ཇི་ལྟར་སྐྱེས་ཞེས་སྨྲེ་སྔགས་བཏོན་པས། བུ་མོ་དེ་ཡང་བུད་མེད་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་པས་མི་བརྟན་པར་གྱུར་ནས། བདག་གི་ཁྱིམ་ཐབ་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བས་མ་འདི་ལྟར་མི་དགའ་བར་བྱེད་སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་འཁྲུགས་པས་གཏམ་གླེང་བའི་འཕྲོ་ཡང་བརྗེད་ནས། ཁྱིམ་ཐབ་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བའི་སྒྲ་ཐོས་ཏེ་བདག་གི་མ་མྱ་ངན་བསངས་པའི་ཕྱིར་འོངས་སོ་སྙམ་དུ་ངུ་ཞིང་བརྒྱལ་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེར་ཁྱིམ་གྱི་མི་ཐམས་ཅད་དེ་ཐོས་ནས་ངུ་བ་ལས། ཁྱིམ་མཚེས་དང་མཛའ་བཤེས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་བོ་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དང་ཕོ་བྲང་འཁོར་གྱི་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱང་ཕལ་ཆེར་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དེ་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཆགས་པས་ཁྱིམ་དེར་འདུས་སོ། །དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཚུངས་པར་སྡུག་བསྔལ་པར་གྱུར་པའི་སྐབས་དེར། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཁྱིམ་དེའི་ཉེ་སར་ཕྱིན་པས་སྨྲེ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་ཐོས་ཤིང་མི་མང་པོ་འདུས་པ་མཐོང་ནས་འདི་ལྟར་བུ་གྱུར་པ་ཅི་ཉེས་རྟོག་ལ་ཤོག་ཅེས་གཡོག་པོ་མངགས་པ་ལས། དེས་ཇི་ལྟར་གྱུར་པ་བསྙད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་བསམ་པ་དག་པའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཚིག་དེས་བསྐུལ་མ་བཏབ་པ་ལྟར་ངོ་ཚ་ཞིང་མི་དགའ་བར་གྱུར་ནས། ཨེ་མ་ཧོ། སྐྱེ་བོ་རྣམས་དེ་ལྟར་རེ་བ་ལེགས་སོ་སྙམ་ནས། སྐྱེ་བོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བདག་ལ་ཡོན་ཏན་ཏུ་བརྗོད་ཅིང་བསྔགས་པ་ཐོས་པས། གལ་ཏེ་བདག་ཁྱིམ་ལ་ཕྱོགས་ན་མིར་ཡང་མི་རུང་ངོ་། །བདག་ད་དུང་ཡོན་ཏན་ཁྱད་དུ་བསད་ནས་སྐྱོན་ལ་དད་ནས། དགེ་བ་སྤངས་པས་བདག་གསོན་ཀྱང་ཅི་ཞིག་བྱ། དེས་ན་སྐྱེ་བོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རེ་བ་འདི་ལྟར། ཁྱིམ་གྱི་གནས་ སྤངས་ནས་དཀའ་ཐུབ་ཀྱི་གནས་སུ་ཡོན་ཏན་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་བར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་དུ། དེ་སླར་ལོག་སྟེ་རྒྱལ་པོའི་གསོལ་ཁ་པ་ལ་ཞུས་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་དྲུང་དུ་སོང་བ་ན། རྒྱལ་པོས་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་འོང་ཞེས་དྲིས་པ་ལ། ལྷ་བདག་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བར་འཚལ་ན་གནང་བར་རིགས་སོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་དེས་བྱམས་པའི་ཚིག་གིས་ང་ལྟ་བུའི་གཉེན་དང་མཛའ་བའི་མཆོག་ཡོད་བཞིན་དུ་ཁྱོད་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་བས་མཐར་འགྲོ། གལ་ཏེ་ནོར་འདོད་ན་ང་ལས་ལོངས་ཤིག །གནོད་པ་ཡོད་ན་ངས་བཟློག་པར་བྱ་ཡིས།ང་དང་གཉེན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་ཅི་ཞིག་གི་མི་འདོད་ནས་འགྲོ། དེས་སྨྲས་པ། ཁྱོད་ལ་བརྟེན་པས་གནོད་པ་ཡང་ག་ལ་ཡོད། ནོར་གྱིས་ཀྱང་ཕོངས་པ་མེད་མོད། ཕོངས་ནས་བས་མཐར་འགྲོ་བ་མིན་ཀྱང་། སྐྱེ་བོའི་ཚོགས་མྱ་ངན་གྱིས་གདུངས་བས་ངུ་ཞིང་བདག་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་ཞེས་བསྒྲགས་པ་དེས་ན། བདག་ནི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཅན་དུ་སེམས་པའི་སྐབས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་དེའི་ཕྱི

