གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་མིག་དག་ཡོངས་སུ་བཏང་ངོ་། །རྒྱ་མཚོ་བཞིའི་ཆུ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་ཁྲག་དག་ཡོངས་སུ་བཏང་ངོ་། །རི་རབ་སྟོང་ སྙེད་ཙམ་གྱི་ཤ་དག་ཡོངས་སུ་བཏང་ངོ་། །རི་ཁོར་ཡུག་ཙམ་གྱི་ལྕེ་དང་། ལྷུན་པོ་གཉའ་ཤིང་འཛིན་ཙམ་གྱི་རྣ་བ་དང་། རི་རབ་ཙམ་གྱི་སྣ་དང་། བྱ་རྒོད་ཀྱི་ཕུང་པོའི་རི་འདི་ཙམ་གྱི་སོ་དག་ཡོངས་སུ་བཏང་ངོ་། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་མི་མཇེད་ཀྱི་ས་གཞི་ཙམ་གྱིས་པགས་པ་ཡང་ཡོངས་སུ་བཏང་ངོ་། །དེ་ལྟར་ལོ་ཁྲིའི་བར་དུ་སྲོག་གཅིག་གི་རང་གི་ལུས་ཡོངས་སུ་བཏབ་པ་ཚད་མེད་གྲངས་མེད་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་བཏང་བས་སེམས་ཅན་དཔག་མེད་ཚད་མེད་གྲངས་མེད་ཚིམ་པར་བྱས་ཀྱང་། ངའི་སེམས་སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཡང་འགྱོད་པར་མ་གྱུར་པ་ལ་ལྟོས། དེར་ངས་སྨོན་ལམ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ཡང་བཏབ་སྟེ། གལ་ཏེ་བདག་བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་འཚང་རྒྱ་ན་བདག་གི་བསམ་པ་འདི་ཡང་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཇི་ལྟར་བདག་གླིང་གཅིག་ཏུ་རང་གི་ལུས་ཀྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་ཚིམ་པར་བྱས་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་རྡུལ་མེད་ལྷུན་པོའི་སྤོས་འདིའི་གླིང་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཡང་ལོ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་གངྒཱའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་དུ་དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ལུས་འབྱུང་བར་གྱུར་ཏེ། རང་གི་ཤ་དང་ཁྲག་ལ་སོགས་པས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཚིམ་པར་བྱས་ཏེ། ཐེག་པ་གསུམ་པོ་ཡང་དག་པར་འཛིན་ཏུ་འཇུག་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །མི་དང་གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་སྲིན་པོ་དང་དུད་འགྲོའི་འགྲོ་བ་གང་གིས་ཤ་ཟ་ཞིང་ཁྲག་འཐུང་བ་དེ་དག་ཚིམ་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། ཐ་ན་གཤིན་རྗེའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་བར་དུ་ཚིམ་པར་བྱེད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཇི་ལྟར་བདག་གིས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་གཅིག་ཏུ་རང་གི་ལུས་ཀྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཚིམ་པར་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ཀུན་གྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ ཞིང་གངྒཱའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་དག་ཏུ་ཡང་རང་གི་ཤ་དང་ཁྲག་ལ་སོགས་པས་བསྐལ་པ་ཆེན་པོ་གངྒཱའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་དུ་དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ལུས་ཐོབ་ནས་ལུས་དང་སྲོག་གིས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཚིམ་པར་བྱེད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །གལ་ཏེ་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཚིམ་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རང་གི་ལུས་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་གཏོང་བར་མི་བྱེད་དམ། བདག་རེ་ཞིང་སེམས་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་མ་གྱུར་ན། བདག་གིས་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་གཞན་དང་གཞན་ན་འཚོ་ཞིང་གཞེས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་དག་བསླུས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིང་། བདག་ཀྱང་བླ་མེད་རྫོགས་བྱང་མི་ཐོབ་པ་དང་། འཁོར་བ་ན་འཁོར་བའི་ཚེ། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་སྒྲ་དང་། ཕར་ཕྱིན་སོགས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་ཡང་མི་ཐོས་པར། རྟག་ཏུ་མནར་མེད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ན་གནས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སྨོན་ལམ་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ཡང་བཏབ་ལ། ཇི་ལྟར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་འདིའི་གླིང་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ལུས་བཏང་བ་དེ་བཞིན། ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་གཞན་གྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་གངྒཱའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་དུ་ཡང་དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ལུས་བཏང་སྟེ། རང་གི་ཤ་དང་ཁྲག་གིས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཚིམ་པར་བྱས་སོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ངས་རྒྱུན་མ་ཆད་པར་མིག་དག་ཡོངས་སུ་བཏང་བ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་དག་གི་ཕུང་པོ་ཡང་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་འདི་ན་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་པའི་ལྷའི་མཐར་ཐུག་པའི་ཚད་ཙམ་དུ་གྱུར་ཏེ། ལུས་ཡོངས་སུ་བཏང་བའི་སྦྱིན་པའི་ཕར་ཕྱིན་ལ་ལྟོས། འདི་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་ལུས་ཡོངས་སུ་གཏོང་བའི་སྦྱིན་པ་མདོར་བསྡུས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་གཞན་ཡང་དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་བསྐལ་པ་ ཚད་མེད་འདས་པ་ན། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་འདི་ཟླ་བ་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་གྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ཡང་སྙིགས་མ་ལྔ་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །ང་ཡང་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་དེར་སྟོབས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བ་སྒྲོན་མ་སྣང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་གྱུར་ནས། ཇི་སྐད་སྔར་སྨོས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་གི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་དགེ་བ་ལ་ངེས་པར་སྦྱར་རོ། །ཕྱིས་རང་གི་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ་དུ་ས་རྣམས་ལྟ་བའི་ཕྱིར་བྱུང་བ་དང་། དེར་འཆིང་བ་དམ་པོས་ཕྱིན་ཅི་ལོག་ཏུ་བཅིངས་པའི་མི་ཞིག་མཐོང་ནས་བློན་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་དྲིས་པ་དང་། ལྷ་ལགས་མི་འདི་ནི་ལོ་གཅིག་ཏུ་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་འབྲུ་དང་ལོ་ཏོག་ཅི་འཁྲུངས་པའི་དྲུག་ཆ་ལྷ་ལ་འབུལ་བ་ལགས་ན། ལྷའི་འབངས་ལས་ཀྱི་མཐས་འཚོ་བའི་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་འདུ་བའི་སྒོ་འབུལ་བར་བགྱིད་པ་དེ་ལྟར་མི་འདིས་མི་བགྱིད་པ་ལགས་སོ། །ངས་སྨྲས་པ། མི་འདི་ཐོང་ལ་སུ་ལ་ཡང་མཐུས་ནོར་དང་འབྲུ་དག་མ་སྡུད་ཅིག །དེ་དག་གིས་སྨྲས་པ། ལྷ་འགའ་ཡང་སེམས་ཤིན་ཏུ་དད་པས་འབུལ་བར་མི་བགྱིད་དོ། །གདུགས་གཅིག་བཞིན་དུ་ལྷའི་ཞལ་ཟས་སྐྱེམས་སོགས་དང་། བཙུན་མོའི་འཁོར་དང་། སྲས་དང་སྲས་མོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པ་གང་ལགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཞན་དག་ལས་འདུ་བ་ལགས་ན། ཇི་ལྟར་བགྱི། དེ་ནས་ང་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཡིད་མ་བདེ་སྟེ་བསམས་པ། ངས་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ཀྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་འདི་བུ་ལ་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱ་སྙམ་དུ། ང་ལ་བུ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་ཡོད་པ་དེ་དག་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཡང་དག་པར་འཛིན་ཏུ་བཅུག་ཅིང་། འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་འདི་ཆ་ལྔ་བརྒྱར་ བགོས་ཏེ་བུ་རྣམས་ལ་བྱིན་ནས། ང་

我布施了恒河沙数般的眼睛。我布施了四大海之水般的鲜血。我布施了相当于千个须弥山般的肉。我布施了相当于环绕山脉的舌头，相当于持轴山的耳朵，相当于须弥山的鼻子，相当于兀鹫尸体堆积如山的牙齿。我布施了相当于娑婆世界大地的皮肤。像这样，在数万年中，我无数次、无数次、不可估量地布施了自己的身体，使无数、无数、不可估量的众生感到满足。但是，请看，我的内心连一瞬间都没有后悔。在那里，我也发了这样的愿：如果我证得无上菩提，愿我的这个想法也能完全实现。就像我曾经在一个洲以自己的身体使众生感到满足一样，愿在无尘莲花香佛土的所有洲，在恒河沙数般的千年里，出现那样的身体，以自己的血肉等使所有众生感到满足，并使他们正确地持有三乘。愿所有吃肉饮血的人和夜叉、罗刹、畜生道的众生都感到满足，甚至直到阎罗王的境界也感到满足。就像我将在一个佛土以自己的身体使众生感到满足一样，愿在十方所有的恒河沙数般的佛土中，也以自己的血肉等，在恒河沙数般的大劫中，获得那样的身体，并以身体和生命使众生感到满足。如果我不为了使众生感到满足而布施那样的身体，如果我所希望和思考的愿望没有完全实现，我就欺骗了十方其他佛土中居住的诸佛世尊，我也将无法获得无上圆满菩提，并且在轮回中流转时，我将欺骗三宝。

I gave away eyes as numerous as the sands of the Ganges. I gave away blood as much as the water of the four oceans. I gave away flesh equivalent to a thousand Mount Merus. I gave away tongues as large as the surrounding mountains, ears as large as the Yugandhara Mountain, noses as large as Mount Meru, and teeth as large as a mountain of vultures' corpses. I even gave away skin as large as the land of the Saha world. In this way, for tens of thousands of years, I gave away my own body immeasurably, countless times, and incalculably, satisfying immeasurable, countless, and innumerable beings. But behold, my mind did not regret it even for a moment. There, I also made this kind of aspiration: If I attain unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, may this thought of mine also be completely fulfilled. Just as I once satisfied beings with my own body in one continent, may such bodies arise in all the continents of the Buddha-field of Immaculate Lotus Fragrance, for thousands of years, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, and may all beings be satisfied with my own flesh and blood, etc., and may they be led to correctly uphold the three vehicles. May all beings who eat flesh and drink blood, including humans, yakshas, rakshasas, and animals, be satisfied, even to the realm of Yama. Just as I will satisfy beings with my own body in one Buddha-field, may I also obtain such bodies in all the Buddha-fields of the ten directions, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, for great kalpas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, and may I satisfy beings with body and life. If I do not give away such a body for the sake of satisfying beings, and if the aspiration that I hope for and think about is not completely fulfilled, then I will have deceived those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who live and reside in other Buddha-fields of the ten directions, and I will also not attain unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, and when I wander in samsara, I will deceive the Three Jewels.

