The secret instruction for mending broken bones is: Prepare smooth wooden splints and iron splints, an unbroken arrow, and silk tied with colors that have nourishing effects. Gather seven reeds together. First, attach and bind the seven reeds to the broken area. Recite "Transfer, transfer, leg fracture, arm fracture transfer to the reeds" a hundred times, then bury these seven reeds seven steps away, digging a triangular pit. After that, say to someone, "Can it be joined?" Recite this mantra "Om Tsak Ksha Pa Sot" a thousand times and then bandage. Say "Softer than wood" and then attach the wooden splint. Say "Harder than iron" and then attach the iron splint. Say "Straighter than an arrow" and then attach the arrow. Say "Softer than silk" and then wrap with silk. Draw a cross on top with cinnabar. Wrap the four directions with five colors of silk thread, attach and place. After that, insert felt shavings and wrap, it will surely join well without damage within seven days, this is the extremely profound secret instruction for joining bones. For patients with malignant anthrax, collect the summer leaves and winter roots of the onion vegetable called "Lan Ga". Boil it without smelling the odor. Pour in about a bowlful of moderately thick soup, and recite this mantra: Ta Rang Ta Chang Lo Wopu, Lopopu, Aspopu, Yuyu, Toto, Titi, Sosso, may black anthrax fall into the abyss, do not stay here, go away! After reciting, whip the patient's head and body with a willow branch. Wash the patient's body with the remaining soup, recite the mantra and send it to the crossroads. Then cover the patient with clothes and let him sit slowly. After one day, if the water is clear and large blisters and stinging can be tolerated, it is a sign that the treatment is effective. Lan Ga onion, vegetables, salt, ash, and a small amount of flour are eaten together, and by persisting for a few days, malignant black anthrax will be calmed. For tooth disease, write the patient's name on paper and paste it on the side of a pillar or purlin. This is a key instruction. Recite this mantra once, and gently tap an iron nail with a hammer. After seven repetitions, when the nail is about three finger-widths deep, it will quickly be effective. Until the nail is removed, the pain will not return. It is a supreme protection, a profound key instruction of the accomplished ones of the holy land. For severe pain caused by the rupture of the kidney meridian, or for sprains in the waist meridian, it is best to draw a double-layered wheel on the ground etc. using colored powders, or moderately with flour etc. Starting from the east, write the four syllables "Om A Ru Dra" (藏文：ཨོཾ་ ཨཱ་ རུ་ དྲི་，梵文天城体：ओम् आ रु द्रि，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ā ru dri，汉语字面意思：嗡，啊，汝，扎) in each of the four directions, with the heads of the letters facing outwards. The teacher sits in the center of the wheel. Recite the essence mantra of whichever deity you practice 108 times. The patient is lifted up, back to back and hand in hand with another person. Circumambulate the wheel and the teacher three times externally, and three times internally in a clockwise direction. When you reach the position where the letters with heads facing outwards are, the patient will feel a tingling sensation. Afterwards, the teacher sweeps away the letters, recites the essence mantra of the deity, and applies it to the painful area of the patient, which will be effective. This is the method of Acharya Lugruma. Alternatively, recite this mantra 108 times over zan (roasted barley flour): Om A Krod Nannan Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀྲོད་ནན་ནན་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओम् अ क्रोद् नन् नन् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ a krod nan nan svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om A Krod Nannan Svaha). Roll the zan from the patient's crown down to the area where it hurts. Depending on whether the patient is male or female, make a corresponding male or female effigy from wood, with markings indicating the patient's age. At the painful area, sear the effigy's waist with a red-hot knife or iron. The patient will wake up with a start and take five or seven steps, as appropriate, and will immediately recover. This is a tested key instruction. The method of healing children: In India, King Indrabhuti had five hundred consorts, but only one son. When this son was on the verge of death due to diarrhea and vomiting, the teacher Nagarjuna performed this interdependent practice and healed him. Later, Guru Padmasambhava translated it into Tibetan. First, mix the young child's urine and make a zan offering about one cubit long. If that is not possible, make one of appropriate size. Dress the offering in the child's own clothes. Write the three interdependent parts of the mantra on paper and attach them to the three places. Then burn three moxibustion points below the navel. By doing this, whatever kind of demon or disease it may be, it will be effective. Especially effective for diarrhea and vomiting. This is done for children up to three years old. Before the interdependent practice, offer 108 tormas and offerings. It is said that even if you are alone, you can heal children.
