我到聚集的村庄附近等地去，询问“这地方是谁的？”回答都说“这是某某大臣的”。大药师考察后，得知所有地方都被六个大臣占据，心想：国王的权力只在于吃喝而已。于是向国王禀告说：“村庄和地方，这些都属于谁？”国王说：“我所珍爱的神在梦中预言：‘在普尔纳卡察（པཱུརྞྞཱ་ཀཙྪ，梵文天城体：पूर्णाकच्छ，梵文罗马拟音：Pūrṇākaccha）的山岩村庄里，有个名叫刚波的儿子，让他做你的大药师大臣，他会使你的地方繁荣并进贡，那时你就会成为统治一切的国王。’所以，你从还在母亲的子宫里时，我就为了这个需要而用物品养育你，现在又让你做了大臣之首。现在就请你展现神的旨意和你自己的智慧，务必使我成为富有的国王！”大药师向国王行礼说：“请您放心，我一定会尽力让神高兴。”之后，大药师在村庄地方的首领们之间制造不和，将他们分开，说：“我一定会尽力让你们高兴。那些大臣贪得无厌，征收不合理的赋税和贡品，因此要加以纠正。如果你们听我的话，我就会让你们明白，并合理地降低赋税。此外，还会安排你们安居乐业，用舒适的物品来供养你们。务必让你们彼此不和。在你们不和的情况下，即使国王或大臣们来了，你们也要这样说：‘在我到来之前，不要受他们的管辖，要说只有大臣之首大药师来了，才听从他的管辖，其他人都不行。’”就这样教导他们，那些地方开始不和，违背命令。大臣们向国王禀告，即使派遣了拥有强大四肢军队的六个大臣，也无法控制任何一个村庄或山岩村庄。于是派遣使者说：“如果国王您不亲自前往，就无法控制这些地方。”

I went to the vicinity of the assembled villages and asked, "Whose land is this?" The answer was always, "This belongs to such-and-such minister." The great physician investigated and found that all the lands were held by six ministers. He thought, "The king's power is only over food and drink." So he reported to the king, "To whom do these villages and lands belong?" The king said, "The god who cherishes me prophesied in a dream: 'In the mountain rock village of Pūrṇākaccha (པཱུརྞྞཱ་ཀཙྪ，梵文天城体：पूर्णाकच्छ，梵文罗马拟音：Pūrṇākaccha), there is a son named Gangpo. Let him be your great physician minister, and he will make your lands prosper and offer tribute. Then you will become the king who rules over all.' Therefore, from the time you were in your mother's womb, I have nurtured you with provisions for this need. Now I have made you the chief of ministers. Now, show the word of the gods and your own wisdom, and by all means make me a wealthy king!" The great physician bowed to the king and said, "Please be assured, I will do my best to please the gods." Then the great physician sowed discord among the leaders of the villages and lands, separating them, saying, "I will do my best to make you happy. Those ministers are greedy and impose unreasonable taxes and tributes, so they must be corrected. If you listen to me, I will make you understand and reasonably lower the taxes. Furthermore, I will arrange for you to live in peace and provide you with comfortable goods. By all means, make sure you are at odds with each other. If the king or ministers come while you are in discord, say this: 'Until the chief minister, the great physician, comes, do not submit to their authority. Say that only when the great physician comes will you submit to his authority, and no one else.'" Thus he instructed them, and those lands began to be at odds and disobey orders. The ministers reported to the king, and even though the six ministers with their strong four-limbed armies were sent, they could not control a single village or mountain rock village. Then they sent a messenger saying, "If the king himself does not come, these places cannot be controlled."

Even though the king himself came, he could not conquer a single village, because the fighting caused many people to die, and the king and his ministers were unhappy. Then, the people of the mountains and rocks said, "If this great healer comes here, we will listen to him, and we will not be against the king, but because the six ministers are harmful to us." The king said, "We cannot go to your lands, you come here." So he sent a messenger, and the messenger came immediately. Seeing him, all the villagers prostrated before him, and he also said to the people, "Do not be afraid." Then he levied taxes according to the law, and relieved the poor and helpless. He treated the people of the towns and cities like his own parents and siblings, giving them respect and care, treating them equally, and embracing them. All the old and young men and women living in the village would look upon the great healer as their own son and brother. He also made everyone happy, and eventually united all the lands, and returned to the palace with the king. Because he had done such a thing, his good name spread to other kings. Then, the king happily gave his daughter to the great healer as his wife, and enjoyed happiness with him. At that time, a king from another country, having lost his wealth, came to the presence of the king, but the king did not like him, so he came to the great healer. The great healer took him in out of compassion and gave him wealth. Later, a Brahmin came and begged for a pot of grain, and he also promised to give alms, and handed it over to the storehouse manager, but it was not given the next day, but remained. Later, the king, surrounded by ministers and people from towns and villages, was sitting in a place where many people prostrated before him. The king said, "O ministers, to whom should secrets be told? Who should be trusted?" The ministers thought, one should tell a friend, and likewise, some said to tell a wife, some said to tell a mother, some said to tell a sister and father, and some said to tell a brother.