Look at the Paramita of giving, which is the complete giving of the body! This is the condensed giving of the body, which is the complete giving of the body by the Thus-Gone One. I said, 'Release this man, and do not forcibly collect wealth and grain from anyone.' They said, 'O God, some people will not offer with very sincere hearts either.' Just like an umbrella, the food, drink, and so on of the gods, as well as all that is enjoyed by the consorts, princes, and princesses, are collected from others, so what should we do?' 前往苦行林，行持仙人的出家梵行，在南方大海边不太远的一片森林里，吃森林的根和果实，在乌昙跋罗树下禅定，这样住着住着，最终获得了五种神通。那时，赡部洲的五百个商人进入大海，找到了许多珍宝堆。那里有个船长名叫月亮，是个有福有智慧的人，他也找到了如意宝珠返回，之后大海也动荡了，龙族也愤怒了，那里居住的天神们也在哭泣。那时，有个名叫仙人出息的菩萨，因往昔的愿力而生在那里，那个大心众生把那些客人从大海中平安吉祥地救了出来。有个凶恶的罗刹伺机反击，一直跟踪着那些客人。在那里，下了七天的大雾和暴雨，那些商人们完全迷失了道路，非常害怕，大声哭泣哀嚎，发出悲鸣，向天神、鸠槃荼、水神和身恶等祈祷，父母和心爱的孩子们都在哭喊，我的耳朵听到了。我走到路边，对商人们说：不要害怕！我会为你们指路，让你们平安吉祥地到达赡部洲。说完，我呼出一口气，然后用麻布和芝麻油涂抹，缠绕自己的手，点燃火，说出真实语：如果我为了众生的利益，二十六年中以四梵住住在森林里，吃森林的根和果实，成熟了八万四千天神和夜叉的心续，安置于无上圆满菩提的不退转之地，那么凭借这个真谛和真实语，以及善根完全成熟的力量，我的手将会燃烧，商人们将会找到道路，到达赡部洲。

Having gone to the forest of asceticism, practicing the celibate conduct of a hermit's ordination, in a forest not too far from the great southern ocean, eating the roots and fruits of the forest, meditating under the Udumbara tree, dwelling thus, eventually attaining the five supernormal cognitions. At that time, five hundred merchants of Jambudvipa entered the great ocean and found many piles of jewels. There was a captain named Moon, a fortunate and wise man, who also found a wish-fulfilling jewel and returned. Then the great ocean also became turbulent, the nagas also became angry, and the gods dwelling there also wept. At that time, a bodhisattva named Hermit Exhalation, born there by the power of previous aspirations, that great-minded being rescued those guests from the great ocean in peace and auspiciousness. A cruel rakshasa, retaliating and seeking an opportunity to strike, followed those guests. There, for seven days, there was a dense fog and heavy rain, and those merchants completely lost their way, and being very frightened, they wept and wailed loudly, uttering laments, praying to gods, kumbhandas, water gods, and those with evil bodies, and parents and beloved children were crying and calling out, which my ears heard. I went to the road and said to the merchants: Do not be afraid! I will show you the way and lead you to Jambudvipa in peace and auspiciousness. Having said this, I exhaled a breath, and then anointed myself with linen and sesame oil, wrapped my hands, lit a fire, and spoke the words of truth: If for the sake of the benefit of sentient beings, I have dwelt in the forest for twenty-six years with the four Brahma-viharas, eating the roots and fruits of the forest, and have ripened the mind-streams of eighty-four thousand gods and yakshas, and have established them in the irreversible state of unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, then by this truth and these words of truth, and by the power of the complete maturation of virtuous roots, may my hands burn and may the merchants find the way and reach Jambudvipa.
