Everything was entrusted to the prince, allowing him to give alms as he wished, and he was made to give alms more continuously than before. Thus, the Blessed One, the father and mother who became Prince Siddhartha were the present King Śuddhodana and Queen Māyādevī, the consort at that time was Grakdzin, the monk Achuta was the son of Maugala, Indra at that time was the son of Nidashaari, the hunter of that mountain was Ananda, the boy Yaari was the son Rahula, the one who became the daughter was Aunt Gotami, the Brahmin beggar was Devadatta himself, and the Brahmin's wife at that time was the present Brahmin woman Chamchayan, so it was said. Similarly to this, the Blessed One himself, when the son of the king of the Shibi people, named All-Victorious, became the crown prince named All-Deliverance, he bestowed whatever was desired upon the beggars. There was a supreme incense elephant, like a snow mountain, which a Brahmin sent by a king under the sun came to beg for, and because it was given, all the people of the country were unhappy and reported to the king. The king only outwardly forbade releasing it into the forest, so Queen Madri, the young son Jalinakumara, and the daughter Krishnajina, together rode away in a chariot. On the way, the four horses pulling the chariot were given to a Brahmin beggar. The Bodhisattva himself pulled the chariot, and four young yakshas transformed into the form of red wild animals and pulled the chariot, which pleased the queen. Then on the road, because the road collapsed, a Brahmin begged for the chariot and it was given to him, the son was held by the father, and the daughter was held by the mother, and they walked on foot. The yakshas, in order to relieve the Bodhisattva's fatigue, shortened the road and arrived at a place where the ridge of the mountain could be seen. There, by the command of Indra, various craftsmen built houses of leaves that were pleasing to the eye, and they lived there, with the wife serving, and for about half a year they practiced asceticism and stayed there. There, a Brahmin who came from a long road, because his wife had sent a son to look for servants, promised to give the two sons as alms. Hearing this, the two sons were frightened and their eyes widened, and the Bodhisattva

Due to the force of love, my heart is filled with sorrow. (I said:) "Children, it is not that I do not love you, but for the sake of unsurpassed Bodhi, do not be displeased that I have given you away." Having said this, he spoke to the Brahmin, "Although I have given you these two, in order to meet their mother, she has gone into the forest to search for roots and fruits. Stay here today, and tomorrow take these two children adorned with necklaces." The Brahmin said, "Women are deceitful and will hinder the giving, I will not stay here." The Bodhisattva said, "She is my companion in Dharma practice, there is no fear of her hindering the giving, do as you please. Moreover, these two children are not skilled in the work of servants, even if you make them your slaves, what use will they be? My father the king will see them and be deceived." The Brahmin said, "Kings are like poisonous snakes, there is no benefit in going before them. If the king is angry, he may take these two children away, or inflict punishment, so I will take these two children to my wife to be servants." Then, the Bodhisattva, filled with love and affection, instructed the two children, "Do the work of servants well." After that, the Brahmin threatened the two children with harsh words, saying, "Now go out!" and took them away. The two children, separated from their parents, their eyes filled with tears, pleaded with their father, "Let us stay here until our mother returns." The Brahmin thought, "If the mother of these two children returns, she may regret it because of her love for her children and may not give them away." So he tied the hands of the two children with whips and took them away. The two children clung to each other, looking at their father, as the Brahmin threatened them and took them away. The daughter cried out, "Since when has father beaten us so mercilessly? This is not a Brahmin, but a cannibal disguised as a Brahmin, how can father entrust us to someone who will eat us?" The young man Dlavakan said, "The pain of being beaten by the Brahmin is not so great, but if we return with the leaves and fruits that our mother has picked, what will our mother be like when she sees the empty house? Father, please find a way to alleviate our mother's suffering, please send our greetings to our mother and ask her not to be too sad. It will be difficult to see our parents' faces again in the future. Daughter Krishna, come here, father has given us away as slaves."
