ལ་བ་དག་ལགས་ཀྱིས་ཚུར་བྱོན། བདག་ཅག་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་རྩེ་ཞིང་དགའ་བ་དང་དགའ་མགུར་སྤྱད་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །གལ་ཏེ་བདག་ཅག་དོན་དུ་མི་གཉེར་ན། རེ་ཞིག་རང་རང་གི་བུ་དང་བུ་མོ་འདི་དག་བསྣམས་ཏེ་བཞུད་ཅིག་ཅེས་ཟེར་བར་འགྱུར་གྱིས། དེ་དག་ལ་ཁྱེད་ཅག་འདི་སྙམ་དུ། བདག་གི་ཆུང་མའམ། བུའམ་བུ་མོའམ། ཟས་ཀྱི་གནས་སོགས་ནས་དུང་གཡས་སུ་འཁྱིལ་པའི་བར་དུ་བདག་གིའོ་སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་པ་དེ་དག་ནི་ངའི་རྒྱབ་ཏུ་ཞོན་པར་གྱུར་དུ་ཟིན་ཀྱང་ཤིང་ཐོག་སྨིན་པ་ཤིང་གི་རྩེ་ལས་བྲུལ་བ་ལྟར་ལྷུང་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་བུད་མེད་དེ་དག་འོངས་པས་ཟ་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། སྐྲ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལྷག་མ་མེད་པར་ཟ་ཞིང་ཐ་ན་ཁྲག་ ཐིགས་པའི་ས་ཡང་སོར་མོས་བླངས་ནས་ས་དང་བཅས་ཏེ་ཁར་འཇུག་པར་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཁྱེད་ཅག་ལས་ཆུང་མ་ནས་དུང་གཡས་སུ་འཁྱིལ་པའི་བར་དག་ལ་བདག་གི་བར་མི་སེམས་པ་དེ་དག་ནི་ངའི་སྤུ་དག་ལ་འཇུས་པར་མ་གྱུར་དུ་ཟིན་ཀྱང་དེ་དག་བདེ་ཞིང་ལེགས་པར་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་དུ་ཕྱིན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་ཡང་དག་པར་བསྒོས་ནས། རྒྱབ་བཟེད་པ་དང་། ཚོང་པ་དེ་དག་ཁ་ཅིག་རྒྱབ་ཏུ་ཞོན། ཁ་ཅིག་གཤུལ་དུ་ཞོན། ཁ་ཅིག་སྤུ་དག་ལ་འཇུས་སོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་རྟའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་སྤྲིན་གྱི་ཤུགས་ཅན་དེས་མཐར་གྱིས་ལུས་མཐུ་དང་སྟོབས་བསྐྱེད་ནས་སྟེང་གི་ནམ་མཁར་སོང་བ་དང་། སྲིན་མོ་དེ་དག་གི་གནས་ནས་མི་མཐུན་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་གཡོས་པ་ལས། སྲིན་མོ་དེ་དག་གིས་འཛམ་གླིང་གི་ཚོང་པ་རྣམས་བྱེར་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ་སྙམ་དུ། གཟུགས་བཟང་ལ་རྒྱན་གྱིས་མཛེས་པར་བྱས་ནས་ཁྱེའུ་དང་བུ་མོ་ཐོགས་ཏེ། ཇོ་བོ་དག་ཚུར་བྱོན། བཞིན་བཟང་དག་ཚུར་བྱོན། བདག་ཅག་ཁྱིམ་ཐབས་མ་མཆིས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཁྱིམ་ཐབ་དང་། བདག་པོ་དང་མགོན་དང་གནས་དང་གླིང་དང་སྐྱབས་དང་དཔུང་གཉེན་མཛོད་ཅིག །འདི་དག་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཟས་ཀྱི་གནས་སོགས་སྔར་སྨོས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་བརྗོད་པ་ན། ཚོང་པ་དེ་དག་གིས་བདག་གི་ཆུང་མ་དང་། བུ་དང་བུ་མོ་དང་ཟས་དང་གོས་སོགས་གང་རུང་ཡིད་ལ་བྱས་ནས་ཆགས་པར་གྱུར་པ་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་རྟའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་རྒྱབ་ལས་ལྷུངས་ནས་སྲིན་མོ་དེ་དག་གིས་ཟོས་ཤིང་ཐ་ན་ཁྲག་ཐིགས་པ་ཟག་པའི་ས་ཡང་ཁར་བཅུག་གོ། དེད་དཔོན་སིང་ག་ལ་འབའ་ཞིག་བདེ་བར་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་དུ་ཕྱིན་ཏོ། །དེར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་ འདས་ཀྱིས་དཔེ་དེ་ལས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དགེ་སློང་དག་རྟའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་ཞོན་པའི་མི་དེ་དག་བདག་གི་ཆུང་མ་དང་བུ་དང་བུ་མོ་དང་། ཟས་སྐོམ་ཡོ་བྱད་གང་རུང་ལ་བདག་གི་བར་ཞེན་པ་དེ