当发出“如何降生”的哀嚎时，那个女儿也变得像女人一样不稳定。她心想：我的家人出家了，母亲因此不高兴。她心烦意乱，忘记了正在进行的谈话。听到家人出家的声音，她哭着昏倒了，心想：我的母亲为了消除悲伤而来了。当时，家里的所有人都听到了，开始哭泣。邻居、朋友、婆罗门、户主和宫廷的人们，大多都依恋着那个户主，聚集在他家。当所有人都同样悲伤的时候，菩萨走到那家附近，听到哀嚎的声音，看到许多人聚集，就派仆人去调查发生了什么事。仆人讲述了事情的经过。然后，菩萨原本就纯洁的心，就像被那些话语鞭策一样，感到羞愧和不悦。他心想：唉呀！人们竟然如此期望。听到人们赞美和称颂我，如果我仍然眷恋家庭，就连做人都不配。我至今仍然贬低功德，信奉过失，舍弃善行，即使活着又有什么意义？因此，人们如此期望我，离开家庭，在苦行之处修习功德。他这样想着，就回去告诉国王的侍从，然后去见国王。国王问他为什么来。他说：神啊，我想出家，请您允许。国王用慈爱的语言说：像我这样优秀的亲友都有，你为什么要离开？如果你想要财富，我可以给你。如果有危害，我会帮你避免。我和亲友们都在恳求你，你为什么不答应，执意要走？他说：依靠您，当然不会有危害，也不缺财富。我并非因为贫困才要离开，而是因为听到人们因悲伤而哭泣，并宣称我已出家，我才意识到自己应该成为一个有功德的人。

When the lamentations of "How was she born?" were uttered, that daughter also became unstable like a woman. She thought, "My family has renounced the world, and my mother is displeased by this." Disturbed in mind, she even forgot the conversation she was having. Hearing the sound of her family's renunciation, she wept and fainted, thinking, "My mother has come to dispel her sorrow." Then, all the people in the house heard this and began to weep. Neighbors, friends, Brahmins, householders, and people from the palace retinue, mostly attached to that householder, gathered at his house. At that time when they were all equally distressed, the Bodhisattva went near that house. Hearing the sound of lamentations and seeing many people gathered, he sent a servant to investigate what had happened, saying, "Go and find out what misfortune has befallen the son." The servant related what had happened. Then, the Bodhisattva, whose mind was pure by nature, felt ashamed and displeased, as if spurred on by those words. He thought, "Alas! People have such expectations." Hearing people praising and extolling him, he thought, "If I still cling to household life, I am not even worthy of being a human being. I still denigrate virtues and believe in faults. Having abandoned virtue, what is the point of my living? Therefore, people have such expectations of me, that I should abandon household life and cultivate virtues in a place of asceticism." Thinking thus, he returned and spoke to the king's attendant, and then went to the king. The king asked him why he had come. He said, "O King, I desire to renounce the world, so please grant me permission." The king said with loving words, "Since you have such excellent relatives and friends like me, why do you go to the end? If you desire wealth, take it from me. If there is harm, I will avert it. I and your relatives are pleading with you, why do you not desire it and insist on leaving?" He said, "By relying on you, there is certainly no harm, nor is there a lack of wealth. I am not leaving because of poverty, but because I heard the assembly of people weeping, afflicted by sorrow, and proclaiming that I have renounced the world. Therefore, I have come to the point of thinking of myself as virtuous."
