One should abandon the ten faults such as being too loud or too quiet, and complete the recitation of signs and time limits. As stated in the "Inquiry of Good Arms Sutra": "When reciting, do not be too fast or too slow, do not raise the voice too much, nor be too quiet, do not speak while being distracted by other things." It also says: "The vowels are complete, the head is clear, the syllables are complete, the pronunciation is accurate, the mantra is clear, and it is very ritualistic." One should act accordingly. Among them, the meaning of "vowels are complete" is mātr̥ (Sanskrit Devanagari: मातृ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: mātṛ, literal Chinese meaning: mother). It means mother, feminine, the basis of generation, etc. Although it can refer to many things, it mainly refers to vowels. Here, it refers to long vowels, and when e, u, e, o, r̥, and l̥ enter the consonant letters as life, their form exists in the consonant letter itself, and is called "vowels are complete" in the form of gi gu, sha kyu, dreng bu, na ro, and ri nga cha. "Head clear" refers to bindu (dot) and visarga (double dot), therefore, one should recite as it should be, without losing its sound, which is complete. In addition, whether the vowel and consonant letters are single or combined, one should recite the sounds of these vidyā mantras clearly and accurately according to their respective places of articulation, without losing their sound, which is accurate pronunciation. The letters of the mantra have no additions, omissions, or errors, and are clear and have the ritual of reciting as it should be. Such recitation is a complete recitation according to the Dharma. It is said. In the "Manjushri Root Tantra," it says: "If this mantra can be completely abbreviated and recited here with its own ritual, then all mantras will always be accomplished as desired." It also says: "If the mantra holder does not proclaim the mantra, then the non-mantra will also become a mantra. Unclear recitation is reversed, and the good and complete is the correct recitation. Practice with complete words and clear sounds, and with correct meaning. Practice is weakened, behavior is weakened, and if it is separated from sound, meaning, and image, then the mantra will not be quickly accomplished, and it will take a long time." It also says: "The mantra can accomplish all meanings, and it will surely be accomplished with a focused mind. The self-nature of ignorance and the distracted mind will not accomplish this." It also says: "A vehicle without wheels cannot reasonably travel. Similarly, the mantra that is practiced, without mudra, then\
