བདག་གིས་དེ་སླར་འབུལ་ལོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་ཤིང་། རང་གི་ཁྱིམ་ནས་གསེར་གྱི་དང་རྩེ་གནའ་མ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་ཇི་ལྟར་བཅིངས་པ་བཞིན་ཁྱེར་ཏེ་སྨན་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་ཕུལ་ལོ། །སྨན་ཆེན་པོས་བྲམ་ཟེ་ལ་བྱིན་པ་དང་བྲམ་ཟེ་དེ་དགའ་ནས་བཀུར་སྟིས་དྲིན་ལན་གླན་པའི་བསམ་པས་ཕྱེད་སྨན་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་ཕུལ་སྨན་ཆེན་པོས་བླངས་ནས་སླར་བྲམ་ཟེ་ལ་བྱིན་ནོ། །སྨན་ཆེན་པོའི་སྙན་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་ཁྱབ་ཅིང་ཡུལ་མི་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བདག་ཅག་བསོད་ནམས་དང་ལྡན་པས་འདི་འདྲ་བའི་བློན་པོ་ཡོད་དོ་སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་མི་གཞན་ཞིག་དོན་གྱི་ཕྱིར་ཡུལ་གཞན་དུ་སོང་སོང་བ་ལས། རྫིང་འགྲམ་ཞིག་ཏུ་ཕྱེ་འུ་རྐྱལ་པ་ཁ་ཕྱེ་ཞིང་ཟན་ཟོས་ནས་རྐྱལ་པ་ཁ་མ་བཅིངས་བཞིན་དུ་ཕྱི་རོལ་དུ་སོང་བ་དང་སྦྲུལ་རེག་ན་གདུག་པའི་དུག་ཅན་ཞིག་རྐྱལ་བ་དེའི་ནང་དུ་ཞུགས་སོ། །མི་དེ་སླར་འོངས་ནས་མ་བརྟགས་པར་རྐྱལ་པ་ཁ་བཅིངས་ཏེ་ཕྲག་པར་ཐོགས་ནས་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཆེན་པོར་ཕྱིན་པ་ན། ལྟས་མཁན་ཞིག་གིས་དེ་ལ་འཚོ་བ་དང་བྲལ་དུ་ཉེའོ་ཞེས་ལུང་བསྟན་ཏོ། །མི་དེས་སླར་ལོག་སྟེ་དེ་ལ་བལྟས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་འོངས་པ་དང་དེ་ལྟར་ཐོས་བཞིན་ལྟས་མཁན་དེ་ལ་མ་དྲིས་སྙམ་དུ་འགྱོད་པ་སྐྱེས་ཤིང་། དོན་དེའི་ཕྱིར་སྨན་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་མ་དྲིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ཁྱིམ་དུ་མི་འགྲོའོ་ཞེས་བསམས་ཤིང་སྨྲས་ཏེ། སྨན་ཆེན་པོའི་དྲུང་དུ་ཕྱིན་ནས་ལྟས་མཁན་གྱིས་སྨྲས་པ་སོགས་ཇི་ལྟར་གྱུར་པ་བརྗོད་དོ། །སྨན་ཆེན་པོས་གང་ནས་འོང་དྲིས་པས་དེས་ཇི་ལྟར་གྱུར་པ་སྨྲས་པ་ལ། སྨན་ ཆེན་པོས་འདིའི་རྐྱལ་པའི་ནང་ན་སྦྲུལ་གདུག་པ་ཡོད་པར་ངེས་སོ་སྙམ་ནས། སྐྱེ་བོ་མང་པོའི་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་རྐྱལ་པ་འདི་ཁ་ཁྲོལ་ལ་རྒྱང་མ་ནས་ཤིང་གིས་ཁ་ཕྱེས་ཤིག་དང་གདོད་ཤེས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་པ་ལྟར་བྱས་པས། སྦྲུལ་གདུག་པ་དེས་མགོ་ནི་བཏེགས། དབུགས་རྒོད་ཅིང་ལྕེ་བསྐྱོད་བཞིན་ཕྱིར་ཕྱུང་བ་དང་། སྨན་ཆེན་པོས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་དོགས་པ་དེ་ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་སྨན་ཆེན་པོ་ཡུལ་བལྟ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཡན་ལག་བཞིའི་དཔུངས་སྟོབས་དང་ལྡན་པས་གྲོང་དང་ཚོང་འདུས་གྲོང་འདབས་སོགས་སུ་སོང་སྟེ་ཡུལ་འདི་སུའི་ཡིན་ཞེས་དྲིས་པ་ན། འདི་བློན་པོ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཞིག་གི་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་སྨྲ་བ་ཤ་སྟག་ལ་སྨན་ཆེན་པོས་བརྟགས་ནས་ཡུལ་ཐམས་ཅད་བློན་པོ་དྲུག་གི་བསྣམས་ཏེ། རྒྱལ་པོ་སྐྱེད་པ་ནི་བཟའ་བཏུང་ཙམ་ལ་དབང་ངོ་སྙམ་དུ་བསམས་ནས། རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་གྲོང་དང་ཡུལ་འདི་སུ་ལ་དབང་ཞེས་དེ་ལྟར་གསོལ་བ་དང་།

