དང་སྟོབས་དང་ཤེས་པའི་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་གི་ཆར་མི་ཕོད་དོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་པས། དེ་དག་དེ་ལྟ་འདོད་པར་གྱུར་པས་དེའི་དྲུང་དུ་འཕོང་གི་སློབ་དཔོན་དང་བཅས་པར་སོང་བས་བྱད་གཟུགས་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་འཕགས་པ་མཐོང་ནས་ཡོན་ཏན་གཞན་ཀྱང་དེ་ལྟར་ཡོད་ངེས་སོ་སྙམ་ཏེ། དེའི་ཐད་དུ་ཚངས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་སྤྱད་ནས་བསམ་གཏན་བཞི་དང་མངོན་ཤེས་ལྔ་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །ཕྱིས་སངས་རྒྱས་པའི་ཚེ་འཕོང་གི་སློབ་དཔོན་ནི་ད་ལྟར་འཕོང་གི་སློབ་དཔོན་ལྷར་བཅས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དང་། དེས་འཕོང་བསླབས་པའི་ཡངས་པ་ཅན་གྱི་གཞོན་ནུ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་ནི་སྔོན་གྱི་བློན་པོའི་བུ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་སྟེ། དེ་རྣམས་ལ་ལྷར་བཅས་ཀྱིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་འཕོང་གི་བསྔགས་པ་བརྗོད་ཅིང་ཁྲིད་དེ་འོངས་པ་ལ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་འཕོང་གི་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་མཛད་པས་དད་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་ཞིང་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཐོབ་བོ། ༈ །ཡང་སྔོན་ཚོང་པ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་ནགས་ཁུང་ཆེན་པོ་ཞིག་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་དེར་གནོད་སྦྱིན་དྲག་པོ་ཞིག་གིས་ང་དྲག་པོས་བཏབ་སྟེ་ཅི་བྱ་གཏོལ་མེད་དུ་གྱུར་པ་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཉིད་དྲང་སྲོང་མངོན་ཤེས་ལྔ་ལྡན་མཐུ་ཆེ་བར་གྱུར་པས་ཚོང་པ་དེ་དག་བྲུངས་རྫས་དང་བཅས་པ་ནགས་དེ་ལས་བླངས་ཏེ། རང་གི་གནས་སུ་བཀོད་པས། དེ་དག་དགའ་ཞིང་དྲང་སྲོང་དེའི་ཐད་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་ནས་བསམ་གཏན་བཞི་དང་མངོན་ཤེས་ལྔ་བསྐྱེད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སྔོན་དྲང་སྲོང་དུ་གྱུར་པས་སེམས་ཅན་མང་པོ་འཆི་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་འཇིགས་པ་ལས་བསྐྱབས་ པ་དང་། བསམ་གཏན་དང་མངོན་ཤེས་ལ་བཀོད་པ་ཚད་མེད་པ་ཡོད་དེ་འདིར་ནི་མདོ་ཙམ་བརྗོད་པའོ། ༈ །ཡང་སྔོན་གྱི་ཚེ་རི་བོང་ཞིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པ་ན་ཆར་པ་མ་བབ་པའི་མུ་གེའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་དགོན་པར་གནས་པའི་དྲང་སྲོང་ཞིག་དགོན་པ་ནས་འགྲོ་བར་ཆས་པ་ལ། དེ་དང་སྔ་ནས་འདྲིས་པའི་རི་བོང་དེས་དགོན་པའི་བསྔགས་པ་དང་ཁྱིམ་གྱི་ཉེས་པ་བརྗོད་ཅིང་། བདག་གི་ལུས་མེ་ནང་དུ་མཆོངས་ཏེ་དེང་དགོན་པར་བཞུགས་ཞེས་སྨྲས་པ་ན། དྲང་སྲོང་དེས་རི་བོང་བླངས་ཏེ་ཁྱོད་དེ་ཙམ་དབེན་པར་སྡོད་པར་དགའ་ན་ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་འདུག་པར་དམ་བཅས་ནས་བསྡད་པས་ཆར་བབས་ཏེ་ཤིང་འབྲས་ལ་སོགས་རྒྱས་པར་གྱུར། དྲང་སྲོང་ནས་ཀྱང་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་རི་བོང་དེའི་དྲིན་ལས་མངོན་ཤེས་ལྔ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། ༈ །ཡང་སྔོན་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཉིད་ཡུལ་མི་ཐི་ལར། འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལྷ་ཆེན་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་གྱུར་པ་དེས་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ཆོས་བཞིན་དུ་བསྐྱངས་ནས་ནམ་ཞིག་སྐྲ་དཀ

