In India, there are outsiders and insiders. Although there are no real outsiders in Tibet, there are Bonpos. In China, the terms "Heshang" (藏文:ཧཱ་ཤང་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) and "Huashang" (藏文:ཧྭོ་ཤང་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) are used together, which is said to be due to interdependence. Therefore, other systems should be left as they are, as long as they do not harm the Dharma. The Sutra of the Moon Lamp says: "Do not hate any other heretics in the world. Cherish compassion for them. This is the characteristic of the first patience." As the sutra says. However, one should not like them, just as a foolish person abandons the nectar of the gods and hopes for salty water. In particular, those who uphold the pure Shakya teachings of the Abbot (Śāntarakṣita) should not like the Bonpos as if the Abbot had sealed them with a seal, because the Bonpos also regard this Abbot as an enemy. Secondly, the common conclusion includes: refuting the attachment to external objects as true, refuting the cognition as true, and summarizing the meaning of these two points. The first point: The sky and other consciousnesses are all appearances of names. Because of the appearance of many letters, the nature of various kinds appears. It is said. That is to say, if it is thought that the external objects such as the sky are indivisible, and therefore the consciousness that arises from it will be unique, that is not correct. In this way, any cognition of the unreal consciousnesses such as the sky has never experienced the naked object, so they only appear as the image of the conceptual mind related to the name of that object. Because many letters appear, they appear as various kinds of nature. Therefore, it is fabricated as the sky simply because there is no appearance of form, touch, and sensation, and when it is remembered, it is remembered together with the name. Unlike vases and the like, it is not mixed with the name and arises from it, because it is without self-nature, so it is not possible in any way by the direct perception of the senses. For example, just like the word "rabbit horn", separated from the name, the image will never appear in the mind. Therefore, the name is a fabricated and accidental designation that is not established on the thing itself. And these things to be expressed can be expressed by various names and letters. All unreal things are also like rabbit horns and the like, and seem to be a part of the exclusion of cutting off things, but before

The empty space without obstruction or contact with walls, etc., appears to have a shape due to the influence of external walls, etc., which is the basis for the illusion of believing in the existence of the sky. If you examine this carefully, it is merely not seeing an object, but this is not the existence of the sky, and the sky in the gap cannot be used as proof of the existence of the sky. The blue sky above, known as the decorative sky, is the image of Mount Sumeru being illuminated by sunlight, so it is not the sky. Second, various consciousnesses are not appearances. Some say that they exist, but even so, they cannot be truly established, because it is seen that there is harm to things with characteristics. It means that if you say that there is a certain consciousness that does not manifest various objects, even if you allow it to exist, it is only a designation, and it cannot be truly established as the only truth. Because for the characteristics of the only true consciousness, or for things with characteristics, it is inevitable to refute with reason. If there is only true consciousness, then as it is said, it will become empty and without any function, so it cannot even be called consciousness. Therefore, no matter how the sect examines it, no matter how it is stated, it is impossible to prove the existence of only true consciousness at any time and place. Therefore, the person who establishes it will never see the hope of success. Third, therefore, the consciousness of various appearances exists in all kinds of situations. It is not like various forms, it has only one's own nature. It means that if you examine it as mentioned above, because there is no only true object, the consciousness that appears in various forms, at any time, the state or object of focus, just like various forms, the consciousness itself cannot be the only nature. Or, existence refers to the meaning of state. This is the conclusion. Second, in order to refute the view of the Mind-Only school that does not admit external objects, first state the other party's view, and then examine that view. First, if the forms manifested by the maturation of habits from the beginningless continuum appear, it is also because of confusion that they are like the nature of illusion. Saying this, relying on the view of one's own Mind-Only school, possessing white wisdom...
