They are liberated without ever having been liberated. All birds and wild animals utter gentle sounds. All trees offer flowers. The evil realms of this world are cut off, and transformed into loving-kindness. Those who move in the sky make offerings with flowers and the like. All the gods between Akanishta (highest pure abode) descend to Jambudvipa (Rose-apple continent) to listen to the prayers of the Brahmin, and remain in the center of the sky, striving to make offerings with heavenly incense and silk ornaments. Then, that Brahmin, with palms joined, praised the Tathagata, saying: "Liberated by meditation, like Brahma. The light of the form is bright, like Indra. Like a king, generously giving away wealth and grain. Possessing supreme jewels, like the Sage (Shakyamuni Buddha) is a merchant. Proclaiming peace, like a lion in the mountains. Unmoving, steadfast, like Mount Meru. Like the ocean, without turbulence. Like the earth, treating merits and faults equally." Having offered praise with these verses and the like, he requested: "Venerable Bhagavan, I entrust countless billions of beings to perfect Bodhi, may they each possess vast Buddha-fields, and may they take hold of those sentient beings who are to be tamed, whose minds are pure, who protect their roots of virtue, and who are easy to tame. Those thousand and four Brahmin boys who recite the Vedas, such as the star-keepers, have been prophesied by the Tathagata to become Buddhas in the Fortunate Aeon. Those noble beings, although they may be tamed by the three vehicles those who indulge in desire, hatred, and pride, nevertheless, because they have completely abandoned the heavy obscurations of afflictions and the dregs of the age of strife, they also stay away from those who commit the five heinous crimes, and those who abandon the sacred Dharma, slander the noble ones, hold wrong views, are separated from the seven noble riches, do not regard their parents as worthy of respect, do not regard ascetics and Brahmins as worthy of respect, do what should not be done, do what is not virtuous, are separated from the ten virtuous paths, do not fear the next world, do not seek the three good practices, are immersed in the three evil practices, and are far from the wise and virtuous.

Abandoned by all spiritual friends, trapped in the prison of existence, having passed away for a long time, sinking in the mire of samsara, obscured by the darkness of ignorance, destroyed by evil paths, those who have obtained great suffering have been abandoned. In this fortunate eon of this world, all sentient beings of the time when life expectancy is ten years are also abandoned by these noble beings. They are in the waves of existence, trapped in the maze of samsara, without refuge or support. Their respective Buddha-fields are good and pure, haven't they completely taken hold of sentient beings who have accumulated roots of virtue, whose thoughts are pure and easy to tame? The Tathagata said: Brahmin, it is so. Sentient beings make aspirations according to their own thoughts, and the Buddha-fields established by the Buddhas are also completely taken hold of, and I also prophesy them in the same way. The Brahmin asked: Venerable Bhagavan, I tremble in my heart like the leaves of the King Shuka tree, my mind is sad, and all the flesh of my body is exhausted. Bhagavan, if at that time the Bodhisattvas abandoned the sentient beings who were thrown into darkness by the time of great strife, and these sentient beings become the object of my compassion, then, Bhagavan, I also in the future, after countless eons as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, when the second eon arrives, in that fortunate eon, when the life expectancy of beings reaches a thousand years, I will abide there, and for such a long time I will practice the conduct of Bodhi, may I not be weary of samsara. May I, through the power of samadhi, mature over a long period of time and see sentient beings who can be tamed, be happy to take hold of them, and take hold of them by practicing the six perfections. The Bhagavan said that completely abandoning the characteristics of things, that is the perfection of giving, and one should practice such a perfection of giving. In other lifetimes, if there are countless beggars, I will be extremely happy to give them food, drink, shelter, medicine, umbrellas, banners, and jewels, and give them to sentient beings with a compassionate heart without seeking reward, thereby completely
