It is said in the Sutra of the Vinaya that the sons of the great and middle queens, named Good Deed and Bad Deed, also appear to be similar to this. Furthermore, when this Bhagavan was in this Jambudvipa, he was a king named King Maitreya Strength, who ruled over eighty-four thousand small kingdoms. He possessed love and compassion, practiced the four immeasurables, and upheld the ten virtues. In his country, ghouls who spread disease, and evil spirits who ate human flesh, could not find food in that country, and became powerless from hunger. Then, five yakshas arrived in that country, but could not harm anyone. In a secluded place, a cowherd was resting leisurely, and they spoke to him, and the cowherd spoke of the king's virtues. Then, these five yakshas went to the king and reported: 'Our food depends on the essence and flesh and blood of humans to sustain life. But this country is ruled by the king's decree, and everyone practices the ten virtues, so we cannot find food and drink, and we are very distressed. King, do you not have compassion for us?' The king also had compassion for them, and cut off blood vessels from five parts of his body, and had the five yakshas each use vessels to hold the blood, and allowed them to drink their fill. Then, with a sharp sword, he cut off his own flesh and had them eat their fill. After those yakshas were full of flesh and blood, they felt happy and satisfied, and their evil minds were calmed. The king admonished them, saying, 'Practice virtue as much as you can!' And they also asked the king for forgiveness. The king made a vow, saying, 'Now that I have satisfied you with the flesh and blood of my body, in the same way, when I become a Buddha in the future, I will also use discipline, samadhi, and wisdom to eliminate your three poisons, and lead you to the bliss of nirvana.' Later, when the Bhagavan himself became a Buddha, these five yakshas were the five bhikshus, including Kaundinya. The king made a vow that wherever they were born, he would liberate them first. Therefore, as soon as he began to teach the Dharma, they were liberated. The wounds on the body of King Maitreya Strength were also healed by the medicine of Indra, and he returned to his former state, and he happily protected Jambudvipa. Furthermore, Vajra

Because he was called an army, he built houses for giving and gave all that beings desired, and how he satisfied the five yakshas with his own blood, as told in the Jataka of the Power of Compassion. Furthermore, in the past, in a place called Yava, there was a king named Gewa who ruled the country with righteous laws, ruled sixty small kingdoms, had eight hundred large cities and five hundred cows, had four thousand ministers, and although he had twenty thousand consorts, he had no son. Later, a son was conceived in the sacred womb of a consort, and after that child was born, milk flowed naturally from all twenty thousand consorts, and everyone was happy, so he was named Dondrup. When he was sixteen years old, he learned everything without exception, including writing, arithmetic, archery, divination, crafts, arts, and music. He was also very devoted to his father and mother, and a separate palace was built for the prince. From a young age, he loved giving and was happy for all beings, including humans, beasts, and birds, to be happy and joyful, and he also praised giving in words. When the prince grew up, he took a king's daughter named Mante, who was beautiful in appearance, as his consort, and they had a son and a daughter. When the prince went to see a performance, he saw Indra disguised as a poor man and thought that he should give alms. He requested, "I want to give everything that is in the treasury of the king." The king also happily agreed and gave him everything he wanted. At that time, a hostile small kingdom sent eight Brahmins to ask for an elephant named Sudaya, who walked on lotuses, was very powerful, and always defeated other enemies. The prince gave them another elephant from the elephant stable, but they did not accept it and asked for the Sudaya elephant. The prince said, "This elephant is very precious to my father, like myself, and if I give it to them, I will be exiled from the country." He also thought, "In the past, I vowed that whatever I asked for, I would not go against his wishes, so now, for the sake of unsurpassed Bodhi, what is there that I cannot give up?" So he gave them the elephant and instructed them, "Go quickly, if the father hears about it, he will come to seize it."
