The auspicious connection for treating body odor is: collect the goiters that have not rotted, dry them to the appropriate amount, and then recite as many mantras as possible. Have the patient sit outside the threshold facing east. Before that, place a bushel of barley. Inside the threshold, place a winnow of barley with three dried goiters on top. The doctor puts his left foot outside the threshold from the inside, and puts his right foot on the goiters, reciting "Ultimate truth is not true, conventional truth is true," and then goes out. Again, put the left foot on the barley, and put the right foot inside the threshold, reciting in his mouth, "Conventional truth is not true, ultimate truth is true," and then return to the house. After repeating this three times, light a good goiter with yellow clarified butter inside the threshold, take a small piece from each of the three goiters, and scrape a little from the other goiters, and then burn the barley in the winnow, together with the barley equal to the patient's age. The doctor says, "Phenomenal existence, gods and demons, take these leftovers!" Then call the patient into the house, and recite this mantra three hundred times for the body odor and the three goiters: oṃ sara sara siri siri nama jhi jhi svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་ས་ར་ས་ར་སི་རི་སི་རི་ན་མ་ཞི་ཞི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ सर सर सिरि सिरि नमः झि झि स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sara sara siri siri nama jhi jhi svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Sara, Sara, Siri, Siri, Nama, Jhi, Jhi, Svaha!). Then immediately have the patient eat one goiter, one when the stars rise, and one before the morning star disappears. By the power of this method of auspicious connection, the body odor will be quickly eliminated, this is a treasure teaching. The remaining goiters should be soaked in the juice of the body odor for a month, and then made into soup, etc., to be eaten. When burning, visualize the phenomenal existence, gods and demons gathering together, snatching the leftovers of the body odor. It can be done at any time, but it is best to do it on the twenty-ninth of any month, especially on the twenty-ninth of the end of the year and the end of the month. While taking medicine, avoid drinking alcohol immoderately, and eating rotten, sour, and salty foods. Treatment includes bloodletting. This treatment is sure to be effective for body odor. Another method is to collect twenty-one to three sheep goiters, increasing in number, and after noon, place the goiters on the threshold, recite "Conventional truth is not true, ultimate truth is true," and then take seven steps outwards. Then return, reciting "Ultimate truth is not true, conventional truth is true," and take seven steps inwards. Then burn all the goiters.
