Hearing the sound of the earth, the great fish closed its mouth. The merchants escaped safely, and due to their faith in the Buddha, they renounced and became Arhats. When that great fish died, its corpse was thrown by the nagas to the other side of the ocean. It was reborn in Shravasti (Sanskrit: Śrāvastī, located in present-day Uttar Pradesh, India) as the son of a Brahmin named Sumanta, who could never be satisfied no matter how much he ate. Later, he renounced, and the Blessed One led him to see the bones of the former great fish. He felt disgusted, and the Buddha taught him the Dharma, and he attained the state of Arhat, which is called "Dharma Governance." Furthermore, in a past city called Golden City, when the Blessed One himself was born as the son of King Cloud Crest, he was renowned as the lord of the Vidyadharas, "Cloud Vehicle," due to his handsome appearance and extraordinary qualities. The father king entrusted the kingdom to his son and went with the queen to the Malaya forest. At that time, Cloud Vehicle, separated from his father, the guru, wondered what use was this great kingdom and wealth. So, he abandoned the kingdom, went to his father's abode, and resided there. One day, the prince went to a place adorned with auspicious mountain peaks, delightful with the spring season. There, in a golden palace, he saw a very charming girl offering worship to a statue of the goddess Gauri made of precious jewels, singing with a lute. Cloud Vehicle was immediately captivated by her. The girl also saw Cloud Vehicle and, pleased by the habits of five lifetimes and the prince's handsome appearance, they looked at each other repeatedly and became fond of each other. Then, Cloud Vehicle spoke to her with words full of affection, asking about her lineage and home. The girl, out of shyness, did not say a word, but her friend Madalika said, "Son of the Vidyadhara king, your fame has been heard by this person named Wealthy Friend, and this girl has cherished it like an earring, desiring to obtain you, but now she does not speak out of modesty. She is the daughter of the accomplished lineage, named Multitude of Jewels, Malayavati, desired by gods and asuras, etc."

The helpful Gandharva young men said, "That girl is in your hands. Your father has already proposed to her and is preparing to marry you as his bride, so tomorrow you will get what you want." He breathed a sigh of relief and happily returned to his residence, waiting for the night to come. There, the girl Malaya Jia was in the night, living in a palace illuminated by moonlight, with blooming water lilies and a cool breeze, but because she missed Cloud Rider, she could not fall asleep. That night seemed as long as a hundred years to her. After that night passed, when the sun's rays shone, the girl also dressed up and prepared to participate in the wedding celebration, adorning herself with jewels. There, Cloud Rider, who was worshiped by all the world, came to that auspicious land with hundreds of thousands of Vidyadhara attendants. The girl, with her attendants holding whisks, performed the wedding celebration according to the rituals, and they held hands and enjoyed the joy. There, grand celebrations such as singing, dancing, and sacrifices were held. They celebrated for six days in this way. On the seventh day, when the Vidyadhara Cloud Rider was walking on the hillside, he saw a dragon woman with a child crying. He asked her the reason, and the dragon woman said: "This young son of the lord of the Dragon Protector clan, named Conch Crest. In order to prevent Garuda from eating all the dragons, the dragons agreed to take turns sending a dragon to Garuda to eat, and now it is his turn. Here, the bones of the dragons eaten by Garuda are piled up like mountains. Which dragons are rotated to be eaten