說道：「力量和智慧的百千分也不及。」他們想要那樣，就和跳舞的老師一起到他那裡，看到容貌特別出眾，心想其他的功德也一定是那樣，就在他那裡修持梵行，生起了四禪和五神通。後來成佛的時候，跳舞的老師就是現在的跳舞的老師拉爾瓦（Lharbac），他教跳舞的廣嚴城（Vaisali）的五百個年輕人就是以前的五百個大臣之子。拉爾瓦對他們稱讚世尊的跳舞，並帶領他們前來，世尊展現跳舞的神通，他們因此信服，全部出家並獲得阿羅漢果。 ༈ 另外，從前有五百個商人到了一個大森林裡，一個兇猛的夜叉猛烈地襲擊我們，變得不知所措。世尊自己變成了具有五神通、威力強大的仙人，把那些商人和他們的貨物從森林裡救了出來，安置在自己的住所。他們很高興，就在那位仙人面前出家，生起了四禪和五神通。同樣，世尊以前變成仙人的時候，從死亡等恐懼中救護了許多眾生，並安置在禪定和神通中，有無量無邊，這裡只是簡略地說一下。 ༈ 另外，從前變成一隻兔子時，由於沒有下雨的饑荒，住在寺院裡的一位仙人準備離開寺院，那隻以前就認識的兔子稱讚寺院的功德和家庭的過失，說道：「我把身體跳進火裡，今天請您住在寺院裡。」仙人抱起兔子，說：「你這麼喜歡住在寂靜的地方，我就發誓一直住下去。」於是就住了下來，開始下雨，樹木果實等都茂盛起來。仙人也因為善知識兔子的恩德而獲得了五神通。 ༈ 另外，從前世尊自己於彌梯羅國（Mithila），變成了轉輪王名叫大天（Lhachenpo），他如法地治理國家，有一天頭髮變白

saying, "Not even a hundred thousandth part of power and wisdom." They wanted it that way, so they went to him with the dancing teacher, and seeing that his appearance was particularly outstanding, they thought that other virtues must also be like that, and they practiced celibacy in his presence, and generated the four dhyanas and five superknowledges. Later, when he became enlightened, the dancing teacher was the current dancing teacher Lharbac, and the five hundred youths of Vaishali who were taught dancing by him were the five hundred sons of ministers from the past. Lharbac praised the dance of the Bhagavan to them and led them to come, and the Bhagavan displayed the dance of miracles, so they were convinced, and all of them renounced and attained Arhatship. ༈ Also, in the past, five hundred merchants went to a large forest, where a fierce yaksha fiercely attacked us, and we became helpless. The Bhagavan himself became a powerful hermit with five superknowledges, and rescued those merchants and their goods from the forest, and placed them in his own abode. They were very happy, and they renounced in front of that hermit, and generated the four dhyanas and five superknowledges. Similarly, when the Bhagavan became a hermit in the past, he protected many beings from fears such as death, and placed them in meditation and superknowledges, which are immeasurable and boundless, but here I will only briefly mention it. ༈ Also, in the past, when he became a rabbit, due to a famine caused by no rain, a hermit living in a monastery was preparing to leave the monastery, and that rabbit, who had known him before, praised the virtues of the monastery and the faults of the home, saying, "I will jump my body into the fire, please stay in the monastery today." The hermit picked up the rabbit and said, "If you like to live in such a secluded place, I vow to stay here forever." So he stayed, and it began to rain, and the trees and fruits grew luxuriantly. The hermit also obtained the five superknowledges through the kindness of the virtuous friend, the rabbit. ༈ Also, in the past, the Bhagavan himself in the country of Mithila, became a Chakravartin king named Lhachenpo, he governed the country according to the Dharma, and one day his hair turned white.