拉瓦等请过来！请和我们一起嬉戏，享受快乐和喜悦！如果你们不关心我们，就暂时带着你们各自的儿子和女儿离开吧。他们会对你们说：你们这些人啊，对于我的妻子，儿子或女儿，食物等，直到右旋海螺，都认为是我的，这样想的人，即使已经骑在我的背上，也会像成熟的果实从树梢掉落一样坠落，那些女妖会来吃掉他们，吃掉头发等所有东西，甚至会用手指捡起滴血的地方，连同泥土一起放进嘴里。你们之中，从妻子到右旋海螺，不认为是我的那些人，即使没有抓住我的毛发，也会安稳顺利地到达赡部洲。这样明确地告知后，有些商人扶着背，有些骑在背上，有些抓住毛发。那时，神马云力逐渐积聚身体的力量，升到天空，从女妖的住所升起不祥的旗帜，女妖们心想：赡部洲的商人们要逃散了。于是，她们打扮得容貌姣好，装饰华丽，抱着男孩和女孩说：老爷们，请过来！美貌的人们，请过来！请做我们这些没有家室的人的家室，做我们的主人、保护者、住所、依靠、救护者和亲友！当她们像之前说的那样说这些是你们的食物等时，那些商人心中想着我的妻子、儿子、女儿、食物、衣服等任何东西，产生贪恋，所有这些人都会从神马的背上掉下来，被女妖吃掉，甚至连滴血的地方也被放进嘴里。只有船长辛伽罗平安地到达了赡部洲。在那里，世尊以此为例，开示说：比丘们，骑在神马上的那些人，对于我的妻子、儿子、女儿、食物、饮料、用具等任何东西，都执着认为是我的。

They will say to you: You people, those who think that my wife, son or daughter, food, etc., up to the right-spiraling conch, are mine, even if they have already ridden on my back, they will fall like ripe fruit falling from the top of a tree, and those ogresses will come and eat them, eating everything including hair, and even pick up the place where blood drips with their fingers, and put it in their mouths together with the soil. Those of you who do not think that anything from your wife to the right-spiraling conch is mine, even if you have not grabbed my hair, will safely and smoothly reach Jambudvipa. After clearly informing them in this way, some merchants supported the back, some rode on the back, and some grabbed the hair. At that time, the divine horse Cloud Force gradually accumulated the strength of its body and ascended to the sky, and from the abode of the ogresses, an inauspicious banner was raised, and the ogresses thought: The merchants of Jambudvipa are about to scatter. So, they dressed up with beautiful faces and gorgeous decorations, and holding boys and girls, they said: Lords, please come here! Beautiful people, please come here! Please be the family of us who have no family, be our masters, protectors, dwellings, reliance, saviors, and relatives! When they said that these are your food, etc., as mentioned before, those merchants thought of my wife, son, daughter, food, clothes, etc., and developed attachment, all these people would fall from the back of the divine horse and be eaten by the ogresses, and even the place where blood dripped was put into their mouths. Only the captain Singala safely reached Jambudvipa. There, the Bhagavan, using this as an example, taught: Monks, those people riding on the divine horse, who are attached to my wife, son, daughter, food, drink, utensils, etc., thinking that they are mine.

