If it has moved elsewhere, start from there and do as before, the pain will immediately disappear and become disease-free and happy, this is a profound and proven secret from India. For any painful disease, make a substitute the length of a finger, thread a blue-red silk thread through the eye of a needle, and draw it back and forth over the painful area, the same number of times as the patient's age. Thinking of suppressing the disease, reciting Ye Dhar (藏文：ཡེ་དྷར，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：ye dhar，汉语字面意思：Ye Dhar) will help. Dedicate the substitute to the owner of the disease, this is a secret instruction. This is the ultimate of the great secret unsurpassed five bodies, called the five heroes of the secret letters of the Dakinis. Heart air, blood disorders, strokes, knife wounds, sarcomas, muscle spasms, bromhidrosis, leprosy, and all kinds of sores, in short, it can eradicate all diseases, demons, and ailments from the root. Draw an image of evil outside this seal, and if you don't want to be a vessel of evil, then on superior items, mix knife blood, and the flesh and bones of evil. Visualize the combined power of all Buddhas, the black evil of the sky iron born from the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) like a burning flame, like molten iron dripping onto oil, completely devouring all diseases and demons without residue, and then apply it. Recite the mantra of the yidam and your own mantra. And the prayer and amulet to pacify and protect against any disease or demon, and then apply it. There are many different explanations about the practice and benefits of this method, but for the seal, this is enough. Alternatively, visualize it as a sky iron garuda, and then recite the garuda mantra. Write this tooth protection amulet, and then smear garlic paste on the letters. Recite the syllable "Ha" of your own mantra twenty-one times. Pasting it anywhere will cause springs to emerge and allow for rapid travel, this is a treasure teaching. If the joints of the hands and feet are dislocated or sprained, write this wheel and recite the mantra: Om Snuga (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྙུག་), Ka Snuga Ka Tse Ka Tse Kabu Snombu Snombu Pa Snom Svaha (Tibetan: སྭཱ་ཧཱ།).
