然后心想应该做些什么，就为此布施了。马长知识就是薄伽梵（bhagavan）。 又，过去世，在雪山王（喜马拉雅山）附近，变成五百大象之王的可爱而悦意的大象时，那些大象处在一个危险狭窄的独路上过夜，被五个猎人看到后，当夜就在那危险的路上挖掘了一个大坑，心想：把这些大象都弄到坑里去，我们就可以随意取用了。于是把大象们赶到那里，放到有坑的地方，它们知道那里有坑，无法越过。象王便将自己的身体横卧在坑上做桥，五百大象踩着它的背越过坑而去，之后它自己也跳起来越过了坑。诸天说道：恶人虽挖深坑，然象王具慧，若能舍己为人，则无用挖深坑。 又，变成马王云力时，将陷入罗刹洲的商人们平安地送回赡部洲。 又，变成狮子鬃毛时，五百位志同道合者被恶劣的幻化包围，不顾自身性命，使他们得以解脱。 又，变成船长财富车时，因为怜悯五个商人，为了他们一起乘船，遇到了猛烈的风暴，船快要沉没。船长说：大家不要害怕！船沉了你们就抓住我，我带你们过去。说完，把大量的珍宝夹在腋下，船沉没时，他们都抓住了船长。他努力地游，疲惫不堪，只剩下一点点生命时，到达了海边。船长断气死了。他们把尸体捞上来晾干，在腋下发现了许多珍宝，带回了家乡，变得富裕起来。 又，变成船长一切救护时，游牧的寺院里没有水，感到疲惫。

Then, thinking about what should be done, he gave alms for that purpose. The horse who knows is the Bhagavan. Also, in a past life, when he became a beautiful and pleasing elephant, the king of five hundred elephants, near the King of Snow Mountains (Himalayas), those elephants were staying overnight on a dangerous, narrow, single path. Five hunters saw them and that night dug a large pit on that dangerous path, thinking, "We will make all these elephants fall into the pit, and we can take whatever we want." So they gathered the elephants there and sent them onto the place with the pit. Knowing there was a pit, they could not cross. The elephant king then lay his body across the pit to make a bridge, and five hundred elephants trampled over his back and crossed over. Afterwards, he himself jumped up and crossed over the pit. The gods said, "Although the wicked dug a deep pit, the elephant king is wise. If he can sacrifice himself for others, then digging a deep pit is useless." Also, when he became the horse king Cloud Strength, he safely transported the merchants who had fallen into the island of the Rakshasas back to Jambudvipa. Also, when he became the lion with a mane, five hundred like-minded people were surrounded by evil illusions. Disregarding his own life, he freed them. Also, when he became the captain Wealth Chariot, out of compassion for five merchants, he boarded a ship with them for their sake, encountering a fierce storm that was about to wreck the ship. The captain said, "Everyone, do not be afraid! If the ship sinks, grab onto me, and I will take you across." Having said this, he tucked a large amount of jewels under his armpits. When the ship sank, they all grabbed onto the captain. He swam with effort, exhausted and weary, and with only a little bit of life remaining, he reached the seashore. The captain died, out of breath. They pulled the corpse out to dry, and seeing a collection of jewels in his armpits, they took them and returned to their homeland, becoming wealthy. Also, when he became the captain All Protection, there was no water in the nomadic monastery, and they were tired.

For the benefit, I will govern the kingdom. As long as I live, I will practice celibacy and observe the eight-fold precepts. All of them renounced from the Tathagata and became irreversible. The king at that time, Good Arrangement, was the son of the gods, the merchant leader, the Dharma speaker, the Dharma banner, was the transformed Manjushri Youth, and the thousand sons were the thousand Buddhas of this fortunate eon, and the Bodhisattva Great Compassionate Mind among them was this Bhagavan. ༈ Again, in the past, immeasurable eons ago, when the Tathagata Meaningful Accomplishment Wisdom came into the world, at the time when beings could live for ten billion kotis of years, a king named Radiant Light ruled the Jambudvipa, a land of sixty thousand yojanas, his palace was called Jewel Light, it was the nature of the seven jewels, and its wealth was extremely vast, his son, named Prince Merit Radiant Light, was handsome and pleasing to the eye, as soon as he was born, thousands of treasures of the seven jewels appeared, and in the king's palace, there appeared about ten people's worth of treasures of the seven jewels. As soon as he was born, all the people of Jambudvipa rejoiced, and the prisoners were released from prison. The prince became skilled in all worldly arts. The gods of the Pure Abode, in the middle of the night, spoke verses of cautious words, impermanence, the faults of desire, and the search for supreme Bodhi, he kept these in mind, and for ten years, he did not look at sleep, drowsiness, playfulness, and the objects of joy, alone.