་དག་ལྷུངས་ནས་སྲིན་མོས་ཟོས་ལ། མ་ཆགས་པ་དེ་དག་བདེ་བར་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་དུ་ཐར་བ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ། དགེ་སློང་དག་ཁྱེད་ཅག་ལས་གང་དག་བདག་ཏུ་ཞེན་པ་དང་། བདག་གི་མིག་གོ་ཞེས་སོགས་མིག་ནས་ཡིད་ཀྱི་བར་དང་། གཟུགས་ནས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བར་དང་། ས་སོགས་ལྔ་དང་། རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་བའི་ཁམས་དྲུག་དང་། གཟུགས་སོགས་ཕུང་པོ་ལྔ་ལ་བདག་དང་བདག་གིར་འཛིན་པ་དེ་དག་ནི་ཚོང་པ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་འཁོར་བར་ལྷུང་བའོ། །དེ་དག་ལ་བདག་དང་བདག་གིར་མི་འཛིན་པ་དེ་དག་ནི་ཚོང་པ་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་དུ་ཐར་བ་ལྟར་འཁོར་བ་ལས་ཐར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མི་གང་ཤེས་རབ་ལྡན་པ་དག །སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་ལ་དད་བྱེད་པ། །སྤྲིན་ཤུགས་ཅན་གྱིས་ཚོང་པ་དག །བདེ་ལེགས་ཕ་རོལ་འགྲོ་བ་བཞིན། །མི་གང་བྱིས་པ་འདྲ་བ་དག །སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་ལ་མ་དད་པ། །སྲིན་མོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཚོང་པ་དག །སྡུག་བསྔལ་འགྱུར་བ་ཇི་བཞིན་ནོ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །དེ་ལྟར་དེད་དཔོན་སིང་ག་ལ། འབའ་ཞིག་ཐར་པའི་རྗེས་སུ་དེའི་ཆུང་མ་སྲིན་མོ་དེ་ལ། སྲིན་མོ་གཞན་དག་གིས་སྨྲས་པ། ཁོ་བོ་ཅག་གིས་རང་གི་ཁྱིམ་ཐབ་དག་ཟོས་ན་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་རང་གི་ཁྱིམ་ཐབ་བཏང་གིས་གལ་ཏེ་དེ་ཁྲིད་དེ་འོངས་ན་ལེགས། གལ་ཏེ་མི་འོངས་ན་ཁྱོད་ཉིད་བཟའ་བར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་པས། དེ་སྐྲག་སྟེ་སྨྲས་པ་གལ་ཏེ་ཁྱེད་ཅག་དེ་ལྟར་འདོད་ ན་དུས་བྱོལ་དང་མི་རིང་བར་ཁྲིད་དེ་འོང་ཞེས་བྱས་པས། དེ་དག་གིས་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་གྱིས་ཞེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །སྲིན་མོ་དེ་མཆོག་ཏུ་འཇིགས་སུ་རུང་བའི་གཟུགས་སུ་སྤྲུལ་ནས་དེད་དཔོན་སིང་ག་ལའི་མདུན་དུ་བསྡད་པ་དང་། དེད་དཔོན་དེས་རལ་གྲི་ཕྱུངས་ཏེ་བསྡིགས་པས་སྐྲག་ནས་བྲོས་སོ། །ཇི་ཙམ་ན་ཡུལ་དབུས་ནས་ཚོང་པ་འོང་བའི་ཚེ་དེད་དཔོན་ཞིག་ལ་སྲིན་མོ་དེས་ཕྱག་བྱས་ནས་སྨྲས་པ། བདག་ནི་ཟངས་གླིང་གི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བུ་མོ་ཡིན་ལ། དེད་དཔོན་སིང་ག་ལའི་ཆུང་མར་བསྩལ་བ་ལགས་ཏེ། རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོར་ཞུགས་པའི་གྲུ་ཆུ་སྲིན་ཉའི་རིགས་ཀྱིས་བཅག་པའི་ཚེ་དེས་བདག་ལ་བཀྲ་མི་ཤིས་སོ་ཞེས་བོར་ན། དེའི་སླད་དུ་ཁྱོད་བདག་ལ་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་བས་སིང་ག་ལ་ལ་བཟོད་པ་བགྱིད་དུ་སྩལ་བར་ཅི་གནང་། དེད་དཔོན་དེས་དེ་བཞིན་བྱེད་པར་ཁས་བླངས་ནས། དེད་དཔོན་སིང་ག་ལའི་དྲུང་དུ་སོང་སྟེ་བག་ཕབ་པའི་གཏམ་བྱས་པའི་རྗེས་སུ། ཤེད་མཐུན་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཟངས་གླིང་གི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བུ་མོ་བླངས་པ་གནས་མ་ཡིན་པ་དོར་བ་བཟོད་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །སིང་ག་ལས་སྨྲས་པ། ཤེད་མཐུན་དེ་ནི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བུ་མོ་མ་ཡི

