was built by King Moon Good, the wheel of the mandala of the Blessed One Kalachakra, including the gods and goddesses, being of the nature of the five precious substances, square, four hundred cubits wide. Adorned with bells. In that house of the three realms' self-nature, on the fish day of the Vo month, to the forty-five billion Brahma sages, King Named said, "On this black fish day, I shall bestow teachings upon you who hold the Vedic scriptures. Therefore, in your various lands, whatever Brahmins possess lineage, please show me their conduct." After they had thus informed him, from their words it was known that the customs of various lands included eating skulls, eating the meat of cows and buffaloes, drinking alcohol, and taking mothers and others as wives, these statements being mutually contradictory. King Named, seeing that these could not be discerned, said to them, "Here, I shall place you in this house of the Blessed One's Kalachakra mandala, and bestow empowerments of the world and beyond. By my command, you shall eat and drink together with those of the Vajra lineage, and also engage in marriage and betrothal. If you do not do so, then go to whichever of my ninety-six billion cities you please. This is because, eight hundred years from now, your sons and grandsons and others will spread the Dharma of the heretics, causing the Dharma of the heretics to flourish in ninety-six great places including Shambhala. The heretics' god, with the mantra of bi ṣi mi llā'i (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), will cut the necks of livestock with curved knives, kill those livestock with the mantras of the gods, and eat their meat, but will not eat the meat of those who have died by their own karma. Such a Dharma will also become your measure, for your scriptures say: 'For the sake of sacrifice, offer livestock.' Therefore, there is no difference between the Vedic Dharma and the Dharma of the heretics, for they both involve killing. Therefore, your descendants will see the glory of the heretics, and the descent of demonic gods in battle, and after eight hundred years will become heretics.