我说道：“我将把它再次献上。”然后从自己的家中，拿了五百个用金线如何捆扎的贵重物品，献给了大臣。大臣将它们给予了婆罗门，那个婆罗门非常高兴，为了报答这份恩情，将一半献给了大臣，大臣接受后又再次给予了婆罗门。大臣的名声传遍四方，所有百姓都认为我们有福报，因为有这样一位大臣。 之后，另一个人为了某事去了其他地方。在水池边，他打开了装糌粑的口袋，吃完糌粑后没有扎紧口袋就离开了。一条剧毒的毒蛇进入了那个口袋里。那个人回来后，没有检查就扎紧了口袋，扛在肩上前往大城市。一位占卜师预言说，他将面临失去生计的危险。那个人又返回去查看。回来后，他后悔没有询问那位占卜师，心想：“在没有询问大臣之前，我不会回家。”他这样想着说道，然后前往大臣那里，讲述了占卜师所说的一切。大臣询问他从哪里来，他讲述了事情的经过。大臣心想：“这个口袋里肯定有一条毒蛇。”于是，在众人面前说道：“把这个口袋打开，远远地用木棍拨开，这样就能知道了。”按照他所说的做了，那条毒蛇抬起了头，喘着粗气，吐着舌头爬了出来。大臣说道：“你的疑虑就是这个。” 之后，大臣为了视察地方，凭借四肢的力量，前往村庄、集市、村郊等地，询问：“这片土地是谁的？”人们都说：“这是某某大臣的。”大臣经过调查，发现所有的土地都被六个大臣掌控着，心想：“国王的权力只在于饮食而已。”于是，他向国王禀告说：“村庄和土地是谁的？”

I said, "I will offer it again." Then, from my own home, I took five hundred valuable items bound with gold thread and offered them to the minister. The minister gave them to the Brahmin, who was very pleased. To repay this kindness, the Brahmin offered half to the minister, who accepted it and then gave it back to the Brahmin. The minister's reputation spread everywhere, and all the people thought, "We are fortunate because we have such a minister." After that, another person went to another place for some business. At a pond, he opened his bag of tsampa, ate some, and left without tying the bag. A venomous snake entered the bag. The person returned, tied the bag without checking, and carried it on his shoulder to a large city. A fortune-teller predicted that he would face the danger of losing his livelihood. The person returned to check. After returning, he regretted not asking the fortune-teller and thought, "I will not go home until I have asked the minister." Thinking and saying this, he went to the minister and told him everything the fortune-teller had said. The minister asked him where he had come from, and he told the story. The minister thought, "There must be a venomous snake in this bag." So, in front of everyone, he said, "Open this bag and push it open from a distance with a stick, and then we will know." As he said, the venomous snake raised its head, breathing heavily, and crawled out with its tongue flicking. The minister said, "This is what you were worried about." After that, the minister, in order to inspect the area, went to villages, markets, and suburbs, relying on the strength of his limbs, and asked, "Whose land is this?" People all said, "This belongs to such and such minister." After investigating, the minister found that all the land was controlled by six ministers, and he thought, "The king's power is only over food and drink." So, he reported to the king, "To whom do the villages and lands belong?"

国王说：在我心生慈悲时，神于梦境中启示我：“在般若迦荼（Pūrṇakaccha，今或指印度西部一地）之山岩村落中，有一位名叫刚波的大医师，你应当任命他为大臣。他将使你的国土兴盛，成为奉献的源泉。那时你将成为统御一切的帝王。” 因此我在摩耶殿居留之时，依此启示而以器物庄严迎请，并立他为大臣之首。如今既是神语与汝心所一致，应当成就我为大权在握之王。 大医师于是向国王顶礼，誓愿忠心，并说：“凡使神欢喜之事，我当依教奉行。” 于是大医师将诸乡之首领集合，分配疆土，分别统辖，并说：“凡能令汝等欢喜者，我皆如此施行。” 然而这些大臣因贪欲极重，轻贱贱人，侮辱贤者，因此他使之各归其类。依我之言，当显明其归属，使贤者归贤。余者当安顿于安乐，资财护持，不应为逆。若违背此道，纵国王与大臣兴起，我未至之时，汝等不得归于彼之权下，当如此宣告。若大臣之首大医师至时，则唯应归其所辖，余无他人。 于是诸地不顺命令，违背诏书。群臣奏报国王，六位大臣虽聚合如四肢之强力，然犹不能制一村一岩。于是派人告国王：“若非王来，不能制此。” 王亲至，然亦不能制一村，于是战斗，人众死伤，大臣与王皆不悦。 山岩之民于是议曰：“大医师若来，我们当听其言。因非彼造王，而是六大臣加害于我等。”

The king said: Out of compassion, a god appeared in my dream and proclaimed: “In the rocky village of Pūrṇakaccha (possibly referring to a region in western India), there is a great physician named Gampo. Appoint him as your minister, and he will cause your lands to flourish and become abundant in offerings. At that time, you will become a sovereign king who rules over all.” Thus, while I was dwelling in the palace of Māyā, I prepared offerings and installed him as chief minister. Now, since both the divine words and your own mind affirm it, you should make me a mighty king of dominion. The great physician then bowed to the king, pledging loyalty, and said: “Whatever pleases the gods, I shall do accordingly.” Then the physician gathered the local chiefs, divided the territories, and assigned them, saying: “Whatever pleases you, I shall act accordingly.” But those ministers, driven by great greed, demeaned the lowly and insulted the noble; therefore, he set them each to their proper place. According to my words, I revealed who belonged where, so that the wise were placed among the wise. Others I established in comfort, providing them with means of well-being, and they were to be supported accordingly. Do not act in contradiction. If you do, whether king or ministers arise, before I come, you should not fall under their power. Thus should it be declared. When the chief minister, the great physician, arrives, then only under his authority should you be, under none other.” But the regions disobeyed and broke the commands. The ministers petitioned the king, saying: “Though six ministers, united in the strength of four limbs, still cannot subdue even one village or rock.” A messenger was sent: “Unless the king himself comes, it cannot be done.” The king came in person, yet still could not control even one village. Fighting ensued, many people died, and both the king and ministers were displeased. Then the people of the rocky land said: “If the great physician comes here, we will listen to his words. For it was not he who made the king, but rather the six ministers who harmed us.”