那些堕落的被罗刹女吃掉了，那些没有执着的，像安乐地到达赡部洲一样。比丘们，你们之中谁执着于我，以及“我的眼睛”等等，从眼睛到意，从色到法，地等五大，六种识界，以及色等五蕴，执着于我与我所的那些，就像悲惨的商人一样堕入轮回。那些不执着于我与我所的，就像商人到达赡部洲一样，将从轮回中解脱。任何人具有智慧，信仰佛陀的教法，就像云力者带领商人，安乐地到达彼岸一样。任何人像孩子一样，不信仰佛陀的教法，就像罗刹女们使商人，遭受痛苦一样。如是说。如是，船长辛伽罗，独自解脱之后，他的妻子罗刹女，其他的罗刹女对她说：如果我们吃了自己的家眷，你就抛弃了自己的家眷，如果把他带来就好。如果不来，就吃掉你。她害怕地说：如果你们这样想，不久之后我会把他带来的。她们也说：就这样做。那个罗刹女幻化成极其恐怖的形象，坐在船长辛伽罗面前。船长拔出剑来恐吓她，她害怕地逃走了。当来自中部地区的商人到来时，那个罗刹女向一位船长行礼并说：我是铜洲（斯里兰卡）国王的女儿，被赐予船长辛伽罗为妻。当进入大海的船被鳄鱼等摧毁时，他认为我不吉祥，就把我抛弃了。为此，您能否慈悲地让辛伽罗宽恕我？那位船长答应这样做，然后去船长辛伽罗那里，说了些奉承话之后说：朋友，你娶了铜洲（斯里兰卡）国王的女儿，宽恕你抛弃不贞之人吧。辛伽罗说：朋友，她不是国王的女儿。

Those who fell were eaten by the ogresses, and those who were not attached, like those who happily reached Jambudvipa. Monks, those of you who are attached to self, and "my eye" etc., from eye to mind, from form to dharma, the five elements such as earth, the six realms of consciousness, and the five aggregates such as form, those who grasp at self and what belongs to self, like miserable merchants, fall into samsara. Those who do not grasp at self and what belongs to self, like merchants who reach Jambudvipa, will be liberated from samsara. Whoever has wisdom, believes in the Buddha's teachings, like the cloud-powered one leading merchants, happily goes to the other shore. Whoever is like a child, does not believe in the Buddha's teachings, like the ogresses causing merchants to suffer. Thus it was said. Thus, Captain Sinhala, after being liberated alone, his wife, the ogress, other ogresses said to her: If we eat our own families, you abandon your own family, it would be good if you brought him. If he doesn't come, we will eat you. She said in fear: If you wish so, I will bring him soon. They also said: Do so. That ogress transformed into an extremely terrifying form and sat in front of Captain Sinhala. The captain drew his sword and threatened her, and she fled in fear. When merchants from the central region arrived, that ogress bowed to a captain and said: I am the daughter of the king of Copper Island (Sri Lanka), and I was given to Captain Sinhala as his wife. When the ship entering the great ocean was destroyed by crocodiles and the like, he abandoned me because he thought I was inauspicious. For this reason, would you please be kind enough to have Sinhala forgive me? That captain agreed to do so, and then went to Captain Sinhala and, after saying some flattering words, said: Friend, you married the daughter of the king of Copper Island (Sri Lanka), forgive you for abandoning the unchaste one. Sinhala said: Friend, she is not the daughter of the king.
