名号仅仅被听到就能使众生的所有障碍完全消除的伟大的菩萨，名为“消除一切障碍”，他安住于某处。他被光芒触及并激励，从自己的住所出来，前往世尊莲花眼所在之处，说道：“如此悦意、使身心平静的光芒，是何人的威力？”世尊回答说：“善男子，从这里向西，有一个名为‘娑婆’（Saha）的世界，那里有一位如来，名为释迦牟尼佛（Śākyamuni），仅仅听到他的名号，就能使众生从无上正等菩提中永不退转，他发出了这道光芒。”消除一切障碍菩萨祈请道：“世尊，我想要前往娑婆世界，向那位如来顶礼和供养。”其他被光芒激励的菩萨们也同样祈请。如来回答说：“善男子们，当你们知道时机成熟时，就出发吧！在那世界要谨慎行事！为什么呢？因为那个世界的众生烦恼众多，不互相尊重等等，贪求非法之欲等等，在那样的恶劣环境中，如来在那里宣说佛法。”菩萨们祈请道：“世尊，在这样的众生中宣说佛法，那位如来真是太难了。”世尊回答说：“正是如此！在如此充满烦恼的世界中，即使生起一个善念也是难能可贵的，更何况在完全清净的世界里，有清净的众生，那有什么稀奇的呢？在充满烦恼的世界里，敲响法铃，获得对因果的信心，皈依三宝，持守戒律，以离欲之心和慈悲之心发起无上菩提心，这才是最稀奇的！”世尊如此说道。菩萨们带着众多的供养庄严来到了这个世界。在那里，菩萨消除一切障碍。

The great bodhisattva named 'Completely Eliminating All Obscurations,' whose name alone, when heard, causes all obscurations of sentient beings to be completely exhausted, dwells somewhere. Touched and urged by that ray of light, he emerged from his abode and went to where the Bhagavan Lotus Eye was, and said, 'Whose power is this ray of light, so pleasing and calming to body and mind?' The Bhagavan replied, 'Son of good family, from here to the west, in the world called 'Saha,' there dwells a Tathagata named Shakyamuni, whose name alone, when heard, causes sentient beings to become irreversible from unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. He sent forth this light.' Completely Eliminating All Obscurations requested, 'Bhagavan, I wish to go to that Saha world to pay homage and make offerings to that Tathagata.' Other bodhisattvas, also urged by the light, made the same request. The Tathagata replied, 'Sons of good family, when you know the time is right, then depart! Be mindful in that world! Why? Because the sentient beings of that world have many afflictions, do not respect each other, and have many desires for non-Dharma. In such a state of evil, the Tathagata teaches the Dharma.' The bodhisattvas requested, 'Bhagavan, it is difficult for that Tathagata to teach the Dharma among such sentient beings.' The Bhagavan replied, 'It is so. It is difficult to generate even one virtuous thought in a world so filled with afflictions. What wonder is there in a completely pure world where there are pure sentient beings? In that afflicted world, to find faith in the sound of the bell, to take refuge in the Three Jewels, to uphold morality, and to generate the mind of unsurpassed enlightenment with a mind of detachment and compassion—this is most wondrous!' Thus spoke the Bhagavan. The bodhisattvas, with many arrays of offerings, arrived in this realm. There, the bodhisattva Completely Eliminating All Obscurations.

说道者对所有眷属说道：诸位朋友，娑婆世界的众生是痛苦的。因此，为了让这些众生获得至上的安乐，显现神通是极好的。所有眷属菩萨都说“好”，并如此听闻。之后，大菩萨除一切盖障以神通显现，从自身发出清净、无垢、极其清净、悦意、令身心极度欢喜的光芒。那光芒遍布三千大千世界，显现光明，使地狱、畜生和阎罗世界的众生，其身处在那光芒的照耀下，脱离一切痛苦的感受，获得安乐，也脱离了愤怒和害心，彼此生起如父母般的认知。这个世界和世界之间的黑暗，所有未被日月之光照亮的地方，都被光芒遍布照亮，在那里出生的众生彼此相见。这个大千世界的周围等所有山脉，也被光芒遍布照亮。上至梵天世界，下至无间地狱的众生，没有哪个未被光芒照耀，如此显现了神通。眷属的菩萨们显现神通，使众生在食物、衣物、财物等方面，所有希求都得到满足。所有残缺的根器都得以圆满。疯狂的人恢复了记忆。痛苦的人获得了安乐。孕妇顺利生产，像这样做了许多事情。之后，除一切盖障等菩萨们接近伽耶山顶。三千大千世界显现为被珍宝网覆盖。从上方的虚空中，降下天界的莲花雨、鲜花雨，以及天界果实的云朵。同样地，降下天界物品的花鬘、香、衣物、粉末、法衣、伞、幢幡和旗帜的巨大云雨。

The speaker said to all the retinue: "Friends, the beings of this Sahā world are suffering. Therefore, it is excellent to manifest magical displays that will bestow supreme bliss upon those beings." All the bodhisattvas of the retinue said, "Good," and listened accordingly. Then, the great bodhisattva Sarvanivāraṇaviskambhin, manifesting magical displays, emitted from his body a pure, immaculate, utterly pure, pleasing light that brought great joy to body and mind. That light pervaded and illuminated the entire three-thousand-great-thousand world system, so that those beings dwelling in the bodies of hell beings, animals, and denizens of Yama's world, upon being touched by that light, were freed from all feelings of suffering and experienced happiness. They were also freed from anger and malice, and developed a perception of each other as parents. All the darkness and gloom between this world and other worlds, which had not been illuminated by the light of the sun and moon, was pervaded and illuminated by the light, so that beings born there could see one another. All the mountains surrounding this great-thousand world system were also pervaded and illuminated by the light. There was nothing that was not illuminated by the light, from the world of Brahmā above to the beings in Avīci hell below. Such magical displays were manifested. The bodhisattvas of the retinue, manifesting magical displays, satisfied the beings with as much food, clothing, wealth, and other things as they desired. All those with incomplete faculties obtained complete faculties. The insane regained their memory, and the suffering became happy. Pregnant women gave birth easily. Thus, they did many things. Then, Sarvanivāraṇaviskambhin and the other bodhisattvas approached the summit of Mount Gaya. The three-thousand-great-thousand world system appeared to be covered with a net of jewels. From the sky above, there rained down showers of celestial lotuses, showers of flowers, and clouds of celestial fruits. Similarly, there rained down great clouds of celestial garlands, incense, clothing, powders, Dharma robes, umbrellas, banners, and flags.
